Since my recent switch to vegetarianism (with a strong mind to go vegan) I haven't been going out a whole lot, but every now and again it's kind of nice to have a sit down meal with a good friend. This past Sunday I was invited to the Cheesecake Factory for some brunch. I had never looked at the menu with the vegetarian filter and let me tell you it wasn't particularly easy. Now, the Sunday brunch menu is navigate-able (yes, I'm making up words) when it comes to meatless options- but there's a lot of cheese/milk products and eggs everywhere. I decided not to get breakfast and ended up settling on the new Skinnylicious Roasted Pear and Blue Cheese Flatbread and it was (not surprisingly) delicious! At under 490 calories it was a great mid-morning breakfast/early afternoon lunch treat and at only $5.99 it really topped the charts. Laura, my friend, went with the Bourbon Street Omelette with a side of tomatoes and a bagel. Obviously it had a little (read: a lot) more meat than I was looking for, but she said she really enjoyed it. I don't remember what hers cost, but the whole breakfasty list was relatively low cost. Coffee was two thumbs up and service was lazily relaxing. Not that he wasn't a good server, mind you, he just wasn't rushing us and on a Sunday morning I appreciated that. I would definitely look to trying out more of the selection, but I fear my diary-less diet may get in the way going forward. Either way- I'll keep you posted!

Hostess was a pill and didn't apologize for almost running my wife down... Had to ask for small plates and silverware... Waiter came off sounding like Billy Mays every time he came to the table... Cashew chicken was very good as was the Carlton salad... Going to caulk the service up to post Christmas weirdness...

I have been to this location numerous times and I have always enjoyed my experience. I went on 7/30 for a brief planning meeting and we wanted to receive the half off cheesecake that was being offered for "dine in only" guest (that wasn't the case). unfortunately my server was overwhelmed and it took about 10 minutes to be greeted and to order drinks. When we finally got those it took another 10 for her to come back for our orders. Luckily we had a lot to discuss because I would have felt looked over if not! I tried the lemon shrimp pasta dish it was my first time ordering it. And it was OK. I also ordered a sweet tea that I had to remind her about 20 minutes after I ordered it that wasn't very good so I left it on the table and told her I didn't want it she still put it on my bill. Overall we were a very easy to please group and she thanked us for our patience. In the end all was well when we received our $3 red velvet cheesecake my FAVORITE. This was probably my least favorite experience at this location that I frequent maybe once a month or so they need servers that can handle the rush of National Cheesecake day a little better!

Great food, but lets be real you only come here for the amazing cheesecake! It is so hard to choose from because of the ridiculous amount of delicious choices and flavors. It can be a little pricey but well worth the splurge every once in a while! Great girls night spot!

Loved the Chicken Bellagio. Great breads and excellent waitress. I really wanted to try the desserts, but the entree left me too full.

I almost want to write two separate reviews, but I guess it's better to just have the good and the bad in one place. THE GOOD: My friend and I walked into Cheesecake at prime dinner time on a Friday night. There was a huge line, and of course, the place was packed. However, we were able to snag seats at the bar (why don't people like to eat there with no wait?!). We ordered two drinks, mine a mojito. It was very good. Not authentic, but tasty nevertheless, and the bartender did not skimp on the rum. The service was friendly, prompt, helpful, and great. They deserve 5 stars alone. THE BAD: The food was so terrible. I ordered the fish tacos and I just can't begin to describe how disgusted I was. The fish was fishy (which any seafood fanatic would know that is not a sign of fresh fish...) and the toppings were just out of control, and tasteless. The flavors were not very good, and the soft taco shells tore before I could even pick them up. I ate what I could of them, but wound up eating more bread than anything else. The rice and beans on the side were also disappointing, but I think that was more a personal preference than the actual preparation. It was yellow rice with sweet corn and peas (do not want sweet rice...) and black beans. Not very appealing. Overall, I would probably come back again eventually, but probably just for an appetizer and drinks at the bar.

Ok, so the Thai style shrimp appetizer does NOT stack up to the bang bang shrimp at Bonefish, but you just can't go wrong with any of their cheesecakes!!!

We ate very well at Cheesecake Factory today. The burger with mushrooms was good and the firecracker salmon rolls were yummy. The kids ate their kid meals and we were all satisfied.

3.75 stars Can't say that I've ever had great service at a Cheesecake Factory and that's the one thing that keeps me from frequenting more. It's a huge chain that is known for it's cheesecake and its super diverse menu. However diverse the food items are, everything on the menu is always really good. It doesn't matter what you order, they do a pretty good job of mastering a lot of genres. I had the Grilled Salmon which was cooked perfectly and it came with a heaping side of Mashed Potatoes (which were delicious) and some Asparagus (cooked perfectly). Someone else ordered the Burger (looked good!) and Fries (crispy and yummy), another, Shepard's Pie (HUGE and tasty) and a Grilled Chicken and Spinach (also perfect). This place is good for kids as the options are plentiful and the plate sizes are"just right". My 82 year old Puerto Rican grandma ordered off of the kid's menu and said her Grilled Chicken and Mashed Potatoes were "Berry goodt and no too salt!" Although we were seated right away, we unfortunately got seated near a birthday party table of 15 people which used up like 6 servers, including ours. We weren't greeted for 15 minutes, were never checked up upon, had to flag our server down for every little thing and waited forever for our check. As I said, it's the service that keeps me away because the food is always tasty. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt b/c we went on St. Patrick's day so they were probably unusually busy. Prices are on the high side depending on what you order, $19.99 for Salmon, $8.95 for the Burger. Go with a lot of time and an apetite, portions sizes are huge. Don't forget to save room for the cheesecake!

I've always been a fan and I'm glad to see that no matter what location I go to, I can expect similar service. I enjoyed eating on the outside patio, it felt a little more spacious than it usually does inside. I love chicken salad so I went with the skinny chicken salad sandwich, my reliable choice for a sensible meal. The salad that comes with it is ok. The crispy cuban rolls were pretty good. The strawberry lemonade is a little sweet for me but might be just right to someone else. My server was wonderful, as usual. I didn't get cheesecake this time but it's always a treat, never met a cheesecake here that I didn't like!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. They have great food. The service is normally pretty good. The atmosphere is great as long as you are seated at a booth or the bar (at the tables you are way too close to strangers). Favorites include the pot stickers (appetizer), Louisiana Chicken Pasta and Jambalaya . If you are a martini fan, the Red Raspberry Martini has amazing flavor.

Chicken Madeira! and any of the cheesecake selections are awesome. The service is pretty good considering they are always sooo busy. The ambiance is nice-a little on the noisy side (again since they are packed most times). Something needs to be done about the floors though. I have almost slipped several times while walking to my table, and have seen other women come close to slipping as well. Other than that I enjoy coming here.

It's true--I generally don't like chain restaurants. The Cheesecake Factory (along with a handful of others) is a definite exception to the rule. When people ask about my favorite restaurants, the Cheesecake Factory is on my list. If a psychologist asked me to do a word association with the "Cheesecake Factory," these come to mind-- Huge portion sizes (relative to prices = great value) Diverse menu (more pages than most kids' books) Consistent food presentation Professional service The BEST strawberry lemonade Countless dessert selections Cool Mediterranean/Egyptian decorations No doubt about it: five stars. Even though it's chain food, this is a surefire bet for a great meal.

