Good, not great. Lots of TV's but many are low def or projection (is this 1995?). Burgers are ok. Wings are better than average. Service is hit or miss.

Was so disappointed. The prices of their menu items are really high, no nfl specials on beer or wingd. What sports place doesn't do specials? Took a half hour to get water refilled and just as long a beer. If it weren't for our server being so kind, I would have walked out. Worst experience ever at a bww.

Good drink specials, pretty average food. Have been here for their wing nights which are cheap options if you want to get out (Tuesday and Thursday). Plenty of different sauces to pick from. They come out in a little paper basket which I find odd. They do have a pretty good burger- the screamin nacho burger was nice and spicy. There's plenty of tv's and the service is friendly enough.

This place usually has great service! We come here quite often and have only had bad service a couple times. Food is good. We love their wraps.

This is my favorite chicken wing restaurant. All the food I've tried has been good, but the wings are amazing! I like how they have a bunch of different sauces for the wings. I tried all their sauces, but I think asain zing and mango habanero are the best. Something else I like is the video game they have to play at your table. I always play the trivia game. There are a lot of TVs to watch which is fun fun fun. The service could be fast or slow depend on the day and time you visit. Most of time we visited service always great and friendly.

Just like ordinary B-Dub, service was ok. I ordered take out and there're a lil sauce on my wings it never cover all over. But when I dining there're plenty of sauce. One time I went there for order takeout I wait for 20 mins to have someone taking care of me then another 20 mins for foods. SMH!!

This place has a lot of mixed reviews. I've been here several times, and have had good experiences every time. I love chicken wings, and the Buffalo Wild Wings has some of the best! I love their sauces. They probably have more sauce selection than any other wing joint in the area. The service at this location has always been good. The last time we visited, we had difficulty finding a clean table, but that is really the only negative experience we have had at this location. The food has always been good, and that is the most important part. I like playing the trivia game at the table.

Though it was surprisingly not busy on a Friday night, our service still sucked and the people after us got their food for four before us even though we were a party of two and only ordered a large order of wings. Sadly, this location is the closest one to us but we most likely won't return, it was not worth it.

The atmosphere is fun and comfortable, even if you're with small children and there's outside seating, which is nice too. The food is pretty consistent across the board but I feel like it's way overpriced for the portions they give you. I'd much rather go to Salem's for some wings, honestly.

The crispy chicken salad that I ordered was huge! I chose Parmesan garlic as the sauce to toss my chicken in and to my surprise came out very spicy. Apparently, the waitress said that whoever is making the sauce varies on how spicy it will be. Not really the answer I was wanting to hear, but ate less chicken and more salad! I still took leftovers home and finished it, so yes it was that good! The kids meals were half off today, which is why I chose them for lunch today! Waitress was very nice and although I had 2 kids split a meal, she made sure they had enough food! Kids ate all their food (chicken fingers and Mac & cheese) I love excellent customer service and when ppl go above and beyond. This BWW is not that busy, since it's tucked away behind other restaurants and stores. We will be back!

We went to BWW with my kids for Father's Day. There were many open tables, but none of them were clean. After waiting a long time, we very nicely asked one waitress if she could please have someone help us clean off a table. She told us "you can wait, because I am busy right now." Wow. The servers were lazy and rude, which is not what I want to pay to experience. I would not go back under any circumstances.

The food is fancy microwaveable chicken wings served in a paper container. The service is ridiculously slow for a place with plenty of servers and slow night. My drink of soda was garnished with something indescribable, I'm hoping it was a lemon seed in my Dr. Pepper,, TVs surround this place along with played out music. I'm confused not sure how a place like this stays in business selling wings and pathetic service.

I mean...what is there to say about BDubs that hasn't been said already? Once you've been to one, you've been to them all. However, this location had a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF PARKING! Considering how packed it gets in here...that's definitely a bonus. I came here to watch the 2015 National Champions BEAT ALABAMA!!!! *GOOOO BUCKEYES...ROLL TEARS!!! *It was so crowded without a table in sight. There's tons of TV'S, The service was EXCELLENT! My food came fast, my drink never got dry and I left full, happy and buzzed. That makes for a pleasant Bdubs experience! The END!

