New location but under terrible management. I am a fan of the BWW franchise, but I've been to much better locations. The building is huge and new, with plenty of seating and televisions for your sports fix. You also get a tablet for the table, which kids can play games or adults can play each other at trivia or poker. My party and I shared the mini corn dog appetizers and traditional wings. Corn dogs are great, and they come with a honey mustard dipping sauce. The wings are dressed with a lot of sauce, which I appreciate. They tend to be over cooked, so be sure to tell your server how you want your order prepared. While I did not have a bad experience, The service could have been better. I think it comes to inadequate training of the staff. I visited during a slower night where the restaurant was not very packed. Our server was not very attentive and I had to tell her EVERYTHING that our table needed: silverware, napkins, plates to eat on. I can't imagine how service would be during busy hours, but management should step their game up.

Service was slow. Waited 20 minutes to give our order and thirty minutes for lousy food. Appetizer and entrees came out together. Manager Alex came over and asked me what we wanted to do with the entrees. Told him to take them back. He said " Fine , I'll box them up and take them home for my dinner". I told him to prepare two new entrees to which he said "yeah I'll prepare you a special entree alright" Place should be condemned by board of health.

I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so I was very excited but this particular restaurant is a sad excuse for a wing place..... Weren't even asked if we wanted drinks until about 10 minutes in to just sitting there twiddling our thumbs. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. 2 people ordered beers, and 10 minutes later the waiter comes back and says it'll be another few minutes because the "bar was backed up" and we turned to look at the bar and there were probably 4 people around the whole thing... What a terrible excuse. Took us a while to finally order, we got our appetizers fast which was fine because it was basically all fried food and shouldn't take any less than 5 minutes. Our wings came out and every single persons were absolutely dry even with the sauces that we asked for. It was so disgusting I didn't even bother to eat my wings. Also, the fries were cold and the vegetables were literally sitting in a water bath when they gave us them. I feel bad because the waiter really was nice but this restaurant was just so bad. I will not be back.

We were a party of 6 and got there early enough to be seated right away. The waitress was friendly, took our drink order immediately and shortly thereafter, are food. One dish came out prior to the rest of the order. Not the best for my first time but I'll give it another shot eventually.

I just had a co-worker bring me back food from here for the first time. When I opened the container, it was less than appetizing. It looked like somebody ate it already. DISGUSTING. I'll never order from there again. There are too many other good places. Now, I can see why the CEO is against the $15 minimum wage. Who would want to work there with the lousy pay and the crappy food?

I usually come on their busy days as their traditional wings are 60 cents on Tuesdays and boneless wings are 60 cents on Thursdays. You're able to customize such as f you want all flat. The take out counter is usually busy and confused. I hate waiting for my food longer than what I'm told and the girls are so busy picking up the phones they don't even know if my food has been brought over or not. Other than that, dining in is fine. They provide a tablet for kids!

I will start by saying that I have probably been to about a dozen BDubbs and am a huge fan of the restaurant. With that being said, I was so excited when they started opening locations in south Florida. I couldn't believe it when we heard one was coming to Boynton where we lived; however, it didn't open up until a month after we moved away, so we didn't make it back down there until this past Saturday. We were going out with some friends in Delray, so I convinced some to go to BDubbs for dinner with me! This location is kind of wonky in that it's not real clear where to turn into for the restaurant, but it was easy enough to figure out. As compared to many other locations, this one had a great interior with a huge bar and plenty of TVs. My husband and I arrived first and thought we only needed a table for 4. We ended up being wrong and needing a table for 6. At other restaurants they sometimes get somewhat frustrated with you or make you move to a different section. Emily was great and was able to just connect a couple of tables together. She also got a couple drinks and appetizer order in just a couple minutes before 7pm so that we would definitely get the happy hour prices! They had plenty of beers and ciders available, but need to update their menus to reflect what they actually have in stock. As for the food, I thought it was very consistent with all other locations that I've been too. Everyone seemed to be happy with their food and drinks, and we didn't have any issues with service being too slow. My husband did mention that his chicken sandwich wasn't as good as usual. He said that the chicken was fried too much, making it too hard and crispy. However, he said this after eating every last crumb (apparently too hungry to complain). These types of restaurants seem to be a love it or hate it deal. We love BDubbs and while it wasn't a perfect experience, we'd certainly come back when we're in the area!

Worst wings I've ever eaten. Luke warm at best with very little sauce. I also had the potato chip fries with cheese. They were also barely warm and the cheese was no longer melted. Service was terrible!!! Prices are reasonable. If you want to watch the game on huge TV's and eat horrible food, this is your place!!

