I got a slice of veggie. Bread was soggy & undercooked. The amount of oil dripping off if it was unappetizing. The cheese kind of clumped together. The marinara was meh. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it wasn't an actively malicious experience - it was just devoid of quality.

I ordered delivery and it took about an hour. The pizza was lukewarm and just "okay." I've visited this pizzeria in person before and the pizza was not much better then and the decor is nothing out of the ordinary. I'll probably skip this place the next time I'm craving pizza.

The pepperoni rolls here are really good. only $6.95 and come with marinara sauce which is required to fully realize their deliciousness. This dish should be at least $10 it's well worth it. One order of those and you don't need anything else. Only other thing I have tried was the greek salad which was good.

Idk why this place has bad reviews they are well cooked and flavorful. I have ordered from here 3 times and delivery was prompt. I have gotten a ny pizza, calamari and the calzone. All of which were cooked well and yummy. My husbands inly complaint and reason why i didn't give 5 stars is they skimped a bit on the toppings. If they added more then i would have given 5 stars.

Been here multiple times. Very clean. Friendly staff and the food is delicious. Pizza, wings, salad, and the cannoli's are excellent.

I haven't even tried the pizza yet but I ordered it at 3:50pm and its 5:14pm and I still haven't received it....I'm starving I've never heard of a pizza delivery place that takes longer than an he to deliver this is terrible customer service

Hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was like cardboard , the pepperoni was burnt, and the sauce was dry. This is definitely not New York Pizza baby. The boneless chicken wings were so salty they were almost unedible. Pepperoni rolls looked and tasted like left overs from two days ago. The delivery time was over 1 hour when I live less than 2 miles away and I ended up paying almost $50 for this fiasco. NEVER AGAIN!

I love their pizza! I'm new to the area and a neighbor who is from new York recommended it. It's amazing and the delivery service is polite and fast. My 1 complaint is the price but you get a huge pizza for $20, better than "hot and ready"!

This review is for the food only via carry out. This place has really turned it around since the old owner/manager was let go or quit. Whatever the case, the food has always been super good! It was just the management hand of that one guy brought the entire business down. But that seems to be all behind them now. I've been there 5-6 times in the past couple of months and each time I was pleasantly surprised that I could call in and place an order, and just pay and pick it up without any drama! Lets get to the food.... First off their pizza is the best NY style pizza around! You can order a MD cheese pizza for only $7! I also get the garlic knots almost every time which are around $3 and not only are tasty but you get alot of them. I recently tried the wings, and I have to say they are my favorite wings all time! I've been to every wing place in the Orlando area and I haven't found any better than these. They have a few different sauces to choose from. My favorite is the regular bbq sauce. I've tried a few other tai sauces that were good but I can't remember their specific names. The chicken is really tender and juicy and they have a great flavor! Last but not least I recently tried their calzone and it was really good too! Way better calzone than Mellow Mushroom. Whoever is in the back knows what they're doing when it comes to baking, and thumbs up to the owners for using great tasting ingredients! It takes skill to put out a consistently good tasting product and you guys are doing it! My only complaint is that I wish you guys were open later! Not many places are open after 10pm, and pizza and wings are late night food! Everything I've tried here has been delicious! I can't speak on their dining room experience or delivery, but I can say the food tastes great and I'll be back for more soon!

I would like to say that I got great service, and I would like to tell you the food is great. Sadly, I can't tell you if the food was great or not, because I CAN tell you the service is NOT. My kids go to music lessons at the music store next to this restaurant. I was waiting on my kids and thought hey, wouldn't it be convenient to put in a to go order for pizza while the kids are having their lessons? That way I can just pick it up afterward and be on our way. Consequently, I ended up going into this place, and after being in there for 15 minutes, I know why they stay so empty. I walked in and went straight to the bar to place my to go order. All in all I would say they had a total of 11 people in the restaurant at the time I walked in. They had 2 tables occupied and there were 2 people at the bar. I would not call this packed or high capacity, even for the small size of this restaurant. The girl at the bar didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence when I came in, so I just stood there. And stood there. Aaaand stood there. Finally, the server handling the 2 tables walked over and asked if I needed help. I thought, finally I can place this order and get back to the music shop before the kids are done (their lessons are only 30 minutes after all). I explained that I needed to place a to go order, and she said, oh, she can help you with that (pointing to the woman at the bar who still had yet to acknowledge me standing there) and promptly walked away. Ohhhkaayyyy. So I stood there, and stood there, aaaand stood there. She was doing some kind of side work entering items on her screen. It wasn't for any current order and it wasn't an immediate necessity, especially when you have a paying customer waiting to be served. I was beyond irritated, and finally decided that no pizza is worth this. I left (and by the way the woman at the bar never did acknowledge or look in my direction even as I was leaving), and I can promise I won't be back. I was saddened by it because with my being at that location once each week, I was looking forward to the idea of making this a Monday tradition. I am there at the time I'd normally be making dinner, so that is one day a week that takeout is a must. Because of the treatment (or lack of) I received, I won't ever come back, so that is a sale a week lost, smh. Instead I ended up at a pizza chain to pick up my pizza that night. They may be corporate instead of local but hey, their employees were interested in taking my order and giving me some service. My advice to the owner: get your employees into a customer service seminar stat! They have NO IDEA what they are doing, and if that doesn't work, fire them because the only other answer for the lack of service I received is that they simply don't care.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this, because we do like their pizza. Or at least the Buffalo chicken pizza. It's amazing, but we will probably not be ordering anything from them again. This makes two delivery orders in a row that the staff has completely screwed up the order. The problem isn't in the mistake, it's how the mistake is handled. They are extremely rude, will not admit their mistake, and will hang up on you. Trust me, I NEVER write bad reviews, but it had to be done. I hope they change things, because they do have food food.

Had wanted to stop by here, sadly did. You walk in the place has a smell to it like musty and kind of warm. Old store front that has seen better days. The place was kind of empty didn't get greeted and didn't see any staff the first five minute. Went to the bathroom and got locked in it, had to mess with the door for 15 seconds to get out. Finally saw the staff, there were at least three waiters. I looked around and not much service going on. Took about ten minutes to get our drinks. I like that they had both pepsi and coke products but i didn't have either I am actually avoiding sugar nowadays. Anyway we order our pizza and it was very greasy, two napkin swabs kind of greasy. From the name of the place you would expect NY pizza sadly this is anything but that. It was apparent the pizza was cooked on a chain driven broiler type oven and not a real pizza oven. We could also smell the tomatoes before the pizza even made the table. Some of it didn't appear to be cooked. Just very disappointing. I give the two stars and that is generous. We wont be going back here.

I frequent this places delivery service, only because I'm pregnant and they're the only local place that delivers burgers. Unfortunately it's never a good experience. They ALWAYS forget something, I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not, they always have to run back because they forgot something from my order. As for pizza I would not get pizza from them, not an enjoyable "ny" slice. The service is terrible, I just got hung up on explaining to someone that they forgot something from my order. Turns out they got the order wrong and left something out. There's always a problem with this place. Save your money, try anthonys pizza or Broadway, both have much better food and service.

Everything I've had so far on the menu has been really good. My favorite so far is the chicken Alfredo pizza :))) so yummy!!! I suggest trying it

Was a place I enjoyed dining at until they charged be extra on a pizza at happy hour because I didn't specifically say "I want happy hour pizza". That is just ridiculous, I didn't realize I had to read the fine print before ordering.not to mention the manager was very rude and did not apologize for the mix up. They have really good food but I refuse to give my business to a place that has such terrible customer service.