Huge menu...in fact too large to choose from if you ask me. There are two things I go here for...the avocado egg rolls which are like heaven in my mouth and the herb crusted salmon salad which is just one of the best salads I have had anywhere. Friendliness of staff is hit or miss and there is almost always a wait here. Very loud atmosphere...typically we just order out and enjoy our salmon salads in the comfort of our own home.

We go to this Cheesecake Factory at every special family event. We have always been pleased until today. We went during lunch which usually we always go at dinner time but same menu. Today the food just wasn't as good as usual. I had chicken an biscuit, basically chicken pot pie. I love it. Today it was just dry and the vegetables were terrible. Literally not cooked and hard as a rock. I was so disappointed. My wife wasn't impressed and my daughter had a chicken sandwich was horrible. By the time we leave we spend $121 that's food and cheesecake. We probably won't go again.

I have dined at several Cheesecake Factories accross the country. Generally, the food is good and the service is adequate. At this loction,we discovered a fly on its back half alive on our bread plate. We showed the waiter. He said , " I will tell the manager and he will come by and talk with you.". The manager never came by and we did not receive an apology or explanation for the fly. The waiter acted as if it was perfectly normal. Half dead flys in breadbaskets with brain dead waiters is what you can expect here.

I joined the family for lunch. The restaurant was not that crowed and we were seated pretty quickly. The food was prepared in timely fashion; however the service was more than a little slow. It took forever to get the leftovers (huge portions) and the check.

Desserts to die for, food to take home as a second meal, and great atmosphere. Cheesecake Factory never lets me down, no matter where you go. Maybe one of these days we will actually go when they're having drink specials.

Love this place, and I don't even eat cheesecake! I always order the same thing because it so good. An order of the fried macaroni & cheese and the Boston house salad. I immediately ask the server to box 1/2 of each item and them I have dinner again for the next day. I have also ordered carryout using curb side and have found that they have the most attentive staff working curbside. I have never had a wrong order or missing items when I order carryout here.

I have heard people rave about Cheesecake Factory, so decided to try it. Prices were much higher than we expected (need another $ sign, Yelp), service was slow (though it was busy), food tasted like it came from a microwave. Tried a free sample of cheesecake, and while tasty it was no better than grocery store varieties (though they did have some unique flavors). We won't be going back!

I love the Cheesecake Factory for days when I decide to treat myself and indulge in a 3,000 calorie dinner. The fresh warm bread is always a winner. I have had slow service a couple times on very busy weekend evenings, but nothing to really complain about. The food on their 100 page menu is a plenthora of tasty items to choose from no matter what mood I am in. Although, I'm not a huge fan of their light/skinny menu and I'm sad that the past couple times I didn't see the portabella sandwich anywhere on the menu. The flavor seems to be lacking a bit on the couple of dishes I have tried from the light menu. I ordered the light lettuce wraps, but it seemed that I needed to drown the wraps in the accompanying sauces to get any burst of flavor. If you like spicy like I do - try the Black Pepper Jamaican Shrimp entree or the Sante Fe Salad from their regular menu. Portions are enough for two days of eating. And of course the reason why most tourists or sweet tooths visit is for dessert. Tiramisu is my favorite dessert and their tiramisu cheesecake is absolutely delicious. I never want to eat all of it in one sitting so I can savor it for days, but I always end up cleaning my plate and feeling like a porker waddling out of there. The couple times I've ordered a drink, I have not been overwhelmed, but not underwhelmed either. PS. Sitting on the patio enjoying the weather = excellent people watching of the mall patrons.

I've been at this location several times with friends and family. This place has an amazing menu with so many good choices it makes it hard to decide. Usually restaurants either have big menus where nothing is particularly great (does not make it bad either), or they have a few things they do great and little else. This place has a big menu which everything is a winner. The food is hot, tasty, and you get a fair to large size portion as well. This place also has takeout if you want to grab your meals to go, also if you order takeout you will not be stuck waiting for your meals for eternity either because they have to do something special for your takeout, with their cheesecake service they are used to the concept of takeout. Also since this is located at the mall I have placed my order when I enter the mall, do my shopping, and then pick up my meal when it is time to leave. Also their cheesecakes are limitless in their selection, also it is not the only item they have for dessert, but why would you order anything else? One of the few places where you cannot go wrong.

Every time I go, it's always packed, so I try to dine early before the rush begins. The Brandon location is probably by far the best CF I've been to. The food is consistently good both in taste and appearance and I can't say there are many big chains in town that are able to keep that up. Service has always been a tad on the slow side, but it's not bad by any means. The only menu item that I've found that I just don't like are their onion rings - way too bready and greasy. I love love love the Luau Salad as well as many of the items on the tapas/small plate menu (well, except for those onion rings). The Pina Colada cheesecake is killer if it's available (I think it's seasonal).

I visited the Cheesecake Factory on Labor Day for dinner. The restaurant was full, but to my surprise there was no wait. We were greeted & seated right away by a cheerful hostess. Our server had passed by our table and said he would be right with us. I'm glad he acknowledged that we were there. He returned momentarily and he introduced himself & told us what the specials were as well as his recommendations. He was very thorough and detailed when he explained everything. He definitely knew the menu. After taking our drink order, he dropped off a bread basket which tied us over until the food arrived, which did not take long. I had ordered the Caramel Chicken. It consisted of crispy chicken pieces in a spicy Vietnamese caramel sauce with vegetables and rice. The chicken was very moist & the vegetables were crisp. The caramel sauce was tasty and not too spicy at all. The rice was just right, not overdone to where it was almost gelatinous and not dry either. Nice & fluffy, as I like it, as it should be. The Cheesecake Factory is known for its huge portion sizes & this was no exception. However, unlike other dishes I have eaten, I was able to finish a majority of this in one sitting. Our server was very attentive & checked on us often and refilled our drinks before we asked. Once he cleared our plates, he came back with the dessert menu & again told us his recommendations. I'm glad that he did because there are so many different flavors of cheesecake to choose from as one would imagine. I went with his recommendation of the 30th Anniversary Cheesecake which consisted of original cheesecake, fudge, and chocolate truffle. The cheesecake arrived shortly and it was delicious. It wasn't overly rich at all. It definitely hit the spot. I'm glad I went with his recommendation and it was a perfect way to end the meal. I would definitely come back to this location again. The restaurant was very clean, the hosts were always smiling & the servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. The manager even walked the floor several times, something I hadn't noticed at most of my restaurant visits as of late.

I love the beet and goat cheese salad here! Definitely a challange making a menu decision so we always start with the salad, a couple martinis and then decide. Hubby leans toward the steak sid eand has never been disappointed except for the flat irons teak which was pretty tough. Brunch is delicious and expansive and of course desserts are delicious!

I love this location. It's packed, but not as busy as most Cheesecake Factories are. I gave them 5 stars because of their service. The wait wasn't that long and they were nice enough to take back my food when I did not like it. Their menu is huge so basically I can always count of them to satisfy whatever I feel like eating at the moment. I never really order the cheesecakes though. I am always too full to order dessert.

Excellent food, great service, one of our favorite restaurants. For the most part we prefer the mom and pop hole in the wall type restaurants, but you just can't go wrong with the Brandon Mall Cheesecake Factory. It has all the great qualities of the Tampa International location, without the long waits and loud crows. We dine there about ever 2 months and rarely wait more than 5 minutes for our party of 2. The Shepard's Pie and lousiana chicken pasta are our favorites. Extra chicken is only a few bucks more, so we usually order that and have awesome leftover the next day.

