Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pretty good NY style pizza place. One of my top 3 favorite pizzerias in the Valrico/Brandon area.

Been eating here for lunch off and on for 3 years Food is good and I usually have a positive interaction with the staff. Not today. Please work with the blonde behind the counter on improving her customer service skills

For what it was, NYTS Pizza hit the spot. We were hanging out with friends in the area and they ordered some pizza to be delivered. If I had had a chance to 'Yelp it out' I maybe would have advised going in a different direction. However, our pizza was delivered shortly and our noshing began. Was it the best pizza I've ever had? Probably not. Would I order from them again if I was in the area and in need of some grub? Possibly.

Walked in and ordered a large two topping pizza, price was about $15 but the pizza was huge. Only took 15 minutes to have ready. Sat outside to eat with m y brother and enjoyed it a lot. Pizza tasted great, even had left overs for dinner. The server was nice- gave us free refills. I don't know why the other reviews on here are bad- pizza was perfectly fine to me and I'll most likely be back for more! I just wish it was a bit cheaper but they do run daily specials!

If I could give negative stars I would. I feel like I was insulted or slapped in the face. They had the nerve to give me burnt "loaded cheese fries" with CHEEZ WIZ!!! And charge $5.25 for it! Never in my life...how can you call yourself NY Times Square Pizza? I traded in my fries for just a salad and was given enough dressing for 3 bites and not even a fork because apparently they had none. So, 25 minutes and $13 later we ended up with a soda, gross slice, decent zeppoles and crappy salad. If I had gone back in there I would have exploded. I'd rather deal with the waste of money than be served cheez wiz or get sick. I wish I had taken a photo of the disgraceful food.

The Pizza here is great. This reminds me of a NY pizza joint, not a high end italian restaurant. Crust is thin and somewhat crisp, sausage is good. Wings are pretty good, and sandwiches are great.

The fall season and back-to-school time has descended upon Bloomingdale and with it comes new schedules, lengthier commutes and less time and energy for cooking dinner. Most families have their favorite pizza place on speed dial for those evenings when you just don't feel like or lack the time for cooking. For my family, that joint is the independently owned and operated New York Times Square Pizza in Bloomingdale Square. New York Times Square Pizza has a straight forward and basic menu which allows them to focus on the good stuff. I recommend ordering from the Gourmet portion of the menu and let them do the work of picking toppings. The Time Square Special with Pepperoni, Sausage, Onion, Green Peppers and Mushrooms is as easy and delicious as they come. I like to order either the Mediterranean (with Kalamata Olives, Pepperoncini and Feta) or their version of a simple Margherita. My son prefers the Philly Cheese Steak (with Cheddar from the can) or the Hawaiian. I happen to be a fan of thinner crust pies with abundant toppings done a bit long in the oven so the bottom has that slightly burnt crispiness. But not too well done as it is important to be able to fold the slice and eat it with one hand. Yuuuum ... I am getting hungry just writing this! As regulars, we have also enjoyed other items from the menu. Need to feed an army or want plenty of leftovers? ... try a Calzone or Stromboli. As a side dish the Garlic Knots are buttery and come with a cup of sauce for dipping. For a pizza place, they also make a pretty good Philly style cheese steak and their wings are crispy and flavorful, especially as a side dish. The drink menu is limited to the soda fountain or bottles for delivery. They offer both delivery and booth service and have a few tables outside for when you find yourself a little peckish and need a slice while doing some back-to-school or holiday shopping at The Square. Weekly specials include Ten Buck Tuesday, where you can get any large Gourmet pie for a ten-spot and the Friday twofer of two one-topping pizzas for $19.99. On top of all this they have been known to host game nights for families and to inflate a screen out front for movie night. Speaking of which, as an added bonus, one of the owners is not only an Alumnus of Bloomingdale High School but also starred in the movies The Sandlot and My Girl. All in all, New York Times Square Pizza is the place your speed-dial wants you to call.

Best pizza in Bloomingdale! And the Tuesday special cannot be beaten, no way, no how! The sauce is awesome, the crust is delicious, and the toppings are fresh! We can't wait to try other offerings on the menu! It's one of our favorite things about having moved to the area. Used to go to Bloomingdale Pizza, which is pretty good, but this place has made us permanently change course. Definitely give them a try!

We just returned from lunch here with our family. We ended up sharing a large Stromboli. When they say large they mean large it was perfectly big enough were the three of us and still leftovers for home. The prices were really good and the Stromboli was excellent. The girl that waited on us was very sweet and attentive. We have definitely found a favorite spot.

I just ordered from this place and was very disappointed by the taste quality. I love pizza but this would make me hate it. The sauce is not the type of sauce for pizza and the calzone almost made me gag. The wings were ok though. They probably need to change the name, this is not NY pizza! I guess I should have known when I saw it empty and the two people who walked in we're friends. Get it together people!

Too much hit or miss, either pizza will be fantastic or really bad. No middle ground here. Don't eat here anymore due to the inconsistency, also the baked ziti is awful.

We've had pizza delivered several times now, and it's always been delicious. The cheese ravioli is also very good. We alternate between getting pizza from here and PJ's, depending on which one my wife is in the mood for. But if it were up to me I'd always order from NYTS.
