    I've been to the local Beef's near where I live in Jax, and was happy to see a familiar name while here in Tampa on business. This location didn't let me down in the least bit. First of all, it was a perfect mix of staff behind the bar. One guy to talk sports with, and two very attractive young ladies to provide both pleasant conversation as well as eye-candy. I don't mean to come off as a sexist pig, but I'm just being honest. I'm sure many of the regulars come back often due to this, a fact that's apparently not lost on management. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and curley fries. It was VERY good. The steak was slightly charred in places like it should be. The onions were cooked just right. And the fries were cripsy and perfectly salted. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review was that the sandwich was way too small; I think only 6 inches. While my waistline probably thanks me for only eating that much dinner, I was definitely left wanting more. Again, just being honest. I won't hesitate to pop back in to this Beef O' Bradys while around this neck of the woods the next time.

    This place is hit or miss but today they hit it out of the park. I work close by but for the sake of time I always call my order in. Today my order was ready as soon as I walked in. Sadie my server was really sweet and attentive. Kimberly the manager on staff today was great. She's upbeat and it's obvious she cares about customers being happy. The fried shrimp was golden brown and had great crunch. My only gripe was there wasn't more! I think this Beefs may be turning a new leaf and if they are I'm one happy camper. One extra star for this improvement! Well done guys.

    Stopped in today for lunch. Ambience was as expected - loud. Lots of TV's with several different football games on. I wasn't there to watch football, I was there to eat. I asked the waitress (Andy) how the BBQ ribs were. She told me that she does sell a lot of them and has no complaints. I asked her if I got the ribs and didn't care for them, would she get me something else. She checked with her manager and they said it would be OK. So, I ordered the ribs. They are the St. Louis Ribs so not as tender as baby backs but I expected that. The mashed potatoes and gravy was very good but not as hot as I would have like it to be (tempature wise). The cole slaw was nice and creamy just the way I like it. For the ribs, they use a Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce which I happen to like. Sadly, the ribs came to be a bit over done. They had a very distinct "burnt" flavor to them. I told my server and she asked what else I would like to try. I ended up getting the 8 wing deal. Seasoned in some new black pepper seasoning and tossed in the honey BBQ sauce. They were EXCELLENT!! My wife had the fish & chips and there wasn't a morsel left on her plate. I still gave them 4 stars for several reasons - first, the server was awesome. Always filled our soda glasses and just overall attentive. Second, it is a wing place. I guess I couldn't expect the ribs to be as good as a rib joint. I do think if they didn't have that burnt flavor, I would have eaten them. My wife and I will go back and I will have the wings again as they were really good. They also had some deals but none that attracted me.
