    The NY strip was so tender and delicious. The Caesar salad was very fresh with a perfect amount of dressing, and the mashed potatoes were great. Food came out fast and cooked perfectly. Our bartender Keith was friendly and made really great drinks. This is one chain restaurant that is definitely worth stopping at.

    Well I usually have great service and great food but not this time:(.our waitress didn't really pay much attention to us ...and our steaks had soooooooo much fat not much meat ...disappointed!

    Food is hit or miss from this location. Service is slow so we wanted to do take out. Just wonder if they would service over done if in the restaurant ? Chicken was fine but they put it back in oven to long to burn the top.

    Stopped in for lunch mid-week. We had sweet chili calmari, which was really tasty, grilled chicken avocado sandwich, which was crazy delicious (albeit really messy), and a third pound burger, which was tasty and juicy. Needless to say, we enjoyed the food. The place was clean (including the bathrooms) and the server was nice and mostly attentive. Yes, I would go back

    I wanted a late meal after working out and Longhorn is open till 11 pm. They have a great lite menu now and I had a 6 oz sirloin steak for under 500 calories. It was tender, prepared properly (medium rare) and very tasty. Although it was graded only choice, it was as good as most of the prime steaks I have had much higher prices. It was served with a fresh salad and steamed broccoli. Since I was alone I ate at the bar and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will be returning to try other items on the menu. Just ate here again and it is Saturday night. Place is packed. This time I sat at a table with my family. Same great food but the service was only mediocre. Slow food and an in attentive server. Had to wait 20 min to order another cocktail with dinner. The device needs improvement.

    The new Long Horn is nice. We got right in after about a 5 minute wait during peak dinner hours on Friday. Service was fairly quick. We had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer - really good.I had the salmon which was good except for the fact that the bottom was crispy - read burnt. The flavor was great though and I would order again and just ask them to not cook it too long. This is my only reason for 3 stars instead of 4. We would give them another go.

    Really beautiful decor ribs were tasty. Son ordered the kid burger and the wife had a BBQ burger, impressed with the quality so far, seems consistent. Manager was pleasant and staff friendly, highly recommend. Next door to Starbucks so go grab a coffee or a pound.

    In a sea of chain restaurants this one shines. Plenty of choices and always cooked correctly. Reliable service and usually not too long of a wait. Live the parmesan chicken if your not up for another steak.

    We had a $100 gift card, so we figured that we would give this place a shot. It was a crowded Friday night so we picked up a to-go order from the bar. My fiancee got the 11 oz. Renegade Sirloin, with a loaded baked potato and a Cesar salad; and I got Flo's Filet and Lobster Tail, with Mushroom Truffle Bisque instead of a salad, also with a loaded baked potato. We mistakenly ordered the "share-able" white cheddar stuffed mushrooms & brew pub pretzel sticks. Our son had the steak kids meal. Our total take-out bill was just about $75. What a rip off. The "share-able" appetizers gave us each 2 pieces from each appetizer, and they up charged us a TON for everything. The food WAS cooked to order though... Then last night we decided to use out remainder on the gift card. The place was EMPTY and I was 10 minutes late to pick up my food, and I still waited 15 minutes for the bartender to have my order ready. My fiancee and I ordered the same entrees as 2 weeks prior, because they had been prepared so well... We got home, and the salads were wilted, the steaks, both, were under cooked, and my lobster tail was RAW inside, burnt outside, and had completely come out of it's shell and was just carelessly thrown into the take out container. The ONLY thing they got right was the extra bread we specifically requested. We will definitely NOT be spending any more time or money at this establishment, gift card or not...

    Food was excellent !! Now the three stars are for the hole experience ! . Waited 40 minutes to be seated at 3 pm on a Sunday ( with about 15 open tables) , lots if staff running around doing who knows what ?! . Could not hear my 15 year old talk to me because four waitresses were having a very funny conversation and was laughing so loud ! We saw the manager walking around the place , came to the hostess counter without saying or acknowledging anyone there ! Poor management !