I was excited when this location of The Cheesecake Factory was opened because all my friends were saying how great the location in International Mall was. I don't know if there is just a HUGE discrepancy between the cooks or what; but I was NOT impressed. My husband and I went awhile after it opened and ordered desserts (cheesecake for me, chocolate cake for him) and sodas and walked out with a $30 bill!! In addition to the huge bill the service was mediocre and the desserts were both not very good. I have had better cheesecake bought from the bakery at Publix for MUCH less money. The only redeeming factor was that the portions were large. We haven't been back.

Great chain. Wide variety of food, Sunday Brunch, and this location is much better then the one near the airport at International. I love the appetizers, and pretty much this is just a great place to eat. Service is great, and for a slightly upscale chain this is the best in the area.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of those rare restaurants where you can satisfy your cravings for both an impeccable dessert and a filling and delicious meal. Its atmosphere is a perfect combination of casual dining and relaxed elegance. Whether you're taking the kids out or celebrating an anniversary, everyone is sure to enjoy the food, service, and ambiance. My favorite dessert item is the chocolate tuxedo cheesecake; it's the perfect blend of rich, creamy cheesecake and smooth, mouth-watering chocolate. The Cheesecake Factory also has an impressive variety of meals ranging from seafood and steaks to chicken tacos. The chicken and biscuits nearly knocked me over when I had them. The warm and buttery biscuits nestled atop the country gravy, mashed potatoes, and veggies was delicious. I hadn't expected such a down-home delicacy from a place like The Cheesecake Factory. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more highly.

If you can't find something that catches your attention on this menu, there's maybe something wrong with you. The menu is a book, with adverts, that goes on, and on, and on. And they pretty much nail everything on the menu too. If I had to pick a favorite dish it would be the chicken costelletta (sp?). It's a huge piece of pounded down chicken cutlet lightly breaded and sauteed with a lemon sauce, yummy! Of course the cheesecake here is awesome, and again, there are way too many choices for cheesecake as well. Not to be outshone by the cheesecake... I can also vouch for the carrot cake and the black out cake, both to die for.

If you have a hard time making deciisons (as I often do), you may find it difficult to decide what to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. The menu is more than a dozen pages long and contains everything from salads, burgers, and pasta, to steaks, seafood, and Mexican...when given so many options, it's also difficult to get a good answer from the server as to "What is really good?". I would assume, given the name, that their specialty is (every type imaginable of) cheesecake, for which there is also an abundance of options...unfortunately I have never tried any of them. Today we had the nachos appetizer, and I stopped at that because 1) the plate was rather large for two people, and 2) I still could not make up my mind. The nachos weren't bad. My companion ordered enchiladas, which she said were good (when I want Mexican food, I want to go to a Mexican restaurant). The decor is nice (and the restrooms were very clean), service was decent and so were our drinks (the first round seemed to be prepared better than round two); I especially enjoyed my pear martini. Great place for to meet up for a girl's happy hour and some mall shopping after.

Not very impressed by this Cheesecake Factory. We have been here several times and have been overall consistently disappointed. There have been numerous occasions of very slow service; messed up orders and skimpy servings. Yes, we've noticed Cheesecake Factory servings getting much smaller over the last couple of years. Tonight, we are done!!! We ordered items and after waiting 20 minutes, we were informed that they were out of a key ingredient. There is no reason for that. If you cannot provide something on the menu, then that is a call that should be made early. Further, this is not some family small business. This is a major chain restaurant and it is lame to be out of something. Done. This is our last visit to the restaurant. We'll go somewhere else. If we have a Cheesecake Factory desire, we will go to a different one than here.

Arrived pretty early and already a waiting line but had loads of empty tables. Usually see that when not enough staff to cover all the tables. When called they took us to an outside table but clearly not ready so they asked us to go back inside so they could get another table ready. In the meantime several other parties of 4 were seated while we continued to wait. About 10 minutes passed and finally we were seated. The waiter was very prompt and efficient and came right over with water and menus. Food came out quickly and was piping hot and fresh. All 4 of us had something different but we started out with the garlic cheese bread that came with a yummy oil mixture and a red sauce. Delicious!!! I had the small Cobb salad which was massive yo say the least. Could have fed a family of 4. One person had the bacon cheeseburger which he said was delicious and piled high with bacon. Another had a quesadilla which was big as well. To end the meal 2 got cheesecake of course. White chocolate raspberry and Godiva chocolate. Way too sweet for me but because the waiter brought an extra fork I didn't want him to feel bad so had a taste....they earned their name of Cheesecake Factory. Everyone we have ever tried has been delicious! Continues to be a favorite place to eat!

Decided to stop by for some cheesecake after a horrible experience at another restaurant. SO GLAD WE DID!!! My Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake was PERFECTION! The portion was generous and the taste was fantastic. The Oreo cookie on top was crispy and fresh. The whip cream was not sweet enough for my liking, but this did not hurt the main dish. I did have some left overs to bring home for another day. The bartenders quickly greeted us and made us feel welcome. The bottles of wine, on the top shelf, could use a little dusting; but all in all it was a great experience. We do like the new covered outside patio. We will have to try eating out there one day.

Most people don't realize the bar high tops are first come first serve. Why be on a waiting list? I love their pastas, and salads. They have every cheesecake imaginable. I tried the raspberry white chocolate one and went to heaven. I love this place. Great server.

I've visited this location once before and enjoyed my experience. During my most recent trip, the review is the same . I'm going to guess that this location fairly busy all of the time, as it is located in the mall and during both of my visits there was a wait. Thankfully during this visit, we were there strictly for cheesecake so seating in the bar was appropriate. I'm not sure if this is true to all locations, but at this one, you are able to seat yourself in the bar area. They are also full service in the bar so just an FYI for those who don't like to wait :) Our waiter came to take our orders shortly after we sat down and he was very nice and patient. I was with a friend who was slightly indecisive and had several questions about the different cheesecakes that they offer. Our waiter was very well versed in the cheesecake menu and made great recommendations for all of us. We were all very pleased with our choices. Each time I visit the Cheesecake Factory, I try to order a different flavor cheesecake. On this visit I chose to try the pineapple upside-down cheesecake. Now I've often shied away from this one because when I want cheesecake, I really WANT cheesecake and this particular cake has 2 layers of pineapple cake with pineapple cheesecake in between. BUT I am SO glad that I opted to try this one because it was soooooooooooo delicious! I was extremely pleased with it. Now, if you've never had a piece of cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory, please know that this isn't your typical thin, petite, restaurant portion of desert. These portions are huge and easily enough to be shared by 2 or 3. If you just want a little taste, make sure you plan to share. One of my friends opted for the lemon raspberry cream cheesecake which had a lighter flavor than the pineapple upside down but was very tasty as well. The other chose the red velvet cheesecake which is extremely rich and sweet. I've had this one before as well and it's an awesome choice!

Okay, so I Love Cheesecake Factory, but they should re-name the Brandon, FL location "House of Flies". We were seated in a booth in the front on the windows that look over the parking lot on the West side. There were 20 flys on the inside of the window flying around so we asked to be moved to the interior of the restaurant, which they did after we explained why. So they put us in a booth by the kitchen, which has a large glass partition, which is like a fancy fly display case. Flys everywhere on the glass. They have several ways to combat this now, they may want to start trying to get rid of these nasty critters. Good food as always, but I hate to think a fly helped cook it.

