It's Starbucks...need I say more! No I'll be serious, I visit this store three times a week. I have said before I am a coffee junkie. This place does it right every time. I'm never let down by the staff or the products. The goodies in the bakery case are awesome too. The only thing negative I could say about this store would be the restroom. It's a male/female shared space. I hate that! I'm sure they did that for lack of space, but if it's community shared, they need to keep it really clean and, one time I had no paper towels to dry my hands, oh brother, we have all been there! Otherwise, I'll still be going back, but will use my "facilities" before leaving the house!

I had to meet a client here yesterday and I have to say that I do believe some of the best ideas in our society are probably thought of while sitting in a Starbucks. The atmosphere of mostly all Starbucks' is very chill, relaxed and open to creativity. This location in Brandon is no different. The baristas were friendly, and cute I might add :) My client and I met and discussed business while good Motwon oldies were playing in the background. This is another thing I love about Starbucks, is their love for the arts and new music and artist promotions. Working in the entertainment business, I aprreciate the support they give. This Starbucks is clean and well operated. Spacious with plenty of seating...even a bar to sit at while the baristas concoct the next delicious caffinated beverage for posibly the next Springsteen or Einstein. I love that!

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Starbucks fan but this is the worst one in the area. I will drive out of my way to go to any of the other ones. Why do I loathe this one? Because the last thing I want to see anyone do while serving me is BULLPICK their nose! AND my usual caramel iced coffee just did not taste like it normally does.

  • Kate S.

Service was quick during rush hours, I have to stop by everyday before I get to work so I will have a nice day at work lol I haven't tried order via iPhone app yet, next time I will update how that go. But I love to bring my own cup there so not sure how that thing will work

Fast service. Love their Ice Chocolate Mochas!! Always friendly and no nonsense with the way the business is operated. Their coffee products are very good and prepared just right.

The rudest drive thru experience of my life. I love Starbucks but make sure you know exactly what you want, I slipped up on my words and the guy actually laughed at me. I make sure not to go to this one anyone. Rude. But my coffee was excellent!!

I usually love coming in to this Starbucks it is one of three near my home, but today a gentleman clearly cut the line and I was next to be served and the Barista stilled served him. This was not cool especially today because I was running late. I told the barista and she didn't even apologize.

I am a permanent fixture in this Starbucks! My morning commute would be absolutely horrific if I did not stop here! There is no Drive Thru here, so I have no idea why there is a picture of one under this location. The baristas here are excellent!! I come here so much that I don't even have to tell them what I want! It's hilarious!! Depending on the time you get here, this location can have a line. I came here on a Saturday morning at 10am and actually left because they were so busy. I felt violated like I own the place. hahaahaha!! *I come here all the time, who are these strangers clogging up the place?* The service here is excellent! But, some days there is a long line, most days I get in and out and there's no way to tell when. You won't lose by coming here, that's for sure!

I won't be visiting this Starbucks again. I'm tired of the same barista being rude to me. I've never been to a Starbucks with such an impolite barista. She has a blank stare and acts as though my purchase is a waste of time. She is not friendly at all, and offers no assistance when a question is directed at her. I'll take my service to West Brandon Blvd where the baristas are very polite. I don't need any nasty people making my coffee. She did not even let me know it was ready.

Aside from getting the normal high quality product from Starbucks as we all expect, this location always has made me feel like a member of their family when coming in. Quick excellent service and always greeted by a smile and a warm conversation. Even when the place is packed to the max they manage to get your order completed promptly with no sacrifice of Quality. A consistent 5 stars from this Starbucks location.

Pros: I always hit this place at low traffic. Never waited more than 2-3 minutes for my tried and true Iced Coffee with cream, no sugar. Of course that -is- probably the quickest prep item there. The wifi is quick, regularly see downloads of 100-200K/sec from major sites. I do spend time here looking at my Serato Whitelabel releases and have no complaints. Cons: Store is anchored on east side of strip mall, which means the slim layout of the place + most of seating on the east can make for TOASTY morning visits during the summer even with the blinds down. The parking lot can feel be tricky at times, people drive way too fast through the narrow lanes so triple check before you back out of your spot when it is busy. Baristas are all nice to me, so over time I've gotten to like this location even more. It's walking into a Cheers episode.

