Chick-Fil-A isn't just the king of fast food, they are the king of food. This location is located at the very back of the food court, which is smart because you have to walk by all the other temptations of the samples of others, but none compare. Come at the wrong time, and expect to wait in line a very, very long time. Even then, they do their service pretty quickly and get out their food fast. Food quality is the same as any other Chick-Fil-A, great. I could just go down a checklist and say pretty much everything about Chick-Fil-A is fantastic, but I'll spare you. Their biggest negative by far is the price, it's just much higher than at most other fast food locations, and it seems to only be going up. Even charging extra for lemonade, not a good sign. Having said that, this is a issue facing all Chick-Fil-A's and not just this location. Except the price, Chick-Fil-A, as normally, is simply the best. I'm a fan of Chick-Fil-A primarily for the quality of the food they produce. The chicken really does taste like chicken... (go figure!)... As for service, placed my order.. paid my fare and uh, waited for a few minutes for my entree... and yes they do call it an entree... I had the spicy chicken sandwich and asked for tomatoes... Didn't realized they charged .15 cents for a tomato slice but I guess... The sandwich was delicious.. definitely has some kick to it for a spicy fast food sandwich! I had the lemonade also pretty good. It tastes different: real lemons perhaps, yo no se... I'll shall return.

First time at Chic-Fil-A since they don't have them where I'm from. The line was really long, but they moved it very, very fast. Wow. The gal recommended the classic chicken sandwich. I got one. I was shuffled through so fast that I couldn't ask for hot sauce or anything... The chicken itself was really good, but they had made it really soggy somehow. The bun was awful and ruined the flavor of the whole thing. The actual chicken was the good part. It was a big piece and next time I'll try one not in a sandwich.

They have the best chicken nuggets. Original or grilled - either way you can't go wrong. Don't be intimidated by the long line. They move it quickly. I like the updated look of the food court. It's not too noisy and you can sit comfortably to eat.

Fast food restaurant and in the mall, yes. But this is one of the best fast food restaurants of its kind in the South because the lines are always so long and the food is always fresh, made from scratch, and hot to order. Now, this location's menu selections are entirely different from other CFA locations. Having said that, they don't have the chicken wraps that I usually order, but I had their new Grilled Chicken Garden Salad that had fresh blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers and a side (in a bag) of honey roasted nuts. It was so fresh and very refreshing! I also had the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing to go with it, and it was creamy and interesting. My husband didn't care for the dressing as much as he would for his favorite Raspberry Vinaigrette. I would definitely order this kind of salad again.

We absolutely love chick fil a, but since the owners changed so did the employees. These employees don't treat the customers nice. They are not friendly! They look miserable! They are slow! And the fries have been over cooked! They say "plesure" instead of "my pleasure ". The counters are filthy! And they don't give out coupons when they take forever long like every chick fil a does. We come here at least once a week and I may stop due to the unpleasant staff. Maybe they need more training. Or maybe the new owner needs to show his presence more often like the last owner. they should hire the old staff back because they made this cfa happy and pleasant to dine at.

This is a great chic-fil-a, they are limited by the mall but all around great. They do have a little bit of a limited menu missing out on some of the items that a stand alone store would have. I always find it funny to see a giant line at chic-fil-a while the surrounding eateries are empty. But even with giant lines, the get you served quickly and with the nicest people.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and this was probably my second time eating chick fil a the first time was over 4 yrs ago Nd I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was! Simply put - the chicken sandwiches are outstanding. I order mine without the pickles and add a dash of mayo with an order of waffle fries. Top secret - order a regular soda and they will refill it for you for free (nice bonus during shopping at Boca Town Center Mall).