I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants for years and have always had a pretty good experience. I came here last night for a few cocktails and food. They had some tasty looking rum drinks I wanted to try, but but they were out of Bacardi :(.... Then I ordered a beer cocktail and they were out of dos Equis.... As there is no more football on Sunday, I am unsure how this could occur. Well, the bartender was very attentive. The Moscow Mule and margaritas she made for me were fast and delicious. I also had the Mediterranean salad which was delicious and had nice fresh ingredients. Although they were out of some key bar ingredients, I would come back here again. I just hope they get their distributor issues fixed.

I've always loved BWW from Arizona to California and now Tampa seriously great food here our server was Stephanie she was polite and detailed with our order. I had the 18 traditional (I'm fat) with two sauces. We showed up a little later in the day so it was mainly the bar that was open only thing I will say maybe because of the time we went but we felt kind of abandoned lol most of the servers were on the bar side so we had to wait until one would walk by to ask for anything. Like I said probably our fault.

This place sux. If i could give them 0 stars i would. We waited 55 mins for our wings. We ordered them at 11:15pm and got them now 12:10am as im writing this review. Will not go back. I recommend you don't either.

So to be fair this is my local BWW's and I friggin love this place! The wings are always cooked to perfection and the beer is cold! I love to play trivia here. Service is always great.

Went there recently and they have slowly turned the place around. They have trivia nights and the food was surprisingly good. I cannot get enough of the teriyaki wings. They are sweet and tangy. My friend got a burger and enjoyed it as well. Probably won't go there again for a while, but I am glad to see the atmosphere is improving and so is the food.

3.5 stars Standard chain that has a good bar food selection. Came here for some sliders and grandma was not disappointed. The fries are good and I hear the wings are pretty good too (let's hope so, "Wings" are in the name). They have standard drinks, beers, as well as some pretty unusual drink concoctions like Guinness and Orange Juice?? The TV's are huge and plentiful and this place would be perf to come and watch a game with friends. Our waitress Tegan was very friendly and pleasant and made a mediocre bar experience a great one.

I have terrible history with the BWW chain. The first time (Riverview location) was just ok, nothing special here. I much prefer Hooters wings or better yet Publix Naked Wings but we'll get to that. The second time was a disaster (Riverview location). I went there for dinner with my son and his buddy who was down from Rhode Island. When we went up to the hostess to get seated we were told there was a wait. I looked into the restaurant, the place was empty. I asked why we had to wait. The hostess informed me that the waiter we were going to be assigned too just had a difficult customer and was stressed out. Are you F***in kidding me? You're making customers wait because poor baby can't take it? Oh boy , let me at em. I was going to ask the manager if this was store policy, I should have, but the guys were looking at me in full Cranky Franky tone it down mode. So I ceased, but I was still lit up like a fake Xmas tree. We were finally seated and the pussy waiter showed up. I asked him how he was. He looked at me weird. I said we heard you were stressed....son, your troubles are just starting. Again I got the tone it down look. (All this was in my pre-yelp days). So now we come to last night. I was invited into a Fantasy Football League and the draft (Live) was at the BWW Brandon location. Pretty clever marketing for BWW as they play up having your live draft in their house. They provide a very nice draft kit and other goodies for the fantasy owners and hope to make a buck or two from people who wouldnt be there normally, such as myself. The draft commenced and I ordered the chicken wrap, a regular side of O-rings and a tea. Our server, Alex, said that if you make it a combo with the wrap it's cheaper. Make it so Alex. A word about Alex. With over 10 crazed hungry fantasy owners claiming their teams ,Alex waited on us flawlessly. The young man took very good care of us and my compliments to him. My meal came and lo and behold it was quite good, even the O-rings. My main issue with BWW, besides girly-man waiters, is the cost. MY tab came to $14. It would have been even more if Alex hadn;t cut me the combo deal. Wings are over a buck each. Sorry, can't do it. Publix wings, $7.99 for 20, sauce them yourself. The best deal around. So all in all the food was good, the draft kit was good, bring money, and I got a pretty good team. I might even win and with the prize money I might be able to have dinner at BWW.

