I generally don't write too many chain fast food reviews, but I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised after skipping Boston Markets for a year or two. They have upped their game with real plates and servers who bring the food over to the table. They have also come up with a few sides that aren't as unhealthy. Getting rid of the plastic trays and sporks was huge. They also keep the place really clean at this location, which is a huge plus in the fast food game, and their service staff was pleasant and helpful, not just hash slingers.

I have been a customer for years. I really liked the transition a couple of years back to table service. Always a helpful employee and consistent food. You can't beat the price especially with the mid week coupon for the weekend two for one. Great place!

Soooooooo salty. Soooooooo fatty. Not nearly as good as some say. It's fast food chicken - and good in a pinch for a take out meal. We got a 1/2 chicken meal and 1 chicken pot pie for 4 people and that was plenty. Soda come in one size - VAT, Humungous. No wonder America is obese. Stick to the chicken or turkey and green beans - go easy on the mac & cheese and other fat-laden carb choices. (And cornbread - so bad for you!) Very inexpensive. Best to take it out. Eating there is like eating at any other fast food joint.

My mom goes there for their rotisserie chicken. My friend orders their turkey or meat loaf. I go there for the delicious side dishes and vegetables. I love their mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole, green beans, heck, I love all of their vegetables. Add to that corn bread and I'm happy. I can either eat in the restaurant or take my order home. The people that work there are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

Very friendly Manager greeted me and then his staff escorted me and food to a table. I felt very welcomed and food was delicious!

I have dined here probably 100 times as it is one of my favorite lunch spots. The newly redesigned restaurant, menu, and service is fantastic. I really like the rotisserie chicken here and it is probably my favorite of any restaurants. The meat loaf and pot pies are also very good.

just reopened after being closed for a long time for renovations. Now you pay when you place your order. Wait to get to the one cashier was too long during the luch hour. There are 2 registers but only one open. Waited at least 10 minutes to place an order. Chicken salad sandwich was ok. To improve need less bread and mayo and more chicken.Other diner's half sandwich and salad looked like a better option. Said the salad was delicious and the brisket tasty.

We ate here for a late lunch on a road trip after finding Einstein Bagels next door closed at 3pm on New Year's Day! It was 3:15! Anyway, none of us had eaten at a Boston Market before and we were very pleasantly surprised. The prices were well set for the food and it was certainly fast and hot. Service was okay, but we will definitely be eating at Boston Market again!