So...call me typical, touristy, or WHATEVA. I really like Cheesecake Factory. My personal favorite is in Caesar's Palace is Vegas. I come here for the Spicy Ahi Tuna roll and a Passionfruit mojito. It's like...it's like multiple orgasms of the culinary arts man. Epic noms infinity. And for $12 that passionfruit mojito better be that good. Wtf? I ended up at this particular locations during one of Tampa's mid-afternoon tsumai/torrential rainfall episodes. No biggie. I usually sit at the bar because the service is always TOP NOTCH. At all CCF's bruh. Bar!!! All day!!! Again, great service!!! But, $30 for a mojito and ahi tuna salad? (Didn't order my beloved tuna roll on this day) Goodness gracious!!! That's pretty durn steep!!! I still love CCF for consistently good service. But the prices...EEEKKK!!!

It could be such a great place if they did not try so hard to be creative. Less is always more! I do not understand why most restaurant experiment with mixing so many ingredients in one plate instead of keeping it simple. I must say, I love their kale and quinoa salad, and that's about it. The service is good but the food is just too much and low quality, trying to please huge appetites. Too pricey for its quality.

Brandon Cheesecake Factory is truly a mirror of everything Brandon is all about - it's in a mall, the clientele is entirely moms and elderly, and it is completely chain-restaurant vanilla. Huge portions, expensive domestic beer, and cheesecake galore. A few notes: - Burgers aren't a great value. They run $12-14, but the fries that come with are in a little tin cup. You get BIG BURGER little fries. - There is basically every type of food available through their menu, so if you want something not listed, you can probably get it anyway. As long as it includes the ingredients they have, you can Frankenstein something together. - Their menu is 30something pages long, but many of those pages are ads. But who has ever sat down at the Fac (what kids in the know call this establishment), seen an ad for customized Warhol-esque pop art, and gone "YES I NEED THAT!" - White napkins shed on your fine clothing. Ask for black.

Normally, the word"chain" dredges up fear and disgust (I'm looking at you Applebees) But sometimes, chain restaurants can be enjoyable and make you change your mind. I recently went to the Brandon location this past Saturday with my parents. for my birthdayI've been to CF in Chicago at the base of the John Hancock building before, and besides the structure itself, the food , service, ambiance were similar. CF could be accused of having a Dissociative Identity Disorder since their entrees range from pastas, chops, seafood, pizza, sandwiches..etc IMO, most of the dishes seem to be covered well. I ordered my staple, the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta and a mojito. The mojito was cool , crisp, and great. The pasta was nice and spicy, shrimp fresh, and as is the course with CF, enough for 2 meals. My parents were surprised because they thought it was primarily a dessert place, but were shocked at the dizzying amount of entrees. For dessert, I ordered the Caramel Pecan turtle cheesecake. It was awesome, but cheesecake in any flavor was awesome. Service was good and the servers decorated the cake plate with "Happy Birthday" in syrup and sang which was nice. Parking wasnt an issue since the restaurant is part of Brandon Town Center and even on a busy Christmas Saturday night, we were able to park close. Just dont get on the scale the next day lol..

I went here with my girl because she had NEVER been to the Cheesecake Factory.... the more I thought about that notion the more I feel like that was probably my fault.....so here we are!! The food was really good. As usual, large portions and way hard to finish. She's a cheesecake snob so we had to try some of that before leaving...it was phenomenal, just like you would expect it to be. Our waitress was very pleasant and our wait for the food was not nearly as long as I have experience at other CCF in the past. Overall, good place. I'll go again.

The missing star is due to the noise factor. I am deaf, yet I could hear the "sound track". I think most folks are happy with "thumpa thumpa thumpa while dining.. me? not so much. Our server DeAnne was professional, we enjoyed chatting with her. I was surprised to note name tags are not part of the servers uniform. Substitutions are permitted without charge I was able to have the Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp with Shrimp only. The seasonings are dumbed down for the American palate, which is to be expected. The portions are overwhelming for a senior citizen, go boxes are cheerfully provided. The chain appears to have responded to criticism regarding the high caloric content of their offerings. They now include some lower calorie choices. This was my first experience with the Cheesecake Factory. I can understand why it has maintained its good reputation.

Either the brandon location is an anomaly, or the company has committed to sucking. Three waiters...no fried macaroni balls...and food so bland i gave up on it and sent it back. At least the lemonade and bread were delicious. Never again.

I went here for a late lunch with a friend and we decided to sit outside on the patio. The recently re-did the patio and it lookes really nice with the new overhang, lights and heaters for when it gets cold. Our server was the only one outside on the patio and I felt kinds bad for hime since we were his 5th or 6th table and they kept setting him. Some one came up and asked for our drink order but he had already gotten it. For lunch we just got water to drink and then I ordered the Pear and Blue Cheese Flatbread from the Skinny menu and my friend ordered the Asian Salad from the skinny menu. Someone dropped of bread and butter for us. The food came out promptly and was good. my flatbread was filling. My friend like here salad ok even thou the lettuce looked a little wilted. We split the tiramisu cheesecake for dessert and it was perfect! Overall its good but a chain restaurant so not a place I typically visit.

Went here on a Thursday afternoon with 3 people. Were seated right away. Had a fantastic waitress. Everything was served quickly. Our food was delicious! I've been to Cheesecake Factory several times in MA and the last few times were not so good. So it was nice for this excellent visit! I had chicken quesidillas and they were very good. I defintely would go back again when we go back to Florida to visit!!

No, just no. I've been here before and outbox convenience, I ended up back. The menu although huge seems to never seems to deliver anything worth consuming. We got the pretzel covered chicken skewers which were the best thing we ate. My date got the steak dip sandwich and I got a chicken sandwich. I've never seen my guy leave much food on his plate. He barely made it through half of his sandwich. I have to remember not to do this again, no mater how much of a convinence it is.

The relaxed ambience is ideal for families. The food are generous portion sizes and prepared consistently based on my dining experience at this location. This location gets busy a lot.

Very good service and food. We only waited a couple of minutes to be seated. They say us next a window which nice to see people walking by. The food was very delicious and hot. I will definitely eat here again. It worth every penny.

Quick seating on a late Saturday afternoon so that was awesome. The service... Amazing! The food was delicious. Wow.... Just wooooow. Amazing food. The flavors and the quality is amazing. Gorgeous place and the ambiance is amazing. A little over priced in my opinion so be prepared to spend some money. FYI: The red sangria, better than any I have ever had. Delicious!!!!!!

Very nicely run restaurant! Good management makes a great team!!!! And they have a great team here!!! You know what your going to get here and its the same as in the other locations! They are a better group in Brandon than the group at International Plaza that's for sure!!!!

The food is a 3 at best. Soggy fries and stale bread make the sandwiches subpar. The cheesecake saves the score hands down. 5 star cheesecake, 2 star food, and 3 star service. Tourist trap, but still worth the trip once in a while.

All I can say is awesome. The service was great. We had the fried mac and cheese was great. Then we had the Cuban sandwiches and by far they are the we have had. I never thought I'd say someone has a better Cuban than morainis but they do. We loved this place.

I always feel 'eh' about Cheesecake Factory. I feel like I'm always in there for a longest possible time and I hate that the menu is ridiculously long. This particular cheesecake factory has always had great service and hasn't disappointed me yet. I like that they have a "skinny" menu with just as many options as the main menu. My biggest gripe with Cheesecake Factory is that they don't offer "bites" or "samplers'" of their cheesecakes. There is no way I ever order dessert because there is no way I can or want to eat an entire piece of that cheesecake.

