Love the pizza! Great flavor and all my boys love the size :-) We always get the meat stromboli and sausage calzone also! Full of toppings ands cooked to perfection! My favs....eggplant rolitini and spinach roll....oh my goodness INCREDIBLE! I have a hard time trying anything else. Had the wings and they were so good and crispy too! Hot was hot but not obnoxious :-) Great environment and we can bring the kids here and know they'll fit right in too. Did I mention it's super affordable too! We've been too many pizzerias that were over priced and not good sized portions...but not here! You need to frequent here too!

I'm probably going to catch some heat for this but I thought the pizza was just ok. **dodges the tomato, sticks tongue out** Now before the riot ensues, it was good but I'm just not a fan of that slightly burnt flavor your get from the oven. What can I say I'm a Jet's / Marco's kinda girl.....don't judge me. Now that thats over lets move on to the real star here...THE WINGS! Man o Man are their wings yummy. They were nice and crispy, tossed in the just the right amount of sauce, and were juicy as all get out! I tried to be lady like but by the time I finished those wings I was 5 napkins deep and my fingers were covered in saucy blue cheese goodness. Yeah I licked them...I aint gonna lie LOL Overall great experience, super friendly staff and very clean. I'll be back for sure.

Had my first visit and have to say it's ok but not amazing. First off the staff are very friendly... I placed an order by phone and both the guy I talked to and the girl who checked me out were very nice. As for the pizza it was good but not great... It had good flavor but needed more sauce and the crust was a little chewy. Not the best pizza I've had (Grimaldis) but not the worst... I'll give it another try to see if it's any better.

The Pizza here is pretty good, much better then average, and a step above any of the major pizza chains. The Owner/Manager is very hands on, and always there to make sure you are happy. IMHO, the real star of the show was the spaghetti and 4 big meatballs! Only 7.95 for more then you can eat at one sitting, and I am a Pig. Plus, it comes with a salad, and these funky little garlic doughballs that were quite tasty. So, I ate excellent, 2 times, for only 8 dollars (4 bucks a meal)! What's not to like ?

It never ceases to amaze me that a place like this will start off really great and then slide down the road to mediocrity. This is just what has happened here. It opened up and was spectacular and now, just average. Very good crust, not enough sauce, canned mushrooms (this should be a crime) and weird tasting black olives. Very sad. I loved their pizza but now I think not. The anti-pasta salad was pedestrian, tasted ok but a bunch of iceberg lettuce topped with cheese, salami and pepperoni, sigh. The service remains very good as the staff is attentive. I'm hoping this was an off night not the new norm. Pulling it down 2 stars, it's just ok now.

Being fussy pizza eaters (or pizza snobs if you prefer) hubby and I were so disappointed when our favorite pizza, place, Fishhawk Pizza was sold. The place was not the same, pizza no longer good, and the chaos of arcade games in the dinning room was a major issue. I adore children, but not unruly spoiled brats that have tantrums if Mommy and Daddy do not continually supply their grimy little paws with more coins to continue play, and scream through what should have been a nice night out with my husband. Bye Bye Fishhawk Pizza,,,Brandon Pizza is here !!! This pizzeria is owned by the original owner of Fishhawk. Hubby saw an article in the paper stating this so of course we had to run over to see if this could be true. IT WAS !!! We ordered our usual, Antipasti salad and pizza. Ahhhh one bite into that crust and we knew we had found our favorite once again. True NY pizza. The salad was cold, crisp & fresh. Served with dough knots, yummy! Not a single screaming child to be seen, ahhhh !!! The staff were awesome. And who I believe was the manger stood at our table and talked with us for quite a while about our quest to once again find "our favorite pie." If you are a lover of true New York style pizza, then this place will not disappoint. Give it a try !

I was recently in the Brandon area and when I googled " Pizza Brandon, Fl" this place popped up! I went because of the great reviews and the ease of seeing their menu online. I ordered a 14 inch cheese pizza with meatball ( I had to ask for the meatball as I didn't see as an option ) and a cannoli. The told me they buy the cannoli shells and fill them on site. I was told 25-30 min for me to pick up and I arrived at 25 minutes-ish The pizza was fresh, crisp but not really hot- It must have been done before what they said. It had a good flavor overall but nothing life changing. The cannoli looked presentable when I saw it but was drenched in Hershey syrup and was sitting in the window- so was not cold when I got it. The cannoli itself was great but the Hershey syrup, in my opinion cheapens it.