Our server this evening (Leslie) was awesome. She was efficient and polite, while still maintaining a charming personality. When she took our order, she made sure everyone was confident in the sauces they chose, made recommendations, and even let one of us sample a sauce that they were unsure about. Leslie was outstanding. Usually, when I go to Bdubs I inevitability run out of my drink, and more often than not, I do without because I'm a social reject who is too scared to ask for a refill. Well, it just so happens that Leslie is a mind reader or a sorceress or something because at about the time I ran out of my Pepsi, my mouth on fire, tears streaming down my face, I knew death was imminent...I looked up for help, hoping that maybe my boyfriend wasn't looking so I could steal a sip from his soda or maybe the gods would take pity on me and send a miracle torrent of rain, when out of nowhere came Leslie, gliding past tables and booths and chicken wings like some sort of soda-bearing angel, with a refill of Pepsi for me. She da real MVP. The food was pretty good too, I always order the same thing and it's always been consistent.

This B-dubs is gigantor and closer-looking to the ones I'm used to back home up north. There's the regular restaurant seating and bar seating and a bajillion giant TVs. I mean really what else does anyone go to B-dubs for? I spent about six hours here on an NFL Sunday. For the entirety of that time, I had the same waitress. While it was not as busy, she was quite attentive, but her presence did suffer as the day wore on. I also had a run in with the manager for trying to have one of the bar chairs (that have backs) at the tables in that area (that have stools). Despite the reprimand, he was nice the rest of my visit. For food, B-dubs is okay. It's not the greatest food in the world franchise-wide, but the beer selection is spot on. Overall, this location does the chain justice. I would use this spot again for game day.

Service was OK but not spectacular. Food was mediocre. Went with a group of 10 to watch the Bus/Bears game. Asked the bartender to put the game on the TV in our seating area (there were only Bucs/Bears fans there) and was told that all the TV's were pre-set and she couldn't change the channel. I asked for a manager and he changed the channel for us. Didn't appreciate the lazy bartender.

Service is horrible. Waiter obviously couldn't handle a 3 person table so I asked for a different waiter when I saw my waiter had gotten a bigger table. The hostess got upset rolled, her eyes, said "Ummmm", and sent us the same waiter.

Had a great time here last night! Food is reasonably priced, service was good, though they should probably just bring a giant pitcher of water to anyone who ordered hot wings like I did, that poor waitress had to get me a lot of refills . Definitely will be back!

If you like overpriced small wings and stale wraps then this is the place for you. And also they serve $5 small mango tea and it's nonrefillable.

When I lived in the area it was almost a weekly given that my friends and I would be here on cheap wing day (Tuesday?) or cheap bonesless wing day (Thursday?). The sauce options are pretty numerous. However, if there isn't some sort of deal it's not really worth the cost to me. They do have quite a few tvs and trivia to keep you entertained while you wait for your food to arrive.

My love/hate relationship with BW3 is currently in "hate" mode. I'd generally give the chain three stars. The wings are overpriced, but I can't get over the sauces and how they are all delicious. Their wraps and burgers are good too, but the quality has been on a downward trajectory over the past couple of years. This location epitomizes what is wrong with BW3. Met a group of friends here and the service was incredibly slow. It was a Wednesday night and the place was half full at best. Our server seemed to forget about us for stretches at a time, which was interesting since we were ordering multiple appetizers and drinks. Tip tends to be higher with a big bill, you know? She also ignored our request to put the Rays game on one of the big TVs in that section - Red Sox/Yanks game was on ESPN, but there was more than one projector and one game didn't need to occupy both given the amount of people there. We finally had to flag down a manager and it took them all of five seconds to change the channel. On to the food. Like I said in my opening paragraph, the nickel-and-diming at Bdubs is normally annoying but tonight was outrageous. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and it had one small boneless wing inside along with the lettuce and cheese. For $8+ do you think you could spot me another wing, at least? I didn't even bother complaining because I was hungry and just wanted to get out of there. All in all, there's pretty much no way I'll return to this Bdubs location. The one is Oldsmar is a bit of a drive from me but the service is worlds better.

