My name is Tony and I'm and addict. A Starbucks addict. This Starbucks is my home Starbucks. Why you ask? Well, firsts the staff there are highly efficient and pay attention to details. They get my drinks correct almost every time. Did I mention they have one of the best outside patios I've seen in the chain? Whether I'm on the run at the drive through, or kicking back listening to tunes on my iPad, this is my place. Like all addicts, I gotta get my daily fix

Came to this location as it's across the street from the hotel I was staying at with my wife and 2 daughters. Now, I am not a coffee drinker, and to find me at a Starbucks is even more odd for those that know me...but my wife and kids, that's a whole other story. After ordering, my wife explained to me about the odd names on the cups and why. She chose the name Donald Trump...ok I get it. She was very disappointed when the barista chose not to read her name but to quickly toss her drink on the counter in a half a** manner, call the drink type as she was already walking back to make someone elses. My wife uttered something about not saying her name, as she was disappointed not to hear it after explaining it to me. On the way out the door, another male barista made a rude comment back...really?? We spend $22 on 4 drinks and you want to be rude to your customers? I'm not excusing the comments my wife made, as I called her out as well...but I won't be spending my money at Starbucks anymore...maybe it's because I'm a conservative white American male and the liberal beliefs. Oh well...back to DD's I guess.

Very slow service. I was here midweek around 10:30-way after the morning rush. There was only 1 person in front of me and they took forever taking her order and were too busy chit-chatting with her, rather than keeping the line moving. Not a Starbucks fan in general, and definitely not a fan of this location.

probably one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff was very friendly, and handled a large crowd very quickly!! they really emphasize service with a smile, and even write your name on the cup when they give it to you. Best coffee around, can't replace it.

Probably one of the nicest and most efficent staff in the area. The Lakewood Ranch location unfortunately has been lagging in the customer service area lately so I have been going here instead.

Baristas are awesome and I like this place's outdoor seating. However the internet here is really slow!!!!

One of the drive thru guys is over the top friendly not the annoy you kind of way but the infectiously happy kind of way. Service is great and fast. Relatively easy to get in and out of. They have an excellent outdoor seating area.