Visiting from Atlanta and again Cheesecake Factory maintains their quality in atmosphere, service and of coarse food. My family was happy, comfortable and satisfied. We had a long day at Busch Gardens and I'm glad we stuck with our ace in the hole...we arrived a few mins before 5 and that was perfect timing because on our way out there was a short wait beginning to build. Thanks cheesecake factory for your dependability..

Love this place!! They have no issues with making food not on menu. If I eat at the one in Brandon or Chicago the quality is the same. The first time we ate at one my son was home on leave with his new wife. So it holds a special place in life

Cheesecake Factory is one of the few chains I give credit for doing things right. The service is usually good, the food from the ridiculously large menu is always on point and the drinks are made well. Chains seem to get away with serving weak drinks, but mine are always good here. With that, and a menu so big you could order something different every visit forever, I'll find myself here a few times a year. Both this Brandon Mall location and the International Mall location have consistent food, service and drinks.

Well, who doesn't like the Cheesecake Factory???? The only thing I don't like is the menu is so big that it takes me forever to figure out what I want to order. It is best to go at an off time since the location makes it very busy at noon and dinner time. If you are like me, I sometimes throw the diet to the wind and just order one of the fabulous deserts. Again, if you are in a hurry, I would say try to schedule your visit at an off time.

After being disappointed at the Cheesecake Factory in International Mall/Bay Street I decided to try this location in the BRANDON Town Center Mall. It's located off the Interstate 75 off of West BRANDON Blvd across the street from a Best Buy and in a humongous plaza behind the mall. This location tends to get packed it was full of people waited almost an hour but we finally got our table after waiting so long that's my only complaint. But other than that everything else is fine. Our waitress Melissa was really nice, attentive and very welcoming.Service is great especially when it's a madhouse. My Classic Burger with fries was amazing that day and my S'mores Cheesecake was absolutely delicious and this time the women's bathroom was clean I love that overall great experience

We recently had dinner at the bar at this Cheesecake Factory and I must say it was one of the most pleasant dining situations we have had recently. Our Bartender/ Server Ronnie was on the ball. He had drinks in front of us before we had really even settled into our seats and he kept them full. We like to eat at the bar because it is typically more private than some of the tables, you get a t.v. and you have the bartender (who rarely leaves the area directly in front of you) to wait on you. We ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and Stuffed Chicken Tortillas for our entrees. They were both extremely delicious. The Stuffed Chicken Tortillas came with 2 delicious corn cakes (sort of like spoon cornbread formed into cakes) that I could not get enough of. The meal had a green sauce that is a little different from what I would traditionally eat (aka red sauce), but it worked out nicely. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was my Husbands. It is bow-tie pasta covered in a creamy and slightly spicy sauce with fried pounded chicken on top. We grabbed dessert to go and we were out of the restaurant in less than 40 minutes. Fast, delicious and we had leftovers. Winning.

If you are a walk in be prepared for 40 min wait. Call ahead..the bread was delicious, and had the mac and cheeseburger. Cooked to order, but could only taste all spice that coated the top of the burger. The waiter was attentive. Maybe next time my burger will be better.

The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite place to eat. date have this Cajun pasta with spinach pasta and regular pasta mix with shrimp and chicken a little spice oh my god. on my birthday I get that dish and I go to the Cheesecake Factory at least 3 times a month.

If you've been to a Cheesecake Factory, you know that the menu is a little overwhelming. I have never had a bad experience here and I love the food. The chicken samosas was espectacular! It's very flavorful with a hint of curry and a cilantro dipping. My burger was delicious !! My partner had the chicken madeira. He claims it was the same as always... YUMMY! I would of tried it, but I'm not a fan of mushrooms.

Came in for a late dinner with the family. Service was fast and food came quick. The menu was large and offered a wide variety of choices. The big turn off and the reason for the three star rating was due to the dirty silverware.

I'm pretty pissed. I ordered a drink and it took about 20 minutes to come out because "the bar is backed up." Fine. Then I get my chicken and pear salad which literally came with about two pieces of shaved chicken and one pear slice. It was essentially a 14 dollar bowl of lettuce with one slice of whatever it was supposed to come with. Seriously, about two pieces of blue cheese also. I asked for extra dressing and the waitress said she forgot so I finally got it much later so I guess at least I got to have a dressed bowl of lettuce. Such a rip off such an overrated restaurant, such a disappointment. I'll never be back.

Don't get me wrong I love The Cheese Cake Factory and their food, however, I'm writing the review more specifically for this specific location and their employees. My colleagues and I were in Brandon for business and decided to do lunch here. The wait wasn't too bad and we were seated in the corner of the store next to the silverware guy who rolls the silverware. (First red flag) Our waiter approached us and we ordered, he came back with our drinks and then disappeared. We saw him literally that one and only time. He wasn't busy because his other tables were being treated to, but we were left to nothing. Our drinks were empty and we kept trying to wave him down at his other tables, so I walked up to the nearest hostess and asked to flag him down for us, she said "no problem I'll get him." Yeah he never showed up, and someone else served our food. The food was mediocre at best. We felt pretty ignored and used as customers, and for what? Frustration.

My family and I are Cheesecake Factory regulars. I think I have been to this location over 100 times since I moved to Brandon back in 2005. The service here has always been great, much better than the other location at the International Plaza where the waiters are schizo. It's the place where my nephew tried his first cheeseburger when he was a toddler, birthday parties, and numerous other events have occurred here, it is filled with memories. I love most things on the menu. The avocado eggroll sliders and tuna tartare are my favorite appetizers. I previously ate their burgers regularly, but have found them to be a little too salty in the last few years. The caramel chicken is an awesome choice and is inspired by Vietnamese cuisine with just a touch of spiciness. The four cheese pasta is always great. Their factory burrito grande is no joke, never order it alone unless you plan to box it. Brunch at Cheesecake Factory is always a great thing as well. The factory huevos rancheros are awesome. Like I said before, I will eat almost anything on the love Cheesecake Factory menu. Is it healthy? No. Is it tasty? Yes. The portions are huge, so it isn't a bad idea to share them and then also save on price as well. Finally who can leave the Cheesecake Factory without a waiter or waitress suggested you take some cheesecake home? My favorite cheesecake choices are the fresh banana cream cheesecake and Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Delicious. The bartender always makes great drinks as well and despite the huge crowd, you still get seated in a reasonable manner. The Cheesecake Factory may be a chain, but it is one of my favorite chains.
My husband and I sat down at a horrible restaurant this afternoon, and immediately left and went to somewhere we know wouldn't disappoint. Cheesecake Factory has always shown us great service and food. Our server, Laura was so nice, and very knowledgable of the menu. She was quick to answer questions and make suggestions. I'm so glad we didn't stay at the previous place, because we ended up having a great time at CCF!

I can't ever complain about food with Cheesecake Factory. Not to mention this is the second location in the Tampa area so you don't have to go too far no matter where you are to find one. The menu continues to amaze me every time I come here and leave me indecisive until a game time decision has to be made. The location is great for a mall eatery and wait times every time I have gone have been bearable. My only gripe on the couple of times I have visited this location has been the speed and quality of service. It seems as though the lunch staff doesn't necessarily understand many of its lunchtime customers are on lunch breaks and do have to head back to work. On my most recent visit I think our group only saw the waiter 3 times. Once about ten minutes after we were seated to get drink orders, then to get food orders, and lastly when it was time for the check.