I drag my wife here occasionally, it's my favorite wing place. I have had Wing House, Hooters, other restaurants that don't specialize in wings per se, and so far B-Dubs has the best wings and sides. I usually get spicy garlic, hot bbq, mango habanero or thai chili but I've had most of the flavors. The wings are never over-done and always cooked well, traditional and boneless style. The traditional are plump but not over-greasy and not breaded. I recommend the buffalo chips with cheese on them, they are very good. The beer is a great price, it's always cold, the taps and glasses are always clean and the staff are on the ball here at any time of day or night. Great atmosphere! We typically go and watch UFC or hockey, they always have the best matches on TV. The buzz time trivia is always fun, they have team trivia on Wednesday nights at 7pm and it's a good time.

we ordered the 20pc wings and you can have them served on different sauces with different dips. we also ordered the onion rings and coleslaw. all tasted good. the wings are wonderful and cooked perfectly. not too crispy and not the soft skinned ones, just right crispiness in them. topped with onion rings and coleslaw and a glass of yuengling, sam adams boston lager and the chocolate beer was pefect! will try sandwiches next time :) definetly try it!

This location of BWW has the worst service as far as waiters and waitresses go. We arrived fairly early wasn't packed or busy on a Wednesday night. We ordered wings, a wrap and a kids meal. All brought fries. Our waitress never asked us what we wanted on the sides (celery, carrots, ranch, bleu cheese etc) never asked if we wanted a different side other than fries, never asked what I'd like to have as a side for the kids menu or what my son would like to drink (which is included in the kids menu). I had to call her a number of times to ask for celery, for my sons kids drink, etc. she had an attitude because I called her for that but if she asked us at the time I wouldn't have had to call her. When our food arrived our fries tasted stale and cold (not the waitresses fault) BUT she never passed by our table once to ask how our food was. Again, I had to call her about 30 mins into the meal to see if they could have sent us a fresh batch. Still received a bad batch. We didn't hear from her until she brought the check. I love BWW but we probably won't be at this location again.

It was our first time here and our waitress was nice at first and explained the menu. When we got the wings they were good, I was craving mild and my bf got honey mustard. She asked if we wanted blue cheese or ranch so we each got one side of ranch. My boyfriend didn't like his sauce and wanted to get a new one on the side but our waitress was gone like 10-15 mins and no other servers were around. There were a few tables around so I'm not sure where the servers were. I was done with my meal when she finally came back so we just asked for a box and different sauce to go. Get the bill to see they charge 0.60 for each ranch and the different sauce to-go even though he didn't even eat the ones cause he didn't like the 1st sauce he got. Why does a wing restaurant charge for a tiny side of RANCH?!?! Or at least give us a heads up it was our first time there...bad service!

Service at night is terrible! Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. One of them was a beer...our waitress, Alyssa, was horrible. She got our order wrong, never once checked up on us to see how the food was, or if we wanted or needed refills or if we wanted sauce with our wings. Instead , she spent most of her time flirting with a customer at the bar. Finally an hour after we finished our meal, she asked us if we needed anything. We asked for the check and a box for the wings. 15 minutes later she's passing out drinks and talking, still no box. She finally brings us our check, so we politely told her we still have not gotten our box. She got an attitude and scurried away to get it. Brought it to us 10 minutes later. I understand if it's busy and you forget something or service takes a little longer, however the resteraunt was nearly empty. There were only 2 other people in our section, one of them was a family that was done eating and was just hanging out and chit chatting, enjoying their time so they didn't order anything else. The buffalo wild wings in Riverview is WAY better in every way.

I have always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. Me and my significant other usually order the same thing when we come here... Pork Nachos to start and boneless wings to share. My favorite wing sauce is the Parmesan Garlic but they have so many other delicious options like honey bbq, asian zing, teriyaki and more! They do have certain nights of the week where they run specials for boneless wings and regular wings too. They have a full bar and their service is usually quick in my experience. The atmosphere is fun. They have big tv's for sports so if there is a big game on you may want to get there early. To me, the only con are the seats, they are hard and can get uncomfortable if you are there for a while. Also in the bar area, the seats have no backs which can get extremely uncomfortable quickly. I will be back though- i love their wings!