Visit this location frequently. Always good service and my coffee comes just the way I order it. Would be 5 stars but I really wish it had a drive thru.

I know I know- you either luv em or you hate em. I fall into the love em category. I do not go for all those Froo Froo Fancy Smancy 1000+ calorie stuff thought. I am a Venti Bold with Sugar Free French Vanilla Syrup and a little half and half. Whether hot or iced, this go to drink for me is a daily fix- whether made at home with my grinder and syrup, or on the go and grabbed at the store. This location is my "home" location- no drive in, but very friendly staff and lots of places to sit inside and out. If you are in the area, stop by- you just might see me there!

I'm a regular Starbucks fan. Just the regular brew. This is a pretty small location but inside the mall and convenient. The staff is consistently friendly and the wait time is typically manageable.

Excellent customer service at this location & for fresh made coffee pretty fast the pumpkin spice latte is mmmmm a yummy liquid dessert! so delicious!

  • Jennifer M.

The service at this Starbucks is relatively fast. Baristas have always been friendly to me. The two downsides to this location are that there is not a drive thru and the interior is small...it can get pretty crowded at times.

Woohoo! I'm a Strabucks junkie what I can say! I love their coffee! This shop is hit or miss when it comes ti being busy; sometimes its crazy inside and other times there is no line. They always make my drink to perfection! The inside is like any other Starbucks but is always clean. Like I said, I'm a Starbucks junkie so I know I'll be back!

Service is fairly quick, and the coffee is made right. Its starbucks, if you been to one for the drinks/food, you've tried them all. The atmosphere: They are usually busy continuously. been a couple times to study and drink coffee and was a little cramped. Noise level was moderate, definitely not a library (which is to be expected). Free wifi is a plus! Parking and navigating is interesting. Brandon traffic is never the best and this parking lot is a very busy lot!

  • Jason H.

Needed some caffeine so dropped in for a pumpkin spice latte. The place wasn't busy, but apparently I stood in the wrong place because one of the employees changing the garbage gave me the nastiest look. The PSL was good, but $4 for a tall? I'll just go to Circle K next time.

Just your usual Starbucks. Quick, expensive, and of course the obligatory people on there laptops seemingly deep in thought. No complaints here.

This location had three total people working the Monday before Christmas. Seriously?! I'm normally very patient, but pretty ridiculous they're so understaffed during the holidays.

Usually friendly-the ones who've been there the longest remember me when I was a daily customer at this location (now go to S. Howard location daily). Usually make the coffees right...usually busy.

Excellent Starbucks location! Everyone is friendly and they always have a smile on their face. They have a pretty good selection of bakery items and sandwiches to go along with your coffee or tea. I recommend trying their Banana Nut Bread, it's quite tasty.

  • Helen L.

This is in the middle of everything so it is easy to make a pit stop after shopping and running errands. However, there is no drive thru... which leads to long lines. Patience is a virtue! Service is okay, similar to some other mediocre Starbucks. The retail section is a little small which leads to cramped wavy lines where you have to maneuver yourself around the merchandise. Seats are limited. Seats by outlets are even more limited. So grab a 2 seat-er while you can! Bathroom was not fantastic.... =-\

This Starbucks has all the good Starbucks taste you would expect, but the workers are often chatting about who they are going to get fired next, making them take longer on your order. If you find it funny this might be a good thing, otherwise there are better Starbucks out there.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home, but I travel to Riverview because I don't care for this one. I mostly do not like the staff, who are always nice but are very loud and "jokey" with another, which -in a small SBux- drastically diminishes professionalism and the "coffee-shop" atmosphere that many SBux customers enjoy (and the reason behind going to a coffee shop).
