The staff aren't very attentive to walk-in customers. The hostess who had her back to me because she was tying her apron didn't even acknowledge me and say, "I'll be right with you." I had to obnoxiously clank my heels on the floor to get her attention (I should have sat myself). When I was seated and had my order ready, no one came to see if I was ready even when my menu was closed and I was looking up and at servers. It was like they were playing hot potato with single customers because they tended to families pretty damn quickly. Finally, the hostess became my waitress after she asked if anyone had taken my order or drinks. Sad, isn't it? Food came pretty quickly, but my waitress didn't listen all the way through when she asked if I needed anything else. That's OK, I guess, I didn't need anymore cream and sugar with my coffee. :U I tipped her big for not ignoring me, but I won't be back here. No hot chocolate, no swiss mocha, no chocolate syrup, by the way. Be prepared for servers apologizing for not having a certain item.

I was at your restaurant this morning and had the worst service. The waiter came to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. I said hello, because he didn't!! After we placed our order , our food came, minus my turkey bacon. After my meal I told him to forget about it. Never even apologized for not bringing it. While we were still eating, he handed my husband our check and never asked if we wanted anything else!! I never had a waiter so rude!!

It was bad! Just got in from a long drive with the family. We got sat down ordered our food. The choices were bad! Got our food and well they forgot my fruit sauce. They also didn't put on my wife ranch. I asked and the guy just went to the back and yelled "you forgot the sauce!". Came back with my sauce. My wife didn't care about hers. It was just bad!

Our server was nice, however I was extremely disappointed that they took Eggs Benedict off the menu. I asked them why and the server said it takes too much time to cook. Seriously? In fact I noticed a lot of great food items removed from the menu. Our eggs were watery which was strange but the pancakes were very good. I will not return to this location.

Even though they have outside seating they don't allow dogs not even in the cage. Mean while when your outside birds are flying around trying to get at your food. Yeah cuz that's sanitary.

Worst IHOP ever. Waited 25 minutes for a table while seeing empty tables. After being sat, waited 45 minutes for our food. This was the worst breakfast anyone at the table has had. All of the eggs and toast were cold. The fruit was obviously from a can and old. The french toast was hard and inedible. I would recommend any restaurant other than this one. Do not go here!

While the food was okay, the place is disgusting. I lost count of how many ceiling tiles have giant brown stains on them. As you sit there, you also see water dripping from the air conditioning vents onto the carpet below. Can only imagine what that is doing to the carpet, and for people's health. This IHOP is in front of the hotel I was staying at, and one morning they had signs on the door saying "closed for maintenance." The truth was that they didn't schedule a server to work. Imagine that...a restaurant with no server! My advise? Go elsewhere until they get their act together!!

Best thing about our visit was the waitress, Donna. While she was working 3 tables the other girls just stood around gossiping and laughing very loudly. I ordered the fried chicken meal and bit into an ice chunk! What appeared to be a manager not wearing a name badge came out and was reprimanding some of the workers in the main seating area with them loudly responding. There were employees counting out money at the first table as you walk in. Will not eat here again.

Several things I asked for from the menu they didn't have. They have me a can of Pepsi for my drink. I was sitting right by cash register and some lady that works here was standing there. Well when I kept asking if they had fountain drinks to her she kept ignoring me. Just horrible experience and way over priced.

I stayed the night at a hotel on Clearwater beach and decided to go to IHOP for break fast. The service was fast and the food was good. The only real problem is that it was so expensive. I dont mind spending money on good food but this is breakfast I got a strawberry waffle eggs with cheese toast sausage and OJ with tip almost fifteen dollars. The food was hot and cooked as good as IHOP food could be. I'll be hungry on the beach again sooner or later.

I woke up Thursday morning, actually closer to afternoon and was a little hungry and felt like some exercise, so the crew walked to the other end of the island for some pancakes. We were actually in search of the Waffle House, but that has closed since the last time I visited Clearwater. There were quite a lot of fat people eating here and they were pretty mean to the waitress. She was really pleasant to us. I think she had an Eastern European accent. I like that they give you an actual pot of coffee if you order a cup. Jim and I went through two pots of coffee. It makes it a lot easier than getting a refill every 10 minutes. I got the pancake special, and it wasn't that great. The sausage, eggs and hash browns were pretty blah. The pancakes with caramel and pecans were friggin awesome though. The meal with coffee and tax came to about $10. I left the waitress a Fiver because she was working pretty hard for all the fat, ass hole tourists.

We had the whole grain pancakes, very good. The reason we gave this a 3 is because of the Bacon. The Bacon looked like that Turkey Bacon. Coffee was good.