I went here, Brandon pizzeria, yesterday with a large party. Mostly, everyone enjoyed the food, lots of pizza and sandwiches on the table. My meal, which was spaghetti and meatballs came very late ( without the salad or garlic knots). The staff apologized and eventually did bring them. As I told the physician assistant this morning (after going to the doctor for food poisoning because I was violently throwing up and weak at 6:00 the next morning ). The food was edible. Yesterday I ate it for lunch and the leftovers for dinner and haven't eaten anything all this next day. I mainly wanted to tell Jim please check the quality of those meatballs! I usually never vomit, but I was one sick puppy today. Regards

Pizza & wings are great! Couple games in the back... kids loved it too! So far consistent. Made 2 trips there. Once right before closing when most servers get snotty, but ours was super nice and then again on a busy night. Great service both nights.

Not a big pizza fan however the pizza was decent nothing life changing or a must have. The staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. The pizza crest was good however I thought the sauce was lacking flavor. We also had the fried calamaris and it was okay. I would definitely say the ingredients were fresh, overall all it was a good experience. Would probably be back because the prices were good and no where in this area can you get a pizza as large as theirs.

Pizza is amazing. Reminds me of real New York style pizza. Most of the staff is college age kids and is a hit or miss on the difference between good and excellent customer service.

The cheese pizza was decent. The salad was only a bowl of giant iceberg leaves with a sad tomato and a couple onions. And the service was sub-par. My credit card was charged for the another tables bill, which was double my ticket. I will not be returning.

I've eaten at Brandon Pizzeria four times now and I have to say the food is outstanding. The thin crust pizza is straight up the best New York style pizza in the Tampa Bay area. I've had a a few just cheese slices, a few with pepperoni and a scrumptious 'white' pie that blew away any other white pizza I've had. Fresh ingredients are the key and this place is FRESH. I also had to try the meatball sub. I'm a huge fan of meatball subs and try them wherever I find one on a menu. Wow. Tender, flavorful and spicy with a marinara sauce to die for, melted fresh mozzarella, on a crispy roll. Again, wow. The place is very homey and the staff is friendly and attentive. The waitress never let my iced tea (fresh!) run out. I will be a regular!

Well, I was afraid to try this place because of so many pizza let downs in the past. However, the employees and the owners were so nice when I picked up my order that I couldn't get to mad if the food was mediocre. To my surprise, the pizza was delicious. The crust was tender and golden brown. The toppings were enough to not get the pizza crust all wet and soggy. The antipasto salad was fresh. Let me say this again, the antipasto salad was fresh. There was no brown lettuce or hard tomatoes it was fresh and taste pretty good. I only wish it had a couple of slices of cucumber. I truly enjoyed my meal and I am excited to visit again. #bestpizzainbrandon

I ate here because I really liked Bloomingdale Pizza and Fishhawk pizza and this new place is running the same recipes and menus. I was not disappointed. Excellent fold in half, NY style pizza. Thin crust, but soft, not crispy. It was exactly what I expected. I will definitely be back for more of this food. Great new place.

The pizza is great reminds of NY. I will go back and try other stuff on menu. As long as they keep service friendly quality up. All I can say to a place like this is we are in a time where people can voice their opinions online. What that means is we have an outlet to recognize places like this. And I hope they stay just remember that the customer is number one and brandon pizza will be here to stay.

Ordered a 18" Sicilian special and cannolis today for delivery. We were told over the phone that it would be 45 minutes. The delivery arrived in less than 30. The pizza was hot and delicious and the cannoli were outstanding. We have a new pizza place. Thanks for the great pizza and great service.

I went here with wife and daughter yesterday. This was my second visit. I came for lunch and ordered garlic knots, antipasto salad, and large cheese pizza. Garlic knots were good although I prefer a lot more butter and garlic on mine. The salad came out next. My wife ordered and ate the salad. She is not a fan of green peppers and said there were a lot of peppers on it. I told her that she should have told them to nix the peppers. Other than that, she liked the salad. It also came with two garlic knots. My large pizza came out rather quickly. Their sauce is delicious and the pizza was really good. The owner, Jim came out and chatted with us. He is a very personable man and it shows with his diner. I would compare this place to Joel's Pizza on Bloomingdale. I will definitely be back.

Took our family here for lunch to try the new pizza place in the neighborhood. We had the garlic knots, a large cheese pizza and a large pepperoni and mushrooms pizza, for feed our family of 8. Wife and I shared the antipasto salad too. Staff was very friendly to our large family, which is hard to come by these days. Seems that most restaurants don't like big families. They made us feel very welcome. The knots where a hit with the kids, they eat the whole order! The pizza was very good. Best crust I have had in a long time. You can tell that it was freash lay made and hand tossed. Nice bubbles in the crust. Toppings were generous and fresh. The salad was good, nice fresh crisp lettuce and a good amount of veg and meat. House dressing was nice. The on lumpy thing I was surprised about was paper plates. We ate our meal from paper plates, not a big deal, just surprising. The bill was very reasonable for a family of 8. We enjoyed our meal and will be back.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
