The pizza is okay and at times very good. I have placed delivery orders and the first order was fine, pizza was warm and the soda was somewhat cold. The delivery driver was the rudest person I encountered that week. I gave him a $3.00 tip, which I will never do again, and he commented that it was the lowest tip he had gotten that day, entered his vehicle and shook his head. Low tip huh? Try no tip and no business next time, for that matter. There are plenty of pizza places, and this restaurant at this location will not be seeing my business again. Did I mention the second time I ordered, they completely messed up my order? What a joke.

This is my first in person trip here, as I have ordered pizza from them previously. I gotta say, I'm disappointed. The location is great as it's less than a minute from my condo, but the food is blah... The pizza is too greasy, my Parmesan chicken sandwich came out cold. When I said something about it, they took my plate and placed it, sweet potato fries and all, in the oven. After waiting another 15 mins, they returned with my now lukewarm sandwich and dehydrated potatoes. Guess I won't be coming back here, again. Shame.

When Im at work in Boca and I am feeling some Italian for dinner me and the co workers hit up Rotellis. They have good sub sandwiches and they have all the Italian classics. There is def something there for everyone. The prices are fair and the quality is good, and thats what keeps us going back.

The best thing about this place is their garlic knots. The food is pricey and lacks flavor. The service is AWFUL, from the crabby old hostess to the obviously miserable servers (I could go on a very long rant but I will spare you). Unfortunately for me, Rotelli's is down the street from my grandfathers home so he frequents this place. Every time we dine here it gets worse :x Spare yourself, boil noodles and toss on some Ragu at home.

Went to Rotelli's on Congress in Boca. Handed the server a coupon which required the purchase of 2 beverages so we let him talk us into a $20 bottle of wine reduced to $15. At the end of the meal he came with the check and said he could not honor the coupon because we were less than a dollar short of what the coupon required. He might have been stoned but that's not an excuse for not knowing up front that the coupon could not be honored based on our order. Should not have tipped him. Either way they have lost a regular customer

As really the only game in town for years Rotelli has not changed much, catering largely to older diners and family takeout. With the addition of D'Angelo down the street they drop a star. It's very ho-hum pizza served in a place whose look is 20 years out of date. Service varies a lot but is generally good. They need a big overhaul to get back in the game with anyone under 75.

A negative one star would have been given if the option was there. This place is a disaster! Starting out with water that smelled like a sewer. I told the waitress about it and she brought me a bottle of water (and charged me $2.50 on top of that). Then we ordered our main dishes. One of us had veal parm. They brought two small medallions that were so hard I wasn't sure if we should go out and play Frisbee or what? The side of pasta was like a piece of rubber. I mean, al dente is nice, but this goes way beyond that, actually like dura! One of our party had ravioli and it was like a big brick of cheese. Yuck! The soup was bland. And the house salad was a big bowl of lettuce with a whopping one tomato. The garlic rolls? Well, we were asked if we wanted plain or garlic and ordered garlic. Did you get them? We sure didn't. The waitress was a sourface -- when will these servers get it? That unless you treat us right, we will not tip you well. But treat us right and we both benefit. I also didn't appreciate the loud banter that the staff continued throughout our meal. It was hard to carry on our own conversation having to listen to their drivel. Naturally, we will NEVER be back.

The food is not bad, but unfortunately the service is terrible. I've been at this place three times with my kids, still no one recognizes us.

Ordered a pizza and thought it was great. Nonnas special had a lot of flavor built into the sauce. Crispy crust. Also had the Mexican wedding soup which was good. Can't speak for the other food. Service was fine but wasn't expecting fine dining.

What a disappointment. This place used to be great for delivery and take out. The antipasto salad had very low quality cold cuts, certainly not Boars Head or Thuman's. High fat and salt, low flavor. The veal parmigiana sandwich, (which also had low quality flavorless cheese) was delivered in a round aluminum tray. The sandwich was open and all the cheese and sauce ran off into the tray. Wrap your sandwiches in aluminum foil. They will stay hot and not lose the cheese and sauce. Quality is a key ingredient in great food. Sadly, this was not the case with my last experience.

Portions are small when compared to the other Rotelli's at Mission Bay (SR7/US 441). There was nothing to the Talapia Francese, or the pasta for that matter? How much does spaghetti cost? I paid a whopping $17.99 for this entree. Can they at least be generous with the pasta? Next time, I am not going to show them my $10 off $35 coupon, prior to eating. Was that the reason why my food was practically non-existent? I realize that you play portion games with the Early Bird Special, but I should not be penalized for spending over $35 (including a whopping $2.70 for soda) by receiving bupkess! Only plus to Rotelli's: food is always tasty. As long as they forgo the ricotti that is. Who puts ricotta cheese in shrimp parmagian, or any parmagian dish for that matter?

Service was very slow for delivery. Originally it was 40 mins but it took 1 1/2 hours and the pizza arrived cold. Once I heated it back up it was a very good pizza. I will try one more time since everyone has a bad night Pizza over all was very good!

My wife recently ordered check #774090-1 from Rotelli Central Boca, Clint Moore and Jog location. She had the order delivered and the Chicken Al Fresco Sandwich was delivered without the chicken. We called back and they gave us a credit on our next order. Today we tried to get that credited sandwich and more food. She called in and the manager on duty Pinio told us to call the Atlantic and Jog location, because they are closer and if they give us trouble for the credited sandwich to call Pinio's Boca store for help. We called and the Atlantic store wouldnt grant the credited sandwich. So we called back and were welcomed terribly. He said we are too far away (3.2 miles) and we need to pick up the order. We have a new born baby at home and I was at work, my wife was not comfortable driving yet, so we could not pick up the order. We asked if he could possibly excuse this one circumstance since we could no pick it up, they delivered to our house before and were calling because the previous order was messed up. He yelled back and said that he wasnt making excuses. I tried to explain again that I was simply asking if he can excuse this one delivery to us and he again yelled back that he wasnt making excuses. He then said very firm that he wasnt playing these games. So we couldnt get our order and we definitely werent comfortable ordering from Pinio anymore

For $7.00 you can't even come close to there lunch. A salad half a sandwich and a slice of pizza. It's like eating a 3 course meal. The house dressing is crazy good

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