Im giving this the extra star as my kids love the boneless wings. I don't care for them as they have a thick hard batter. The teriyaki bbq sauce is very good. You can try all the sauces before ordering. They bring the sample w some fries. Appetizers. Mozzarella sticks and corn dogs are delicious. The chips & salsa were terrible of the 8 of us no one could eat them. (3-7 pm weekdays $3 happy hour) As for the meal. I do not recommend the overcooked dry burger or the side salad in place of fries which by the way was an extra 1.70 charge that she neglected to mention. Side salad was wilted and not good. The pork sandwich I hear was ok. The others all ordered the boneless wings with variety of sauces and they enjoyed them. They do give you a handheld device about the size of an iPad mini to play trivia questions on the big screen or other games. Some enjoyed doing this. As we were leaving and they were less busy I observed them handing one to a young child waiting as her group waited for their table. Otherwise they give you one when seated. As for the service. You must keep in consideration how busy they were. We waited about 35 minutes to get a table. It took a while to get our appetizers and first drink refill but the entire staff was working hard together and moving at all times so it was very acceptable.

This place isn't bad. I've definitely had better wings but it was still good. I got the traditional honey BBQ wings and they were definitely tasty, but I feel like they could've taken it up a notch with the onion rings. They are incomparable to the big, crispy, seasoned onion rings I had at Bareburger. The pumpkin Traveler's Shandy that the waitress recommended was very good, it tasted like it contained the spices of pumpkin pie after I swallowed so that was quite delicious. I have only been here once but I would try a majority of the food on the menu. Although with that being said I don't think I'll return, I would rather go somewhere more "authentic".

We went back tonight for my birthday. Had a great time. The same manger that talked to us last time was there. He came right over to us. He asked how everything was going. We said it was fine. He said good cause they got their act together now. He was right. The server we had was on point big time. They have weeded out the bad ones, as far as we could see. The food was awsome. We had the soft pretzel to start with. Then we had the wings of course. For my birthday treat. They gave me an awesomely huge piece of cake and ice cream. I got say it again they are moving the right way.

First time here and they already are out of Patron. On cinco de mayo!!! Waited for 20 minutes just for drinks and then. Fries came out Supposed to be cheese fries. And barely any cheese on it. Lovely. Not. Pfft!! Won't wanna come here again

Food ok. Terrible service. I'm writing this while I wait for someone to flag down so I can pay. Haven't seen the waitress since she dropped the food off 20 min ago. Had to get my own drink refill from the bar. No one seemed to notice or care why I was at the bar asking for a diet Pepsi refill.

I've been here a couple of times since they opened and the service is consistent. Consistently bad. That is being kind. There are 4 or 5 greeters at the hostess stand who aren't particularly friendly and completely disorganized. Servers are brusque and inefficient, if you ask for 3 things, be grateful if you get two of them. The food, however, is good, which is why I go back. The salt and vinegar buffalo chips are really good (if you can actually get them to do it correctly). My advice? Save yourself some time and aggravation, and drive to Wellington or West Palm!

I got off work last night and told my husband we should go out to dinner. He told me he wanted to try this place. I was reluctant because as a vegetarian I don't have a lot of food options at a wing place. I looked at their menu online and it looked like there were things I could eat so I agreed to go. When we were seated a waitress came after a few minutes to take a drink order. A few moments later another waitress came by who did not seem fond of our waitress. She asked if the other waitress even took our drink order. I told her she did but we still had not ordered food. The original waitress returned and told me the bar was running behind but she did have water for me. She asked for a food order. As soon as I mentioned the black bean burger she asked if I was a vegetarian. I told her I was. She warned me that this veggie burger was not completely vegetarian. I asked if it had a meat product and she said yes. I was very puzzled as to why a place would offer a black bean patty with meat. Who would order that over a burger or the wings aside of someone not looking to eat meat? I am fairly easy going so I said it was fine and to just give me another second to look at the menu while my husband ordered. She then suggested the 'Garden Crasher' or some name like that. This was a plate of vegetables with bread and hummus. I told her that would work. Shortly after the food arrived...well, most of it. My husband's wings and fries came along with the appetizers of fried pickles and fried mushrooms. My mojito was there as well. There was no plate for me. I began eating the appetizers. I looked around and did not see anyone coming with my food. A few minutes later the waitress came by to ask how everything was. I reminded her I was missing my main plate over here. She told me she would find out what happened. Keep in mind this is a plate of raw vegetables and hummus would should have been easier to acquire than fried pickles or wings. I see our waitress go and talk to some more tables before she finally made it back. Shortly after I saw her again and told her seeing as my husband is about done eating she may as well cancel my food. She quickly agreed and did not offer any other solution. She did not get the manager to see if there was something they could do. They did not offer to take a percentage off the bill. They did not offer free dessert. There was absolutely no customer service on this server's part. This was an absolutely awful dining experience...unless you prefer to eat your appetizers with your main plate and take turns watching each other eat. I would not be interested in returning for another dinner of fried pickles and a mojito.

