Went to see the Elvis show last night. The place was packed, sold out. Made reservations, when we arrived, there was no one seating people. As a matter of fact there was only 1 waiter, 1 waitress and a bartender aside from the kitchen help. Absolutely NO management. Most of the seating was all screwed up. It took 45 min to get drinks and we waited 2 hours for our food. Not the waiters fault, but I have never waited so long for service, and I have been going to the black cloud for years. The new kitchen staff SUCKS, they must be a bunch of smurfs. When I complained, the bartender was very rude. People were still eating when the show was over. The food was OK, the fries were ice cold and the bacon was rubbery, the wings teriyaki sauce was cold and liquidy. Got charged extra for fries with a BLT sandwich. However, The Elvis show was fantastic, but I will not go back there unless it improves greatly. The star is for the Elvis show. The restaurant gets zero stars.

Poor service, understaffed, cold undercooked, tough new York strip, mushy vegetables had to ask for a refill on my drink. Wouldn't recommend to anyone we won't be back again.

The new owners that took in over in May of 2014 did not do well and the Black Cloud closed April 2015. Old owner took it back and will lease it to a new operator, and most likely will have a new name, all new staff, new menu, etc... Stay tuned.

Used to be OK -we would go for the music - But after tonight's debacle - never again! It took 1 1/2 hrs. to get drinks. Food started trickling in at 2 hrs. (party of 6) - I was so famished that I couldn't wait for everyone and I was finished long before the last person was served. Here's a list of what they ran out of (from their 20 item menu): French Fries, Onion Rings, Potato Skins, Potato Chips (substituted Nacho Chips), Pickles, Corona Light. - And that was just at our table of 6. Had to ask for napkins, silverware, and beer glasses. Had to go foraging for ketchup and mustard - borrowed nearly empty bottles from neighboring diners. Hamburgers were so burned that they crunched when you bit into them. My Reuben was a nasty, greasy mess. Music was so unbearably loud - if you go, bring ear plugs and forget trying to converse. At first we were a little upset, but after a while, it just became sop comical as to what a disaster it was that we just had to laugh. I'm pretty sure the owners have stopped trying... They are just going through the motions until they file bankruptcy and a new owner steps in.

Owner refuses to pay employees. There's a line of people today waiting to get paid that haven't been paid in months. The pulled pork sandwich is store bought Lloyd's Pulled Pork from WalMart. The chicken fingers are frozen WalMart brand. The burgers are frozen not fresh. This place is horrible.

We used to enjoy this place but we won't be going back. We waited for 2 1/2 hrs to be served. Some members of our group waited 3 hrs. Menu was limited to 4 items. Food was terrible. Our waitress tried but was doomed to failure. New owners so I was told. I hope when you read this you make some BIG changes really quick, else you won't survive. You lost 30+ people tonight. We had a miserable time.

Could be great, but it's not. 2 bands, one inside and one out--both so loud you can't stand be near there. The bartenders were rude and seemed to charge random prices depending on which bar and who was ordering. A shame, since the setting could become a Bike Week favorite.
