Family had fun. Desserts good. Fried food not that great. Somewhat costly. Crab races were unique. We are happy.

The Crow's Nest is more a sports bar than a restaurant. At least the atmosphere is like that. Food is average and many menus come with the same fried stuff. They love to fry things and the fried shrimps, wedges and French fries tasted the same. The sandwiches look more like small burgers. During our stay we were here a couple of times. The location is better than the food. Service is friendly. There are not many choices around ...

The Crow's Nest is the more casual bar and restaurant associated with the Tween Waters Inn. After beers on the beach at sunset, we decided to go here for a bite and a few more beers. The food was not great. I had the shrimp tacos and they were over spiced. The tortilla was dry and falling apart on me as well. The rice was hard and the beans were blah. On the upside the beers were cold and the service was fairly friendly. The whole complex was sold out but this place was still fairly dead for a Friday night. They had a cover band playing live music and it wasn't overbearingly loud or anything. Even a few of the drunk patrons were out there dancing later in the evening. Overall this isn't a bad place to hang out but like I said, I really didn't like my meal. Hopefully you have a better experience.

Went for the crab races and unfortunately they serve a "limited" menu during the races. I had the lump crab and bacon caprese, but I unfortunately couldn't find any crab and couldn't taste any crab. For $26, I should have had some crab in my entree. We love Tween Waters, but the food at The Crows Nest was very disappointing.

Ordered one beer and within in minutes saw a cochroach crawl across our booth then proceeded to the bar area to finial our beer and leave only to see another one walking across the floor! So glad we didn't order food there. Yuck! What a dump.

Over the past few years the crows nest has improved GREATLY. I came here after driving from the east coast with my family of four and we ended up splitting a few appetizers. The lobster quesadillas and peel and eat shrimp were to die for. There was incredible live music, we ended up staying an extra 15 minutes after we paid the bill just to listen to the musician. I would definitely check out this place- whether you're with your family, partner, friends, or just yourself!

Great fare, super friendly and attentive staff (especially the morning manager, Dan, and hostess, Joyce). All in step with the lovely experience of the Tween Waters Inn.

Perfect location. Live piano music. Perfectly lit. Excellent food. Attentive service. Charles Linbergh knew what he was doing.