Drove from I-4 to this place because my family wanted wings and when arrived the host told us there were no tables because everybody was watching the Connecticut and Gators game. They were just sitting there, not eating. Really??!!!!!! Guess the manager does not knows how to manage a restaurant where people go to eat!
Just don't understand the attraction people have to this place. The wings are small and cost as much as some of the other wing chains with bigger wings. Could barely hear the people I was with and the place wasn't that crowed so I couldn't imagine going when it is. One of the people I was with ordered the ribs and they had no taste at all and the texture of a McRib. The beer selection seemed good so that is a plus and they have ntn trivia but those are not enough to draw me back.

The food? I can't rave about the food because I love it so much!!! I'm a buffalo wing-aholic. Especially with the BWW Arnold Palmer to wash it down. The food is terrific, arrives at a good pace, is at a good temperature and flavor... no complaints at all. Like other BWW, its sports allegiances are strange because of the dozens of TV's scattered throughout. I've seen chess matches, baseball, wrestling, TV dramas and more. Once we called the restaurant ahead of time to watch a USF football game-- and they told us they were going to play it-- only to arrive and be told in person that they weren't showing the game. Last Sunday there was a Rays game AND a Bucs game playing... the place was packed. I guess Rays fans ate the Bucs for breakfast because although the TV's played the Bucs game as well, the audio was dominated by the Rays. As for the servers, they've always been really attentive and nice. Even during the impregnated crowd on Sunday, our server still handled us like we were the only ones there...

Usual type of chain restaurants, very crowded, too noisy, but enjoyed ourselves with great friends. Will return I am sure because hubby loved watching the sports on the tv while we were eating, which is not a biggy for me.

Just bad food. How cheap do you have to be to not even carry plates?? No plates, no silverware, terribly over cooked wings, lousy service. Anything good? Hmm, the asian hot sauce is flavorful. Do yourself a favor, buy a jar to go and avoid the horrific experience of trying to eat at this laughable establishment.

Love Bdubs! Great wings, tons of sauces to choose from, and it's a great location to catch the game! This Brandon location is a little slow with their service. The waitresses are good, but their kitchen is horrendously slow, and I can't imagine why. As someone who once worked for BW3 up in Tallahassee (where they don't have servers, it's seat yourself and pick up food when your buzzer goes off), I think the fact that there are servers makes the service worse because the kitchen feels they can take longer. Before, you'd wait maybe 8 minutes for your food -- now it's seriously 15-20... and that's for 2 simple wraps, no apps... nothing complicated! And I'm talking about lunchtime on a weekday when there's hardly anyone at the bar and maybe 2-3 other tables total. Still...good food.

One day while looking for some take-out, I stopped here and decided and to order some of their Honey BBQ wings. It's been a long time since I've had any Honey BBQ wings that I liked. Ever since KFC changed to no trans-fat food, their wings have really been awful, but these wings from Buffalo Wild Wings were delicious, I couldn't put them down. Normally I eat about six or seven wings and I am full, but I had to finish all the ones I ordered this time because it was just that good. Pretty delicious and take-out comes quick.

I agree with some of the reviews on here. The food is good, espeically their wings, but a bit pricey and unless your sitting AT the bar, the service isnt all that great either. I like the selections of beer they have on tap. Especially the Guiness. When it comes to watching a sports game, this is the place to come and watch it on their many tv's.