Although I never had a great meal at any CF, I stopped at the one in Brandon on lunch. This was a giant fiasco, where the entire order was wrong...the manager came over to apologize and said a replacement order was being baked...20 minutes later he came back to say it hadn't been started and asked if I still wanted it. Most of my co-workers had finished eating. The waitress offered a free cheesecake that she would bring right away. She asked if I wanted whipped cream on it and I told her no. Of course, it came out with extra whipped cream on the side. My co- workers joked about it and said they would probably charge for it. The bill came with my meal and the cheesecake. They removed the cheesecake after talking to the manager for the fifth time. The manager admitted that nothing had gone well that day and offered a gift card. I still have it if anyone wants to eat there.

This location is close to work so an easy stand-by. Frou-frou drinks are good but pricy. Options for beer are limited. The menu however, is massive. Even for a huge restaurant with high volume, they are very accommodating. The orange chicken is awesome but not healthy. They have made it with grilled chicken for me and loaded up on veggies in place of rice. Have to make room for cheesecake calories!

I am a fan, especially now that they have the Skinnylicious menu. My biggest prior hang up at Cheesecake Factory was the size of the portions and the undisclosed calories. This has totally changed and now they have a gigantic menu full of delicious and healthy options! After enjoying my healthy meal, I like to totally ruin it by going with either the Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake or the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake. Both decadent and delicious. Cheesecake Factory always delivers excellent service and food with a large and diverse menu!

Food and service are both pretty good. Somewhat pricey. Location is easy to find, but parking can be very difficult weekend nights. The reason for the low rating is they took off the Moroccan Chicken from their menu. It was the reason I went to Cheesecake Factory. On top of that, they didn't tell me they didn't have it until after they took my order and came back to tell me they don't serve it anymore.

Let me start by saying that The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurants. When we arrived at the restaurant around 7pm, it was quite hectic and busy per usual. However, the bar area was pretty quiet and some tables were open, so we decided to sit at the bar and avoid the wait. I had the Chicken Madeira, which was recommended by our waitress, and it has easily become one of my favorite dishes now as it was so delicious. Customer service was impeccable. Our glass was never empty and were were tended to almost as soon as we sat down. Excellent location all around!!

I love the Cheesecake Factory, very well organized chain restaurant. The menu can be a bit over whelming because there are so many to choose from which makes it difficult to order especially if you are trying to eat something different from previous visit. For my last visit service was just ok. My group 5 and were probable the first to arrive when opened for lunch but some how took us a while to start our meal not including the 15 minutes it took us to make up our minds on what to eat. I had the slimlicious turkey avocado sandwich and that just perfectly delicious. I would eat that again for sure.

The service was poor. The table and silverware were dirty. It took over 2.5 hours to have our lunch served. I will not be going back.

The food was okay usual; however, the server was not attentive until it was time for us to pay the bill and receive a tip. Due to the poor customer service of our waiter, we did not order a dessert and we reflected our appreciation via the tip. Note we visited the restaurant during non-peak hours - there were many vacant tables so the waiter was not busy or overworked since there were not may people sitting in our area. One other thing... On the day we visited, the restaurant was cooler than the outside, the temperature outside was 66 and raining (brrrr). Next time I plan to wear a winter coat into this restaurant.

Wait can be busy if it's on hot days like end of the week and weekends. Service is great, but sometimes hard to get their attention if they're running around and if they're not looking in your direction. Food is average and nothing to wow about, however presentation is great. Can't go wrong with a slice of cheesecake in the end!

I have simply lost faith in the quality of the service at this restaurant. My family and I came to celebrate my nephew's 14th birthday. We arrived at 6 PM and we were informed that it would be an hour and a half wait. The hostess asked us to leave the restaurant and walk around and return in an hour for a pager. She took my cell phone number, and said she would call if she couldn't find us. Half of the party went shopping and the rest waited in the restaurant. At 6:43, she called my cell phone, but I didn't have a signal in the mall. At 6:45 my mother requested the pager and the hostess didn't mention she had just called us. The shopping group returned at 7 and sat waiting with the rest of the party. My brother-in-law asked the hostess about the wait time at 7:30 and he was informed that she had already called us and it would be another 20 minutes. I spoke with the manager who said he would seat us, but nothing happened. We were finally paged at 7:45 and seated. Everyone had good food, except for my sausage and ricotta flatbread, which had burnt sausage on it and it wasn't sliced. By this time, I felt it was useless to complain. We sat at the table for 2 hours and also ordered desserts. Drinks were never refilled and plates were never cleared. I'm very upset that this will be the birthday celebration my nephew remembers for his 14th birthday.

The food and service was excellent. Portions were generous and very filling. The menu choice was huge, not sure if this is a good thing or not. The restaurant is very large with plenty of seating so unless you visit at a really busy time getting a seat should not be a problem. The only bad thing I can say is that the lighting is a little on the dim side, ideal for a romantic couple but not for a large family meal. This was my first visit to this restaurant chain but I would definitely visit again in the future.

Came here for lunch right at noon, ordered steak & salmon, wife ordered steak & shrimp. When we got our food it was barely warm as if it had been sitting out for 5-8 minutes. I pet the waitress know & she took both back. Upon being brought back mine was the same, wife's shrimp was warm, but that was it. I saw the manager & let him know again. He apologized, offered another dish, but I declined. This was my 1st visit to this Cheesecake location. The waitress was good, but something was not right in the expediting/checking of food before leaving the kitchen. We did not have to pay for our meal, which was nice. Might return, not sure.

Coming to a popular American Icon, I promised myself not to be too critical to a place in which the name of the business describes as to sell, just multiple variety of "cheese cakes." However, when I walked up to the restaurant, I was already in awe with the colorful and fancy outdoor decor and art deco type of building. So my curiosity had increased to try something new. Walking in I noticed the long line just to add in their names in a large service book and in hope to be called soon. While waiting I took a menu and glanced through it to find 6 full pages (12 counting both sides) of food items and only one and a half of cheese cake pictures and variety with their description. Now, I was stuck to chose. I had no idea it would have so much to gander. When I was finally called and sat in a square table, I ordered a sweet drink, the Raspberry Lemonade, my girl friend ordered a Mint Tea. Soon after they brought out our drinks, warm white bread and pumpernickel bread with butter was given while trying to decide. Of course, I had to try to convince my 115 lb friend not to read from the "SkinnyLicious" menu and actually get some grub.! Finally and surprisingly she agreed and decided on a "Chicken Piccata" and I order also from the chicken coup, I ordered a "Crusted Chicken Romano." Crusted Chicken Romano was great to the taste, chicken was cut like fillets and tender and breaded nicely, although this was a lunch date, the portion was perfect in size. Came with Angel Hair pasta with marinara sauce. On her plate, I found it a little better tasting with creamy lemon sauce dressed with mushrooms and capers, had plenty of shrooms on top and her cut was similar to mine and very tender. Hers also came with angel hair pasta in the same mushrooms lemon sauce sauce. Food was good! Finally we ordered the sinner! A huge piece of Oreo Cheesecake!! Wow! Rich and more rich, but great tasting and it marbleized my stomach! I love this place! Only thing I seen that was cumbersome, is the seating, all in tight arrangements, do not expect a romantic dinner nor privacy!! You are facing neighbors and they can see you play footsie!

I was super excited when I learned that my temporary home in Florida was only a mile down the road from the Cheesecake Factory. You know who wasn't happy? My weight watchers team leader! I've tried my best to stay out of this fine establishment and I have not once gotten the cheesecake (yet). I actually like their food and lunch specials. Whenever you need a good comfort food I would suggest the white chicken chili! The restaurant is definitely wheelchair accessible, bathroom, table seating and all.

