The food is always fresh and delicious! Great customer service! Plus the owners son is super hot! Don't order from anywhere else! Plus they have awesome sushi now!

Been ordering for years from this place. Started out really good. Then became inconsistent. Now consistently bad. Ordered two dishes and some wonton soup the other night. The soup was the only edible dish. The other dishes were tasted and dumped in the garbage. Horrible. No excuse for such poor quality. Called and complained. Instead of offering a refund they said they would give me $10 off my next order. Guess what - I am never ordering again. Keep the 10 bucks.

He food was very good. The ingredients tasted very fresh. There aren't very many Chinese take out type places around Boca Raton, but Hong Kong Palace was very good. I'd recommend anyone trying to find a new Chinese place to try this one.

I am writing this for my girlfriend who is visiting me. So of course I suggested we go to my local Chinese spot. A spot I have gone to for a few years. But tonight was not an ordinary night. A busy night, they say the order will take an hour... Ok Hour fifteen minutes later it arrives (okay that's fine little late the food was hot) Open up each entree we ordered an neither taste anything like my previous orders. No Spice or flavor clearly made incorrectly. When I call to simply say I have an issue with the order, first time ever mind you, and am not happy. They put me on hold and hung up. I call back The new manager? I'm guessing takes the phone and basically says no one else has complained tonight, too bad we are not going to do anything for you. And essentially called me a liar that the food was perfect and we were wrong. Worst customer service experience ever and my last one here. I'm guessing this place will be on the way out treating loyal customers like this.... Thanks for a Hong Kong Flop of a meal

Been a customer of this resturant for quite some time. Decent food, and close to my home. I like their chicken sticks and sweet and sour pork. Fried rice winky to shabby either. If you like Mongolian beef though, get it elsewhere. I have never ordered it before in the 3 years I've been a customer and I am disappointed in what was given to me. It more like Mongolian onions with 7-10 pieces of beef. And I love onion, but this is not want I ordered. The dish is seriously 15% beef. Just a heads up!

Not worth the money. I ordered delivery and they forgot the duck sauce. The roast pork came in a disgusting sesame sauce as did the beef sticks. The sweat and sour chicken was like mush. I brought the food back and was only offered a small partial refund.

Seriously won't sell me rice because it's under your credit card minimum, which by the way is a violation to the card acceptance agreement with visa... Really ganna bust my chops over $.20? Won't be ordering here any time soon.

I just started getting carry out, (thanks to Yelp), from Hong Kong Palace. So far I really like the food. This place is just for carry out or delivery. The food was nicely packed in a reusable plastic container with a snap on lid. I didn't have to worry about food leaking out and it's great for storing leftovers. My Mom's favorite Chinese food is chicken chow mein. She was happy with her order and she had enough for two meals. My friend ordered pepper steak with onions, and said it was very tender and delicious. I enjoyed my lo mein. The soups were good. I had egg drop and Mom had wonton. Their prices are reasonable.

Had the honey garlic chicken and fried rice and it was disgusting. Chicken was hard and the batter on the outside was all falling apart. It was just not appetizing at all. I called to get my money back and the man in the phone tried to refuse to give me a refund. He said they only did exchanges... What kind of service is that? Bottom line this place was not somewhere I recommend.

When I order takeout, I order here. I'm never disappointed with what I get. The general tso chicken, shrimp lo mein, house fried rice, are to absolutely die for. Well not literally but it is pretty good for a Chinese take out. Never had a single complaint. Will always order here when I get the chance to. :)

My friend lives nearby & we were craving take out. She usually orders here & I wanted to give it a go. Ordered Shrimp with Snowpeas, Veg Egg Foo Young, Gen Tso Chicken and some combination plates. (We also got a free crab Rangoon because our order was over $30 !!) The combination s come with chicken fried rice or white rice, we mostly got chicken fried rice. And the fried rice was surprisingly good, usually when I order take out from other places, the combination rice is hard and dry, but it was soft and flavorful this time! The shrimp in the shrimp with Snowpeas was "crunchy" like its fresh and it was pink! Some places makes the shrimp look "dark" and overlooked. The egg foo young was pretty good, if you're a huge fan of fried stuff then I recommend that dish. Gen Tso was delicious. Delivery took about 35 minutes, which was awesome since we ordered on a Friday! Will order here every time I want some take out :)

We ordered dinner for delivery last week. Person on the phone repeated the order, everything looked good. Arrived within 40 minutes and we started on the crab Rangoon and egg rolls. We then opened our General Tao's chicken and was met with what looked like some sort of stir fry chicken and vegetables. We called and asked them to bring out the correct dish. They said they would. But then 20 minutes later we get the inquisition phone call. What exactly did the dish look like? What did the chicken look like? Was it breaded? Did you eat or touch any of it? OMG! were they going to reheat it and give it to someone else?!? No, but they couldn't replace the incorrect dish if we had eaten any of it. Yes, God forbid we ate food while we were hungry. But luckily it had just been sitting on the counter like an uninvited guest so we still had the chance to get what we ordered! Forty minutes after that call and an inspection of the uninvited dish, we finally received our General Tso's chicken. Which by the way was not spicy like it stated on the menu. Never again.

Consistently good, reliable, Chinese take-out or delivery convienently located in Boca Raton. Fast, friendly service and the guy from Tokyo Drift manning the phones always gets your order right. Just ask and they will even throw in a few spring rolls for you. Plus the high speed industrial fan keeps you cool in the rare instance you have wait a few extra minutes. Awesome!

We ate here again the other night. We got the general tso's chicken and it was solid so I'd say on average they're a 3 out of 5.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese joint on the planet. I don' have enough negative words in my vocabulary to describe how awful the food here really is. Funky smell, looked like 3 day old Chinese food re-heated in the microwave. in summery, just stay as fare from this disaster of a place called HONG KONG PALACE.

Awful! My mongolian beef was gross I couldn't finish it and I'm not a picky eater at all. I also ordered a side of fried rice and received uncooked yellow rice. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We ordered food from this place today at work, and it was pretty satisfying. I ordered the kung pao chicken lunch combo, which came with a soup, and it was only around 6 bucks! My container was stuffed to the max, and I had enough left over to bring home with me as another meal. My coworker ordered the sesame chicken, which also looked appetizing and plentiful. Delivery was fast, which is also a plus, and the delivery guy wasn't bad to look at either! ;)

Solid take out. Good sized portions. Friendly and accurate service. Free wonton soup or 2 egg rolls if you spend $15 in cash.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