As far as wings in the Brandon area go, this place is my favorite. They offer a large variety of sauces displayed on your menu from "smilin'" (mild) to "screamin'" (pretty frickin hot!). What I really enjoy is it's not just mild, hot, hotter, hottest. They offer flavors throughout the range like sweet bbq or teriyaki on the mild end, spicy garlic or carribean jerk in the middle on up to mango habanero or blazin' on the very hot end. And those are just 6 of the 14 sauces they offer. I haven't taken advantage of it yet because I haven't really discovered how to cook wings at home but they do offer their sauces for sale in 12 oz bottles. They do offer many other menu items as well such as burgers, ribs, salads and other snackies. There is a full bar with what seems to me as a non-beer drinker to be a pretty wide variety of draft and bottled beers. I think there's something like 30 different kinds of beers offered, maybe more. They have a coupon/e-club you can join and you'll get coupons on the odd occasion and notice of specials. They have specials on traditional and boneless wings on two respective days of the week. I think Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you sign up for the eclub it will remind you about it the first weeks of your membership on the list. I recently got to try a rib and wing combo platter and the ribs were very good too. Excellent coleslaw as well! The servers are always nice and it's got a ton of TVs if you want to be there to watch some type of sports game. Typically they seem to have just about anything playing. The prices are fair. If you're in it for wings they are cheaper than at hooters and they will also allow you to have some wings in some sauces and some wings in others which is cool. I believe there's a minimum to how many wings can be in one sauce but it's fairly low. I believe only 5-6 have to be in one sauce, so if you're getting a few people together for 20-30 wings you can try out several sauces.

Good, not great. Lots of TV's but many are low def or projection (is this 1995?). Burgers are ok. Wings are better than average. Service is hit or miss.
(3)Rebecca R.
Was so disappointed. The prices of their menu items are really high, no nfl specials on beer or wingd. What sports place doesn't do specials? Took a half hour to get water refilled and just as long a beer. If it weren't for our server being so kind, I would have walked out. Worst experience ever at a bww.
(1)Chris B.

SMH!!

It's great for watching football games and eating some good bar food.

Been here a few times, and so far haven't had a bad experience. The wait staff have always been fast and check up quite often. Beer was always super cold.
(4)Soralla P.
Service is horrible. Waiter obviously couldn't handle a 3 person table so I asked for a different waiter when I saw my waiter had gotten a bigger table. The hostess got upset rolled, her eyes, said "Ummmm", and sent us the same waiter.
(1)John G.
Had a great time here last night! Food is reasonably priced, service was good, though they should probably just bring a giant pitcher of water to anyone who ordered hot wings like I did, that poor waitress had to get me a lot of refills . Definitely will be back!
(4)Jenny S.
If you like overpriced small wings and stale wraps then this is the place for you. And also they serve $5 small mango tea and it's nonrefillable.
(1)Patrick S.

Brandon bww has the worst lunch time service ever.went there 4 times for lunch obviously .food is good if you have alot of time to wait..or retired

Love the raised section of the bar with low wheelchair accessible tables.....feel like I found gold!

Staff fantastic always checking on us. Food was amazing all around great experience!!!

(5)Omar B.
Drove from I-4 to this place because my family wanted wings and when arrived the host told us there were no tables because everybody was watching the Connecticut and Gators game. They were just sitting there, not eating. Really??!!!!!! Guess the manager does not knows how to manage a restaurant where people go to eat!
(2)Becca W.
My fiancé and I eat here ALL the time! The wings are always cooked perfectly and the beer is kept full. The last 2 times we've been here we've sat in the bar area and have been served by Trisha. She is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. One of our favorite places to go to catch a game or enjoy date night.
(5)Robby M.
(2)Pyra-Danny V.
(3)Patricia H.
Usual type of chain restaurants, very crowded, too noisy, but enjoyed ourselves with great friends. Will return I am sure because hubby loved watching the sports on the tv while we were eating, which is not a biggy for me.
(3)Virginia G.
(1)Alex N.

Great wings in Brandon

One day while looking for some take-out, I stopped here and decided and to order some of their Honey BBQ wings. It's been a long time since I've had any Honey BBQ wings that I liked. Ever since KFC changed to no trans-fat food, their wings have really been awful, but these wings from Buffalo Wild Wings were delicious, I couldn't put them down. Normally I eat about six or seven wings and I am full, but I had to finish all the ones I ordered this time because it was just that good. Pretty delicious and take-out comes quick.
(5)Nicole F.
(3)Meg B.
