Dance 10, Looks 3. Yea I did a chorus line reference. A honey hole in the wall. In the front portion of a mid century travel lodge, this place is easy to miss when driving down 301. In fact I've driven by it for 5 years without knowing it was there. But thanks to other Yelpies I hunted it down, determined to get my grub on. Upon entering you see a small, basic Diner not much to look at but the smell of bacon has a way of making everything pretty. I will mention this, they have a wall with flyers and ads for all of the local Belleview small businesses which is a big thumbs up. The service was excellent as I was wanting for nothing. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, the pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries. We did a table share so we could try a bit of everything. They are known for their biscuits and gravy and there is a good reason for it. I they were a delicious piece of heaven. Everything was yum yum but I have to give a special shout out to the scrambled eggs. Yes, I said scrambled eggs. Normally not the star of the plate these were a standout. I ate every last bite and had to spend the rest of the day in my fat girl sweat pants!

I was up here on business working on a commercial the a documentary the next day. Stayed in a cheap hotel. I asked where is the best breakfast? Everyone said, Mary's Place. Boy are the right! All locals

Nice place with good breakfast fair and good service. Pancakes are large and fluffy, eggs, smoked sausage and home fries very good. The only problem was the smell coming from the restrooms, which for me, made for a not so enjoyable experience. I would try again but if the air was similar would just go someplace else.

They have the best biscuits and gravy of ever had but you have to get it with two medium eggs overtop!! You have to get there early they only make one pot of gravy if you get here at 8 o'clock there might not be any left its that good!!!!

Mary's is a quaint little breakfast/lunch joint where everybody knows everyone in town, and the southern hospitality is alive and well. Dining here is like being a guest in someone's home. I never saw the bottom of my coffee mug and anything asked for was delivered promptly. Breakfast hit the spot! The biscuits and gravy half order at $3.50 was a couple of fresh homemade biscuits lavishly covered with a scrumptious sausage gravy and in generous portions! The hash browns, eggs and sausage links were equally yummy minus the grease. Next time I'm in town, I'm inclined to wake up to Mary's again!