I love love love the Cheesecake Factory . This one in particular is always A+++ they are so accommodating to me and my family ( we often come in in large parties . The food is consistently amazing and if something isn't right, the fix it immidiatly without hesitation . I have probably eaten here at least 8/9 times in the past 3 weeks since being in Tampa on vacation . I love this place !

Ordinarily I wouldn't bother writing a review for a chain, but I had to comment on the exceptional service here. Our waitress was kind, patient, and informative. Really great. As for food, I always love trying a couple tapas and appetizers. The pretzel crusted chicken is delicious, and the chicken samosas were pretty good too. Main meal portions are huge, so expect to have leftovers. Four stars because it's just a tad too pricey.

Went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch we got seated immediately. We asked to be seated outside since it was a nice day, waiter came over took our drink order my wife asked for a diet coke with lime she did not receive the lime with the drink had to ask the server a second time, and then it still took several minutes to bring the lime. We then placed our appetizer order and our kids order since we had not made up our minds yet a few minutes go by and then we place our orders. We had not received the complimentary bread that is usually served once you are seated so we had to ask for the bread to be brought out also the plates they set on the table for bread and appetizers mine was dirty it had some kind of sauce smeared on the top and a glob of sauce on the underneath of the plate. We got the Thai lettuce wraps which are always very good and they did not disappoint today. We each got a salad I got the Cobb salad and it was fantastic and my wife got the French country salad and she said hers was good as well. I got the lunch sized portion of the salad and it was large I don't know how much bigger the regular size salad is but I was more than happy with the size of my salad and couldn't have been able to eat much more. I gave it three stars for slow service, dirt dishes on the table having to ask a second time for lime when you asked for it initially with your drink order.

I appreciate that even on busy days the staff is always polite and really move as quickly as possible for tables. Food is consistently good regardless of how busy they are which is a plus. My favorite dish is the Chicken Ballagio. The chicken is pan fried until it's nice and crispy then topped with prosciutto which adds the perfect amount of saltiness. It's served with basil pesto noodles and parmesean sauce. It is sooo good. I always have plenty for lunch the next day! I don't need to tell you how fan-freakin-tastic the cheesecake is. Can't leave without a slice of the carrot cake cheesecake. #foodgasm

Two friends and I decided on impulse to grab dinner here on a Friday night around 9PM. It was my first time there, and it was so busy I thought we'd never get seated, but within ten minutes (we were told it would be twenty) we had a booth. Our waitress, Sam, was awesome. She was attentive, patient, friendly, and professional... we were very impressed when she came back to tell us one of our appetizers would be briefly delayed because she "didn't think the one they made looked quite perfect" and asked the kitchen to remake it. Even though the place was extremely busy, we never had to wait for drink refills or anything, and the bar even remade a drink without complaint when my friend decided she wanted something different. Everything was absolutely delicious... we had fried calamari, avocado spring rolls, fire roasted spinach dip, and firecracker shrimp. The appetizer plates were more than big enough for all of us to split! I was really impressed with how much I loved the avocado spring rolls... and I don't even like avocado much! The drinks we had, which were all mojitos, were absolutely amazing, flavorful and fresh, and I have to compliment the bartender for making them because I know how busy she was and how time consuming they are. I can't believe how well we were treated, and how quickly, on a night when the restaurant was clearly so busy. We will absolutely be back here again!

BEWARE if you eat Gluten Free! Upon being seated I requested GF MENU from the hostess. After waiting ten minutes with no menu, I resorted to walking to the hostess stand to get it myself. I ordered gluten free pasta. The menu specifically said that the GF pasta was fussilli. When penne pasta arrived I questioned whether it was gluten free-and Thankfully(!) the server delivering the meal was honest and said no. The meal was promptly removed and I received an apology from two servers and a manager while I watched my family eat dinner. A delicious GF meal finally arrived but the timing ruined the meal out. And no- there was no adjustment on the bill for the inconvenience. Bottom line: this was a BAD mistake. If a restaurant touts GF, they need to double check the orders. Where I not paying attention...I would have had a sick three days. In addition, when a meal is ruined for whatever reason, I expect a manager to make it up to me...via a discount or a coupon for another visit. In won't be returning to this Cheesecake Factory.

I love this place!!!!!! I love my Thai lettuce wraps. Delish!!!!!! Can eat it everyday ... If I can afford it. The only thing I don't like is that their silverware is always dirty and sometime not wrap up and they just place it on the table. That is the worst part but everything else, is outstanding.

I had a terrible experience with a hostess at this location. We utilized call ahead seating which I understand is not a reservation but we wanted them to know that a party of 10 was coming with a baby in a stroller. It was a Thursday night and we ended up watching parties of customers (2 to 4 people per party) be seated ahead of us. My wife went up after 20 minutes to check on how much longer and she was told only about 10 more minutes. After another 25 minutes I had lost my patience. The hostess was smug and after I asked for a manager she would not answer any questions I had while we waited for the manager. I would have walked out at this point but my neices and nephew really wanted to eat there. My brother and his kids were visiting from out of town. We had not seen them in almost a year. A weak hostess on a non busy night will hurt the customer experience. This night it did.

Great place! Good atmosphere, service is always outstanding, the friendly and congenial waitstaff keep us coming back.

Food and cheesecake here is always excellent, however a bit pricey. I had the lunch special crusted chicken which is a decent size portion for lunch, but cost $11.99. I ordered a strawberry martini and was completely shocked when I saw the cost on the bill. $12!!! It wasn't that much or even that great. Next time I will avoid the drink menu.

I enjoy dining at the Cheesecake Factory mainly because of it's cheesecake. The Pros: The variety of cheesecake flavors available-- no matter what you are in the mood for you are guaranteed to find at least one that sounds good! The atmophere is nice- you can sit inside or outside and it's very clean and classy but you can also dress casual and fit in just fine. The staff is always polite and professional. Prices are relatively reasonable for what you get. Cons: The wait time tends to be long as peak hours so unless you go on an "off time" expect to wait. I think the thing I dislike the most is the way the seating is arranged. I don't like ot be seated so closely to strangers when I am trying to enjoy dinner and conversation. And if you are dining for two this is bound to happen. I am disappointed they took the crab cake sandwiches and the chicken and dumplings off of the menu! Both: The HUGE menu- this is good and bad... it can be hard ot decide what you want with so many options! But it is good because again, no matter your mood you should be able to find a food you are craving.

Ok, so it's a chain & the menu is a bit overwhelming, but it's a great "go to" place when you can't think of another place to go! This particular location is always crowded, but the wait usually not awful! The outside patios are really nice to sit out on after they covered them! Service is always great! I love, love, love the Thai lettuce wraps & the avocado rolls! The cheesecakes are all great, but sort of pricey! They need to get some more beers on draft!

(3)Zoe H.

(2)Mario C.
Ok, so the Thai style shrimp appetizer does NOT stack up to the bang bang shrimp at Bonefish, but you just can't go wrong with any of their cheesecakes!!!
(4)M R.
We ate very well at Cheesecake Factory today. The burger with mushrooms was good and the firecracker salmon rolls were yummy. The kids ate their kid meals and we were all satisfied.

Recently went for a.friend birthday. The easier was really sweet. Food was good too. I always get my favorite chipolet pasta and avocado rolls. So good!!
(5)Markham G.
Went for a quick lunch on the way to shopping & we had a great server & the appetizer a tex mex spring roll was so delicious. Lunch salad was disappointing...hardly no chicken...will not do salads again.

