I've been to this location several times & it's always clean & customer service is exceptional & friendly. I come here for the sandwiches & they are delicious, my fav is the turkey classic but I've tried some of the seasonal ones as well & have been pleased w/ all of them. They also offer u a nice reward card that they punch w/ purchase so u can get a free one after several purchases which is also a nice perk. There is also a free drink & chips offer when u check in w/ Yelp but it has an exp date of 2013 so I wasn't going to try it but nice to know they offered such a nice treat to us Yelpers. Overall, great quick place to try a different great sandwich or soup & you could pick up a ham for dinner if that's something u enjoy.

Started in Detroit, MI so I am kind of partial, not going to lie. On the other hand I do NOT like sweet things and the honey glaze used on all of their meat as well as all of their special mayos and mustards seems to have honey added to them as well! It's just too much. i like my sandwiches savory. I've taken to ordering sauce-less (though it gets a little dry). The side of potato salad is delicious, the desserts are great too (again, I only go for a bite or two due to the sweetness). Service has always been spot on which is important to me too. Overall I enjoy it and consider it a great lunch spot for my work day. Note: They've changed their hours so they are open on Sundays now, but only at this location!

I love HBH! Their hours are terrible! Only open until 6 pm, people work during the week and makes it nearly impossible to stop in on a weekday.

Best sandwich I've had in a long time! Delicious ham and a great chicken salad croissant. Went on a Sunday around noon and it wasn't busy at all. The lady at the register was super nice (southern hospitality) and explained all of the sandwiches to us and was really kind. I'll be coming back for sure!

I am rating the ham more so than the ham store. It is #Uno in USA. C'on folks. You know it's true. On the day before Thanksgiving my friend got into the line outside and had her ham within 30 minutes including free tastings of other treats while she waited. There system for keeping the line moving has been perfected from years of experience. Shucks, if I was back home in MD the lines would be twice as long so I was impressed by how painless this ham purchase was on Thanksgiving eve. I was not surprised by the taste and quality of the ham. You can depend on HBH to impress your guest and family.

Well, I went today to get a ham and some sides for Christmas dinner. I totally understand that it will be crazy because it's the holidays. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Renee was my cashier and she was rude. Lacked customer service skills and basic social skills. You would think with $80 ham, they would hire better employees. I called and the young lady on the phone was not professional and kept laughing. Avoid this location. The one in Tampa on Dale Mabry far exceeds expectations. The Brandon location is horrible and this is the last time I ever buy anything from there.

This place has some delicious chicken sandwiches! I had one today and was amazed at how good it tasted. Perfect mixture of chicken and sauce on some amazing bread. I had their mandarin oranges mixture side dish which was a great complement. Everything was fresh and it did not take them long to make my meal either.
