YAY!!! THEY FIXED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES!!! The food is delicious and now the service is amazingly on point. Joanne was our server and she did wonderful with my three yearold. The food came out quickly. The manager was actively participating in all areas of the restaurant helping all his employees when needed. It's good to see that they listened to their customers

Had dinner and breakfast here on a couple of occasions and will definitely be going back again. Food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and helpful. There was no loud music playing and no televisions so we were able to enjoy a chat during our meal. The restaurant also does a great selection of takeaway of soups and cakes at quite reasonable prices.

Nice new atmosphere .. Haven't been in since they have redone it. Food was decent no complaints good value for the money. But LOVED our waitress Joanne M! She didn't come and ask me how my food was when my mouth was full unlike most places .. She made suggestions for my daughter and she would even ask the chef to make her a salad at 630 am! She was FABULOUS! Great customer service which is usually a lost art these days

I have been comming here for years and haven't seen it this bad thus far. Sitting at the counter you can hear the waitresses pleading for the two lazy cooks to do there jobs! I was blown away at the attitude the cooks had towards the other employees as if they didn't have to work at all . Because of this , there was a wait, people were leaving, and the employee (maroon shirt, maybe manager) went in the back to cook. This is ridiculous ! This manager did a great job with the cards that were being dealt . I will not be comming back here again . The food was undercooked and my toast looked like it never hit the toaster. I'm really dissapointed . Don't let two employees destroy the whole place. Common and get your act together .

I would call this "the bottom of the middle of the road" for a breakfast place. The coffee was non-descript, not good but not terrible but serviceable. My farm omelet was rather tough, the spinach inside was "stringy" and hard to cut, over all - just very little flavor. The hash browns were nicely browned but again, lacked any real flavor of their own. Those at Perkins, for instance, are much better. The worst of the lot has always been the biscuits. I've been to Bob Evan myself and with others. All have agreed that the biscuits, although they begin with a salty buttery outside, end up heavy and dough like on the inside. They are the variety that stick to the top of your mouth. Light fluffy biscuits they are not. To compare again to a similar restaurant, Perkins are light, not heavy, and their gravy is creamy and well seasoned. Our group has tried Bob Evan to many times to give it another chance when there are so many other better choices around.

This has become a regular breakfast place when we travel to Florida for the holidays. The food is consistently good. Service can be spotty at times, but you're always made to feel welcome. Good selection of items on the menu. I haven't had lunch or dinner here, just breakfast. You can call ahead and carry out, which is recommended on holiday weekends when the place usually packed.

I was debating on what rating to give this restaurant. I like Bob Evan's restaurants because they're fast, reliable, and have decent food. Typically, I am greeted by a nice host and a friendly waitress. Today was a little different though. My family and I were greeted by a very boisterous host who was very nice but also very loud. It was a little abrupt. Nothing against his character but I had to laugh a little. I haven't been jolted awake like that in a long time :p When our waitress came, my Mom politely asked if we could have our orders sped up because we had an appointment. The waitress did not look pleased and responded with, what can I get you, without answering my Mom. My Dad started to give his order which was the three course dinner. The waitress aggressively looked around and said, what time is it? It wasn't really a question but more of a disgusted snarl. My brother answered her and said, 11:30. She grunted and said, fine. So, dealing with the waitress was uncomfortable every time she came around. She was slamming plates on the table and answering us with short little "fines" and "okays." By the end of the meal the waitress had cooled off and was decent. I just couldn't shake the fact that we had to deal with short answers and a bit of an attitude. No one should feel uncomfortable at a restaurant of their choosing, especially when they are spending their money. So, B+ to Bob Evans on Del Prado.

Food and service was good but I felt taken advantage of in the price. I ordered a turkey dinner from the seniors menu for $6.99. I was asked if I wanted one or two sides....one came with the meal. I opted for a side of broccoli and was charged $10.79 for the meal. I asked the waiter if this was correct and he said, yes that was correct....$3.80 for a side of broccoli????? WTF!