(4)Joe H.
(5)Hli H.
(5)Benjamin M.
(5)Kristi A.
(4)Mike A.

(2)Jason K.
I joined the family for lunch. The restaurant was not that crowed and we were seated pretty quickly. The food was prepared in timely fashion; however the service was more than a little slow. It took forever to get the leftovers (huge portions) and the check.
(2)K C.
Food at the Cheese Cake Factory is always good but as with many places today customer service is a hit or miss, today was a miss. Waiter was not the best and really stated to piss me off, enjoy your tip.
(3)Jeff J.
Desserts to die for, food to take home as a second meal, and great atmosphere. Cheesecake Factory never lets me down, no matter where you go. Maybe one of these days we will actually go when they're having drink specials.
(4)Lola B.
(5)Patti F.
(2)Rebecca K.

They only got 4 stars cause of the wait time, but other then that it's perfect. The best is the pineapple upside down cheese cake...DAMN its good!

Whats all the fuss about? i havenever had stellar food here. and its always packed for some reason. The ever-present crowd makes me think that im missing out on something, so then i trick myself into waiting an hour to get seated. i have been to this location 4 times now.... not impressed
(2)Kay M.
I have been to several Cheesecake Factories and this one definitely tops the charts! The food was sensational-- my boyfriend thought the stuffed mushrooms were the best he ever had. The new peanut butter cup cheesecake is sensational-- highly recommend!
(5)Kelly I.
(4)Josh P.
Love the Cheesecake Factory, always consistent with the food! Vast food selection and great atmosphere!

(5)Virginia G.
(4)Jana E.
(5)Patty S.
As good as expected. Nice atmosphere.
(4)Li R.
the best in the mall ,,mango chesecake is awsome
(5)Andrew M And Janice H.
(5)Meg B.
(2)Patrick H.
Great chain. Wide variety of food, Sunday Brunch, and this location is much better then the one near the airport at International. I love the appetizers, and pretty much this is just a great place to eat. Service is great, and for a slightly upscale chain this is the best in the area.
(5)Katie B.
(5)Ian S.
(4)Diane G.
(3)HR M.
(1)Elena M.
Menu too big however the cheesecakes never disappoint.. Food is fancy microwaveable stuff not bad but I could probably pick up the same food at the frozen section at Costco.
(4)Nadine S.
(4)Derek N.
(4)Ms Fabulous Jay R.
Most people don't realize the bar high tops are first come first serve. Why be on a waiting list? I love their pastas, and salads. They have every cheesecake imaginable. I tried the raspberry white chocolate one and went to heaven. I love this place. Great server.
(4)Robyn B.

Ate at Cheesecake Factory yesterday and it it always good no matter what you order. Service, selection and decor is the best. The special cheesecake was Sea Salt Caramel and it was awesome .

What I ordered: miso salmon Good service, good food, and good price.

(4)Amy Z.
Had a decent lunch, but our waiter was obnoxious.
(3)Coralee H.

(4)Kathy S.
(4)Kristi P.
(2)Sirius Q.
The relaxed ambience is ideal for families. The food are generous portion sizes and prepared consistently based on my dining experience at this location. This location gets busy a lot.
(3)Diana K.
Very good service and food. We only waited a couple of minutes to be seated. They say us next a window which nice to see people walking by. The food was very delicious and hot. I will definitely eat here again. It worth every penny.
(5)Janel V.
(5)Matthew P.
Very nicely run restaurant! Good management makes a great team!!!! And they have a great team here!!! You know what your going to get here and its the same as in the other locations! They are a better group in Brandon than the group at International Plaza that's for sure!!!!
(5)Kim E.
Simply the best cheesecake ever! It is amazing. Dinner was good too but even sharing an entree with my husband we struggled it finish our dessert. Next time it's just the cake!
(5)Eloy C.
I love this place always a wait but worth the wait trust me .... Love the Italian sandwich OMG it's great !!!! I also had the l snickers cheesecake
(5)Paul E.
Fantastic. Huge menu. Huge portions. Friendly staff. Great food. A bit pricey, though.
(4)Stephen H.
The food is a 3 at best. Soggy fries and stale bread make the sandwiches subpar. The cheesecake saves the score hands down. 5 star cheesecake, 2 star food, and 3 star service. Tourist trap, but still worth the trip once in a while.
(3)Timothy C.
All I can say is awesome. The service was great. We had the fried mac and cheese was great. Then we had the Cuban sandwiches and by far they are the we have had. I never thought I'd say someone has a better Cuban than morainis but they do. We loved this place.
(5)Donald W.
Great for a night out with family or out on your first date. Pretty impressive brother.
(5)Sarah B.
(3)Char C.
(4)Bobby M.
Love this place!! They have no issues with making food not on menu. If I eat at the one in Brandon or Chicago the quality is the same. The first time we ate at one my son was home on leave with his new wife. So it holds a special place in life
(5)Josiah G.
(4)Donna M.
(4)Ivette R.

Winning.
(5)Joe M.
If you are a walk in be prepared for 40 min wait. Call ahead..the bread was delicious, and had the mac and cheeseburger. Cooked to order, but could only taste all spice that coated the top of the burger. The waiter was attentive. Maybe next time my burger will be better.
(3)LaTosha J.
The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite place to eat. date have this Cajun pasta with spinach pasta and regular pasta mix with shrimp and chicken a little spice oh my god. on my birthday I get that dish and I go to the Cheesecake Factory at least 3 times a month.
(5)Leo M.
(5)Thomas P.
Came in for a late dinner with the family. Service was fast and food came quick. The menu was large and offered a wide variety of choices. The big turn off and the reason for the three star rating was due to the dirty silverware.
(3)Michael B.
Great service even when they made a mistake they owned it and we Felt as though we were the first priority
(5)Valerie T.

(5)Barbara C.
I love coming to Cheesecake Factory because the food is always good. I Went here for Sunday Brunch yesterday and had the creme brûlée French toast with Ham. The ham was dry it had been on the stove a tad bit to long. The creme brûlée French toast tasted like regular French toast. This really surprised me because everything I have is usually great! My mimosa was excellent and the service was wonderful!
(3)Rachel M.
(5)Myles B.
Good food. Good service. The menu is always too long but I've always been happy with whatever I try.
(4)Ameesh P.
(3)Anthony M.
(2)Melissa M.
(4)Katy S.
(4)Dan S.
(1)Blake R.
(5)Natasha P.
(4)Todd W.
The service was poor. The table and silverware were dirty. It took over 2.5 hours to have our lunch served. I will not be going back.
(1)Bonita B.
(3)Bruce M.
Had lunch here with wife, not bad. Service is soso food is avg for a chain restaurant. Dont get me wrong its good and clean. I would go back
(3)Teri C.
Great place food is awesome as well as the service!! Thai Lettuce Wrap was very good along with our cheesecake!! Great Food!! Great Service!! Great People!!!
(5)Steven L.
Wait can be busy if it's on hot days like end of the week and weekends. Service is great, but sometimes hard to get their attention if they're running around and if they're not looking in your direction. Food is average and nothing to wow about, however presentation is great. Can't go wrong with a slice of cheesecake in the end!
(3)Madison S.
(2)Steve R.
(4)David Z.

(4)Sharina J.
(4)Lacey W.
(5)Katie W.
(4)Matthew W.

Great food, huge portions - you will need a doggie bag - and amazing cheesecake! Never disappointed. Great for Kids.
