Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I eat here often for lunch but today one of the employees was wearing "pants on the ground" while prepping food in the kitchen with his back to the order line showing his solid blue undies - really dude??? And the manager appeared ok with it after walking by him. I emailed corporate to get their response. Also, I visited once for dinner - very different restaurant. While lunch time appears to have the A team working the line notwithstanding prison-yard Mr. Pants on the Ground, at night it's the C team: dirty, unclean tables, no tabasco bottles, no lemons, overflowing trash cans, etc. Update: Corporate responded to my email complaint within 2 hours, impressive. The customer service consultant said that the dress code would be reviewed with the team and the "team leader" and "team director" would be advised. Bottomline - I will continue to eat there for lunch - they just gotta zip it up!

Was a fan years ago, for a quick decent Mexican burrito fix...but the last couple visits were disappointing - used to have sharp, clean, great staff when they first opened years ago, but seems to have gone downhill. Also, the steak used to be way better (they stopped using the better quality steak a couple? years back because they said they couldn't get it any more?)? Chewy and cheap tasting 'steak' now Now they're just typical 'fast food'...the McDonalds of Mexican. We don't go much after the last couple visits.

One of my favorite locations! Best way to avoid the crazy line: order online and pick up!!!! It literally takes one minute to order online (I sound like a sleazy sales ad). You can customize the entire order and you have the option of paying online or in person. Just make sure you click the right store location pick up. So, I always order the vegetable rice bowl. You can get the guacamole for free since it's a vegetable bowl. It's super fulfilling and portions are huge. The people who complain about not getting enough meat or rice etc, try the smiling method, the workers fill up the rice bowl to the max. I honestly always give half the rice bowl to the hubs. I love the fact Chipotle has lemons near the drink section. I love putting a bit of a lemon flavor on the rice bowl. So refreshing so good, can never stop eating rice bowls! They have fountain drinks as well as bottled drinks which is great variety for everyone. If you have never been to a Chipotle go to this location and try this casual chain of a restaurant out!

I love chipotle, and this one was usually my go to chipotle when I lived in south florida. Like most chipotles I have been to, they sell beer and have outdoor seating. But this chipotle is busy most of the time ....sometimes so busy that the line reaches the doors!! Whenever this happened I just learned to head over to the glades location which was faster. from this location was the first time I ever tasted my glorious Sofritas !! Yum

This is a great place for a quick lunch or dinner fix. The food is always super fresh and the place is clean. My only issues are the small parking lot can get crowded and the music inside is very loud. I am also not a huge fan of the minimalistic industrial look of the chairs and tables, but that is a design feature, not a food feature. I really like to balance the very spicy shredded meat with the much milder pork in orders.

I love Chipotle. In fact I could have it everyday. But lately, especially at this location, the portions are really small. I watched the server spoon like a small tablespoon of beef onto each taco, then shake about 8 kernels of corn. I paid extra for a bag of chips. Used to be the bag was full. This time it was 1/3 full. Curious if this is just this particular location or if corporately they are instructing the staff to cut back the portions. I am going to avoid this location and go to Glades to check out my theory. Update - went again last week. Even smaller portions! Wow! Do they think it is not noticeable!?

I go to Chipotle as much as I can! I love having their salad and I never feel like I am having fast food.

I am a pretty big fan of Chipotle. I love the fresh ingredients, the fact that I can get in and out within 15min, and the prices are pretty reasonable as well. I can get a fresh salad, with brown rice, a protein and tons of veggies for less than some drive thru meals ($7). I love the corn salsa, the spicy salsa and I am in love with their salad dressing. I am not sure what the flavor is but it has a unique taste that I really like. The guacamole is really good as well. This particular location is usually pretty busy. Between the surrounding offices and FAU/Lynn/PBC, it can get pretty crowded around 12-12:30. If you get there before noon or after 1pm on any day you are safe otherwise expect to wait around 20 min. The line moves really fast so its worth the wait. The staff is hit or miss. They are never rude but some could smile a little more.

The Burrito Bowl is always superbly created, just the way you like it. Service is fast and friendly. What more could you ask for? I come here often and I am never disappointed.

Love chipotle...the staff is very nice...but high turnover so the newbies don't always wrap the burritos as well...but the food is excellent and healthy...the salsa is amazing...we come at least twice a month!

Food was so so... super quick. Ordered chips & salsa on the side..chips were stale (leftover from the other day?) Told the cashier, she gave me another bag...same thing. Finally was going to return the second bag for my $ back, but when I went up different worker (manager?) handed me a bag from the "top shelf" (the chips are stored on two shelves behind the register...the "top shelf" must be the chips not as old). Figured, oh well, I'll try them. Well, went back to my table, tried them with my friends & although not as stale as the "bottom shelf" chips, still stale. Won't be going back here. Like to spend my $ on fresh food.

Ehhhh. What do you get when you mix McDonald's and Mexican? This place ! I suppose if we lived in Ames iowa or someplace like that, this would be more exciting and perhaps get bumped up to 3 stars...but really, we don't and there are lots of non-big brother run places to get a good meal. Nothing "wrong" with this place but it just fails to deliver anything worth writing another word over...so there i stop !

new location closer to mamas. burrito bowl barbacoa. delicious! its a lil confusing when you walk in for the first time as to which side of the counter to order from but its common sense once you look at the order of ingredients. people were very friendly and quick.

It was excellent as most Chipotle's we have visited. The music was way too loud however.
