Great view & atmosphere; food is pretty good & service is always great. Try the St Louis Ribs - they are amazing! BTW - this restaurant is now called "Pier 22". It is still associated with the Twin Dolphin Marina.

Overall the experience was very hit and miss. We sat on the outside patio by the water with a great view of the river. The inside seemed very formal and stuffy. While the view was great, the food was very inconsistent. The sushi dish,a zinger roll, was mediocre, with none of the crunch expected from the tempura fried grouper. One person got the chicken with garlic mashed potatoes. While the Chicken was delicious, the mashed potato's were so cold they had to be sent back. Even the new batch was dry and bland. However my Tuna dish was excellent, with a very flavorful sauce. As we were leaving a band started playing sitting on dock of the bay, which reaffirmed the great location. I would give the food two stars with one extra for the view.

This restaurant no longer exists. It has been replaced by Mattison's Riverside for almost a year and is much better now.

Went here for the first time sometime around Christmas 2004, and the food was amazing. I'm not a seafood lover, but I had the grouper with fruit salsa and it was amazing. It is the only time I've ever ordered fish at a restaurant, actually. It was just moutwateringly good, fresh, and amazing. I can't wait to go back! It totally makes up for the fact that the one night during the trip that I actually wanted to go out, we couldn't find a bar open past 10. Okay, not totally, I lied.