Well been to a few Buffalo Wild Wings before and I normally love them, but I don't know what it is but this one is horribly slow. Waited what seemed to be an eternity just for drinks, and even longer to put in our order. Wanted to put in an order but our waitress would only stop by for a split second and wouldn't even give us a chance to get her attention. We would've just walked out if we weren't so hungry but probably should've just left. In that time we could've gone somewhere else, received our food and came back and still be waiting. Would recommend somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE.

Ok new place on the block, food is what to expect chain bar food type. Service is young guys and gals so expect to flag them down as they scramble trying to keep up. A little pricey but the music just too friggin loud. This place will drive away the food customers. Probably do all right with younger sports bar scene. But this is Boynton, do they know their demo?

This was the third or forth time at this Buffalo wild wings they went busy this time or the last but the difference in service was night and day. Our server was in training but she did a great job. We got refills without asking. Our food cane out fast and hot, they was a small issue with my dinner but it was fixed right away with out a problem. If this would have been our first time here they would have gotten 5 stars hopefully all the issues of the past are just that, in the past.

We went here the other day for lunch. It was great! We weren't sure which sauces we wanted on our wings so they did a sauce sample for us. The thai curry, wild, mango habenero, jerk, and blaze were all awesome. The mango habenero was very hot, I think it would be great on coconut shrimp! I ended up getting the wild and thai curry, both great on the boneless wings. Service was great, wings were great, we'll be back next time we need a wing fix.

Me and my husband stopped by for dinner last night because we were in the mood for wings. It was maybe 8pm they were not too busy and we sat outside. It took about 20 minutes for a server to come greet us and get our drink order, wait it took 20 minutes for someone to come over and say "ugghh she hasnt been to you yet what can i get you to drink" We actually put our order in all at once afraid she wouldnt be back.... We waited another 10 minutes for our drinks and 20-30 minutes on Fried pickles, 15 wings and a side of luke warm fries. Let me re iterate is was not busy, i do understand that maybe they just had a rush, maybe short staffed, i get it but the i could care less attitude by the server just made the experience even worse., i do maybe have to give her a tiny tiny bit of credit she did apologize for the wait at the beginning but it cancelled out for her disappearance the rest of the time. The wings were "ok" at best there are definitely to many other restaurants that serve better wings. I had high hopes for a wing place to have great wings i guess.

Giving the location multiple chances; I have come to an easy decision, lacks anything special, management seems to be very poor and way to friendly with its staff. The staff seems to do what they want when they want, even causing commotions as they horse play in the restaurant. My order was messed up twice out of three visits. The pours on the drinks are lousy and if you happen to be there for happy hour you better tell your server or your paying full price. I watched a gentlemen ask to have the TV changed, after 15 minutes no one changed it and he asked again. Well no one changed it after thirty minutes he got up and left. Overall just lazy workers that are going through the motions.

I came here to get a quick lunch with my husband before we caught a movie down the street. There's plenty of inside and outside seating and the restaurant is clean. The cheese curds were our appetizer, which were really good. Our meals were the Big Jack Daddy burger and the boneless wings. I thought the burger was alright. It was a burger topped with pulled pork with honey BBQ sauce, fried onion rings, and cheese with potato wedges on the side. The hot boneless wings were enjoyed by my husband very much. I'm not a spicy lover, so he was happy when there was more for him to take home. We were surprised how long it took for our food to come out on the other hand. Our server made sure everything was done correctly and she did a great job on her part. It was not busy for a Sunday afternoon and wasn't sure if the chefs were still hungover from the night before. We really enjoy going to the one in Wellington, so when this happened to the one closer to home, we were kind of disappointed. We'll plan to go back in the future to give it a second shot.

