I love Boston market because it has healthier alternatives and it's delicious. I always get the turkey breast bowl with veggies and besides that being delicious, the service is always outstanding. My server today was Tiondra and she was very welcoming and courteous. The manager was also there and she was refreshing and wondeful too! I love the environment and will always recommend this place.

I am a fan of Boston Market. I always get the same thing, 3-piece dark, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Their cornbread is so good too! There is never a long wait, and someone always acknowledges you when you walk in. They are great in my book! And in a good location. After a shopping trip at whole foods or target, you can stop and get some fast food that's not quite fast food. Parking is kind of weird, but always in supply.

Even the fast food joints are swankier in Aventura. The best Boston Market I have ever been to. I called ahead with my order. It was ready quickly, the staff was friendly, and the food was good, as always. The location seems cleaner too. Think I see a lot more Boston Market in my lunch future from now on.

I do so love Boston Market as a rule, despite the slightly pudgy feeling I experience after stuffing my face there. This particular Boston Market has a serious personel problem. Somebody needs an attitude check. I had a mini nightmare experience here a while ago involving three circus clowns, a donkey.....no wait that was somewhere else. Truly, The employees here seem to have their heads firmly planted....ahem.... Disinterest, accidental overcharging due to a complete lack of skill using a cash register, missing sandwich, return to fetch the sandwich, forgetting i'm standing here WAITING FOR THE SANDWICH please, "oh, you wanted the dipping sauce is says on the menu comes with the sandwich?" go figure........... The sandwich, once it was actually aquired, was delicious, thus the two stars. maybe I just came on a hangover day. It was sunday.

As an update to my review regarding stressful militant-style managing going on at this location - It seems they have DEFINITELY made some customer service changes. Everyone is incredibly pleasant, you're greeted, offered samples - definitely a better experience than before.

I LOVE BOSTON MARKET. Play your cards right and it's the best value out there. I always order the Kids Turkey meal (With 2 sides and a drink for $4.39!) I eat, I'm happy, I leave, no tip, no wait, no problem! The food isn't top notch, but it's damn good for what you pay for. Cornbread is always a disappointment though. Too cold!
