Good Pizza, Terrible Service After a long day of travel with my family, ordered pizzas on-line, received confirmation of order, but then received a call from the local store saying they could not deliver due to our location being outside their delivery range. Asked for the manager, Ryan. He initially refused to deliver, but after i explained he agreed to deliver "within 90 minutes," hahaha. Well, I told the Ryan to throw my pizzas in the oven and I would pick up (the kids were getting hungrier). Got to the store and Ryan unprovoked throws attitude at me. He's looks only 17 so I let it go, take my pizza and go home. That night I wrote a complaint to the Dominos website and got a good apology phone call from Chris the owner the next day saying all the right things. Dominos Bonita dropped the ball, but showed a decent recovery with the apology call..

There is a $2 delivery charge for every delivery that does not go to the delivery person. No matter what you order, you are really paying the corporate offices $2 more than what they are advertising. This is very shady. I'd like to not deduct this $2 from the tip, but the need for corporations to slyly throw in an extra $2 that doesn't even go to the hard working people who make them billions gives me no choice. If more people would be aware of this, then hopefully they will stop adding this secret $2 delivery charge that doesn't even go to the delivery person.