    Must have hired an opening crew cause service has never been the same. Sad because the food was soooo good. Last time our dinner was free cause the cook couldn't figure out how to get a steak medium. After the third time, I offered to go back there and cook it myself...really???

    Terrible service. Place wasn't busy took over 15 minutes to get wife's cocktail. Couple came in after us got their bread as soon as they sat down due to the fact the waitress was their friend. We had to ask for our bread. Steaks swimming in grease due to the fact they use a butter sauce on the steaks ,what a mistake. To flavor a n y strip or any other good cut of steak means they don't know how to cook them. The only good thing was the salad even tho it was small. Can't screw up chopped lettuce. Won't be back. This was the worst steak I have ever had including some of the places I have eaten at as a truck driver. Only reason we went was a relative gave us a gift card should have used it Olive Garden! If I do a chain steak house it will be outback or Texas Roadhouse.

    Not worth it. The meat is low quality, especially for the price. Lots of gristle in prime rib, steaks were raw when medium was requested. The manager was busy apologizing. Very slow, untrained servers. I don't know what this company is thinking, but it's not about establishing a following. Steakhouse fail.

    We did take out because this place is slammed with customers. It's no wonder, I had the Napa grilled chicken with seasoned rice pilaf and my husband had the Flo's filet and lobster tail with sweet potato. I can't say anything bad about any of it. Even the side salad was wonderful --- The tomato and cucumber is cut into pieces that you don't have to recut to eat! Even the warm grain bread is wonderful. We shared a little and we'll be going back. Once the snowbirds head home we'll even go in and have a seat :)

    I went on 3-10-15 for dinner and ordered the calamari as an appetizer and the sirloin as an entrée. The calamari were mostly batter but the sauce that came with it was excellent. I ordered my sirloin medium rare and it was done right. The piece of meat was grisly and I didn't eat parts of it.

    OMG where to begin??? This was our 3rd visit to this establishment first one was kinda crazy we had a waitress with a very condescending attitude but the food was good....2nd visit paid $18.00 for a martini which we didn't figure out until the next day a friend had picked up our tab otherwise I would have disputed this on the spot ... didn't even order a top shelf Vodka!!! Ok 3rd 'time with friends from out of town ...we had a waitress straight from Duck Dynasty she had zero people skills and no clue about serving a table ...she could not stop talking long enough to get a order she just wouldn't shut up how I stayed in my seat have no idea ....it took forever to get the order placed ..she keep forgetting things and kept talking about her personal life if I wanted to hear a like story could have watched D.D. .. never did get plates for our starters she disappeared (guess u don't use plates where she comes from)...then dinner arrives steamed veggies so salty no one could eat them... forgot countless other food item's..... ribs where stone cold on one end although the plate was hot???? now we all know this screams MICROWAVE hello... there is a definite disconnect in this restaurant with regard to staff no one knows exactly what they are doing from the front to the back ..and they all have bad attitudes sorta like we know what we are doing so why are you questioning us ....will be avoiding this place who needs to go out pay money and be treated like it's a privilege to be there and deal with complete incompetency........

    My wife got the Filet, it was SOO good! I got the cheesy crusted chicken, wish I would have gotten the steak, I will next time for sure! Blows Outback out of the water!! Wish the tonion was as good as the bloomin onion. Great décor, I will be a regular!!

    Soooooo salty. This Longhorn location is very close to my workplace. Everyone at my job was salivating over the lunch menu for months before they opened. Longhorn has amazing photography; because once we were there it was not what we were expecting. I dined on three different occasions for lunch--- each time the food did not improve. Everything I ate was terribly salty. Most of the food tastes like a frozen meal; preservatives, bread that that strange spongy microwaved texture, steak sandwich tastes like beef jerky. There are many other options a little further away from my job that are not only cheaper, but taste more natural. They are always so crowded that the service is awful. Even after months of being open, they appear to turn through wait staff so quickly. The staff always looks confused, like they are still learning the menu or how to wait tables in general.
