The food is typical diner fair- nothing crazy original, but consistent and yummy. We did wait a while for food the last time we went but the server i manager were awesome and did a great job making it right :)

4 stars for our server Tonya! She was friendly & responsive! I deducted a star for her because as a server I wouldn't bring out one piece of turkey bacon and say "I owe you a piece of bacon"...I would have waited for the cook to finish the other piece. And by the time I received my eggs & turkey bacon I had eaten all of my pancakes. On the other hand, the food was lackluster! The pancakes were good but my eggs did not have cheese (which I requested) & my 1 slice of turkey bacon was extremely undercooked (gross). When Tonya brought my eggs back she said that the cook said that there was cheese in them just not a lot & they apparently plopped a slice right on top. I only went to IHOP because I wanted turkey bacon or sausage & The Waffle House only has pork. I won't be returning to this IHOP because the food isn't worth a penny. I'd encourage you to go to Cracker Barrel or the Waffle House (both are basically across the street).

I eat at IHOP often because no matter what town I am in, the food is always the same.....until today. The Bradenton IHOP....big problems, big disappointment. I ordered the harvest hot cakes which were suppose to have sliced bananas on top - instead...mine were served with an exorbitant amount of blueberries on top. Not to mention, they also had an exorbitant amount of blueberries inside. Speaking of the insides.....obviously the cook had the heat turned up too high on the grill because while the outside was done the inside of the hot cakes were runny.....gross. Another hotcake disappointment was the form of the hotcakes, they looked like they went through a construction zone! Every IHOP I have eaten at, served me perfectly round & fluffy hotcakes. These hotcakes were irregular in circumference, flat & runny. This was also the 1st IHOP that I've been to that did not have turkey sausage. What's up with that? Service. The server was very friendly, however, I noticed she was frequently visiting a table in the corner (apparently talking to her friends) which took her attention away from her other assigned tables. My husband & I witnessed a customer accidentally bump into another server. The server dropped 2 coffee creamers on the floor & left them there. We saw customers walking over them as creamer spilled out onto the carpet. Those dropped creamers sat on the floor the entire time we were there...about 45 minutes. Employee after employee walked over them and not one picked them up. Then we noticed several items on the floor, food, crayons, napkins, etc. Good note. Server was very polite, eggs & turkey bacon very good, hostess extremely friendly & we were seated promptly.

Biggest problem with this IHOP they have full lobby of people waiting to give them money and there's empty tables! Obviously they have a staffing problem or don't know how to schedule people to work on a Saturday.

This is a fine chain restaurant with irresistible ads for indulgent breakfast variations. Pancakes are the base, but the current hot line are 3 kinds of brioche French Toast...cinnamon swirl, bananas foster and strawberry. Great selection of syrups. Prices are very reasonable, service is cheerful and efficient and the place is super clean and neat, unlike some messy, shop-worn breakfast places. Convenient to the interstate exit.

Overpriced. Staff very nice. Tried this location several times. The quality and quantity of food not worth the price. Service can be sluggish at times depends on time of day. Avoid weekend mornings. Pity this place is so disappointing.

While scouring for a descent sit down breakfast joint, I noticed the bright new painted building located next to a Dunk'n Donuts that was once a popular morning hangout. I noticed the blue and white building had a full lot of cars and workman's trucks as I focused to what it was, the familiar sign appeared beyond the trees hiding it's identity. I turned in and waited for approximately 10mins. Ordered java and read the menu. All looked fabulous! I tried the "fit and trim" omelet with spinach, mushroom and tomato came with a side of fruit. I added bacon to my diet ( an old favorite).. All fresh and tasty and clean. A total Yum and nutritional breakfast!

I have been here a few times and it is typical IHOP food. The commercials make the food seem way more delectable than it is in person. It gets super busy here on weekend mornings, be prepared to wait. The staff is friendly and service is prompt. It is a relatively new place, so it's clean and in a good location right off the interstate. More like 3 and a half stars.

This place sucks!!! Our waitress also did not know what she was doing. I came with three other people. Two who were parents of a one year old. Did not give us a high chair right away, put hot foods that were hand reachable for the baby, and never gave us any refills. She did not come by often but stayed right next to us while we were paying. I think she felt like she didn't have to give us good service because we all are younger. Good for her I am a server and I still tip well no matter what.

Horrible! Table was dirty when we sat down. Had to flag someone down to clean it and then dry it. Waitress came twice. Once for drinks, and then once for food. She never came back for any reason. When they brought the food, it was cold and my food wasn't what I ordered. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I rather treat everyone to DD that shares a parking lot with them.

Two thumbs up!! [0] [0]. The service there....fantastic. Even had a waitress (she was new) tell our table life is a gift! She was super friendly. The waitress training her was super friendly. Everyone was working together. We all ordered very different things off the menu, changed things up a bit and everything came out perfect. Not one thing went wrong. That's team work. Place is so clean. Friendly staff. Kudos!!!!

This place is brand new and it shows. Super clean and excellent service all four times I have been. If you want something that's quick, cheap, and tastes excellent then you can go wrong with this IHOP. Also try the Cinnistack pancakes, I'd be willing to bet someone at IHOP R&D sold his soul to the devil to come up with the,.

The cleanest Ihop and best service!!! I'm used to the ghetto and dirty Ihop of Miami and I couldn't even believe my eyes when we walked in. The waiter was just fantastic, checked on us all the time, didn't even wait for us to empty our drinks all the way, he would bring another one right up... I can't even believe I'm reviewing an IHop location lol too funny!
