Stopped in after spending a day at manatee springs. Ordered a 2 meat combo-brisket and turkey with 2 sides -sweet potato fries and jalapeño poppers (2). The food came out quick and was awesome! The brisket was super tender and succulent while the turkey was smoky and moist!! The sweet potato fries were curly cut ( my favorite ) and the home made jalapeño popped stuffed with cheese then wrapped in bacon.....anything wrapped in bacon scores big with me and these poppers delivered . I highly recommend this joint any time you might be passing through.....

We are always looking for a quick place to eat when we drive from Panama City to St. Pete Bc we get so tired of typical drive thrus. We were all very pleased with our meals. Husband got brisket, I got pulled pork and kids got chicken tenders and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious! And banana pudding just topped it off! We were in and out in 30 minutes! We will definitely stop there again!

What a chance/lucky find! Great BBQ - very good pulled pork sandwich, grilled chicken moist. Very good Mac n cheese and baked beans. Most important the service was excellent, especially 20 min before closing. The did not rush us out, and very friendly and helpful service. A must stop in Chiefland!

Great place! We stopped as a family of five and had a quick, delicious, affordable lunch. (Lunch special was $5.99). BBQ pork was tender and they have lots of sauces to choose to please everyone. Kids loved the corn on the cob, Mac and cheese and lemonade with refills! We could've easily spent the same amount of money at McDonalds but instead we got great, fresh food with friendly service and clean bathrooms. So glad we stopped.

While I am drooling about BBQ I noticed there is an option to update our reviews. I have nothing more to add about BubbaQues in Chiefland except we still love the place. My wife still stops in to order BBQ and fries. I stop to flirt with the waitresses. It's July 2015, Yes we've stopped back a few times for various BBQ treats. I still flirt with the waitresses. But all I get are fries and BBQ!

Fast, good service, sauces are great, not too crazy for the ribs as I like mine moist, mac, cole slaw, and redneck nachos were delish!