I live in NJ. It was my birthday lunch. I wanted something I know and I wanted wings. So, I had to eat at BWW. The wings are always meaty. The sauces are great. I like that for a large order I can order different sauces. It especially comes in hand, since I like hot sauce and my kids like mild. The mushroom appetizer was not that good. They should take it off the menu. The alcohol choices are perfect. The price point for food and alcohol is excellent. The service was perfect. When they learned it was my birthday, they brought a funny hat and cake. The cake was excellent. I will be back to BWW.

First time to buffalo wild wings chain. The waitress was not professional at all. 4 people total and she took 15 minutes for the drinks cause she was bringing again and again wrong drinks and one by one. We thought she did about 10 times from our table to the bar. The drinks were too watery that's why were low on price. Spinach dip was ok with carrots celery but super oily pita chips. Wings were great. But no plates? That was huge surprise. People who dine in deserves plates no paper basket.we ask for napkins a dew time csuse she gave about one each, come on girl we eat wings with sauce. They close Saturday night at 2 but at 1.20 they open full lights and they asked if we need more drinks cause is last call for drinks.rudeee... anyway first and last time.thanks but no thanks!

Great wings, I tried the mild, honey bbq, and garlicky ones. I loved the taste of the honey bbq the best. Will definitely return for more. They open late so I can stop in when I get off work, and very convenient to where I live.

This place is so poorly managed. Horrible service, some of the worse we have ever experienced. Food was brought out late and wrong and once the correct food came out it was terrible. Drinks were not getting refilled. Waited 15 minutes for our bill/manager then we were brought the wrong bill. I understand that accidents happen and we all make mistakes but this was just one hit after another. We had such high hopes for this place and the wings - it was an absolute let down and a miserable experience. We will not be back.

Comfortably the worst service that I have experienced in years. Server said she's was packed with table, though I watched her for upwards of 20 mins talking with another employee. Refills were non existent as my ice melted to water in my glass. The food was not up to BW standard. Slow, soggy, warm. I understand that it's only been open for a few weeks, be repeat costumers keep places in business. Don't open till ready, as I will not be a repeat.

Nope!!! Terrible service. After waiting for 20 minutes, our one beer and one mixed drink were served. Waitress had an attitude and a generally unwelcoming and unprofessional air about her. Upon requesting a straw from another server, I discovered that apparently this bad attitude is a hiring prerequisite. After waiting for over 45 minutes, my boneless wings came out with next to no sauce. I told my server as soon as she placed them on the table. She looked at me, said "hold on", and then disappeared - leaving the unfinished food behind!! Over five minutes later, a different server arrived with a SIDE OF SAUCE; she placed it on the table and uttered an indifferent "here". It was only one of the two sauces that I had ordered for my split order of wings, but at this point I was so annoyed and hungry that I shut up and ate it. Smallest tip I have ever given. Should've stiffed but I understand that even assholes have to pay rent. Never going back to this location again.

The wings were meaty and well-prepared and my server was great. The kitchen was slow on Saturday night and the wait for the food was too long. First visit and they offered a tasting sampler of the sauces. That took 15 minutes because of the wait for the four french fries that came with the sauces for dipping. And then another 15 minutes or so for the rush order that the waitress put in for me. But the staff was friendly and tried their best. The problem seems to be with the kitchen but the sauce and the wings are really good.

Eyal E.
The wings are ok, but what really got me was I came to eat lunch at 2:02 PM and I could not get the lunch menu specials. I asked why and the waiter tells me the lunch specials are over at 2:00 PM. I couldn't believe when he said that the lunch menu specials are over at 2:00 PM. The standard in every restaurant is usually 3:00 PM. When I said this was absurd, he called his manager. When the manager came, he was all nice and friendly, who simply confirmed that this is their policies. Now I know. Not sure if I am going there again, but if I do, it will not be after 2:00 PM. I left and they lost my business for stupidity or I would have paid double for 2 persons. Shame.

This Bdubs is GREAT! Service was decent but there's always tables available during the fights and the food is fantastic!

Slow service. Low quality food. Small portions. gave paper bowls for appetizers. My first visit and last. Very disappointed. Best part was leaving.

I love the food, atmosphere, & location but they better get on top of the service staff because there are too many choices around here that have WAY better service than this place.

Great Food and amazing service for a new restaurant, these people complaining need to understand its a new establishment thats still working out the kinks! Give the kids a chance! We had an awesome male server our first visit and an amazing woman the next time. Will be back 100%

Went to watch the fight tonight and everything was great! Thank you Paul for serving us relentlessly! Saw great fights in HD, no over obnoxious people and the management was fine. It was my first time there and I'll be back again! Thank You Buffalo Wild Wings!

Shame.
