On vacation we stopped in to this location via GPS suggestion. We were a difficult table- 1 finicky eater, vegetarians among us and me (MUST eat gluten free). I don't believe we caught one hint of frustration from our server. In fact he double checked on items and got me their gluten free menu. The server deserves 5 stars. The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated and had booth seating (hooray). I am just not the biggest fan of chain restaurants- thus 4 stars. Jason M was our server (2pmish)

The waiter was terrible. He took a long time to get to us. But at least the food was decent.

It's been a long time since I was at a Ruby Tuesday. The salmon was very good and the salad bar an unexpected bonus. I'll be coming back.

Great burgers, super service and maybe the only salad bar in town outside of Whole Foods. A good place to stop for an efficient and decent dinner. Good pours on libations as well!

Ruby Tuesday is often a default restaurant for us once we tire of saying "Where do you want to go" to each other. As previous reviews I've done put RT in the "do no harm" category, not good, not bad. This week I had the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla Combo, described as (their words): "Seasoned chicken with grilled peppers and onions, feta, and Swiss with chile sauce." Firstly it is served in a wire contraption that holds the two tortilla's folded and in place. Picking these up is a real challenge, second only to biting into it without the innards oozing from the opposite end. Bite down on it really quickly and hard and the tortilla acts like a Howitzer shooting an artillery shell made of chicken bits. I listed the menu ingredients above because this creative Quesadilla had little to no flavor. We spent the meal trying to decide what does this thing need to have served with it; salsa, mayonnaise, more chile sauce, honey mustard dipping sauce? Not really sure, but it's bland and tastes incomplete.

This is a very old Ruby Tuesday and the inside could with a renovation. I have been to locations that are in much better shape. 1. Waiter was nice but new. He tried hard but wasn't comfortable in his role. 2. Shrimp fondue was better than expected. 3. Medium rare burger came out nearly raw with just a quick sear on the outside. 4. The bartender did go back to the kitchen (popping the door open, one foot in, one foot out) 3 tables away from me and 2-3 times he'd yell out some banter to those in the kitchen. Tacky since he was yelling and using expletives.

It been a long time that I have been to this chain restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised . The menu is updated and many of the items are fresh . I had a spiraled cut squash with marinara sauce. It was very good. They still have the salad bar but this time it was very fresh. I think this chain will stay modern and has many more new items. I'll be back.

Been there multiple times. Like other Ruby Tuesdays these days, it has a nice salad bar and a decent affordable menu. Service at this location is prompt and friendly. With coupons provided regularly the cost is modest. I highly recommend this location. Ruby Tuesday seems to take its business seriously these days. It is a very competitive restaurant segment, with so many other chains competing for the same business.
The location keeps this place busy always so no one really cares how crappy the service is.. Every time we come we end up asking ourselves why????

GREAT FOOD, even better service. Highly recommend. Salad bar add on was well worth the few dollars, nice atmosphere, manager was superb in handling his restaurant. Great all around.

We called ahead & were told they only have so many tables to seat 5 people, so we had to wait....and wait...and wait. We finally were told a table is ready, but then the manager escorted a different group of people to our table who came in after u!. After us! Meanwhile, a 6 person table was sitting empty the entire time we waited. When asked, they said it was reserved for people who reserved it...but didn't we call ahead & make a reservation as well? They didn't save a table for us, they actually gave one away right in front of us! You all didn't "hold" an empty table for us when we called to reserve a place. Well, so finally seated, but at a booth, so even if I wanted to put the baby in a high chair, I couldn't, because it was be in the walkway. I love having to hold my baby while I eat - so easy! The waiter did tell us to pick an appetizer, that it was on the house, because of our ordeal. Well, at least that was something & we did appreciate it. However, the wait the rest of our meal was terrible too. The waiter did what he could & was a bit slow, forgetful too, but I think he had a lot of tables to handle The food itself took ages to come out...and it took forever to get our boxes & check so we could leave. Not happy with the visit at all. Very disappointed. I have never had a bad experience at a Ruby Tuesdays until I came to this location (and I have gone to many among the 4 states we've lived in). I really have no interest to ever go back to this location, much less any of the rest them.

Took my mother to dinner here a few nights ago, she had a steak and I had the chicken fresco. Not only were both entrées delicious, but our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Great experience overall.
