This is by far the best take-out Chinese food I've ever had. We order from here at least once a week. We usually only have to order one meal, because there's always enough to share between the two of us (even the lunch meals). I highly recommend their hot and sour soup, it is simply fantastic, not to mention their eggrolls are really good too. Don't be discouraged by how the outside looks, just like I was at first. We will absolutely be going back.

Chinese + Drive through = GENIUS! The prices are reasonably low as well; they don't deliver on base though :( Although the shrimp lo mien I ordered wasn't especially flavorful, the service was fast/friendly, I'll give it a chance at redemption by trying out a couple of other items; meanwhile, the drive through service has me mesmerized :)

I give high stars for the food being consistently good for over 20+ years. I have gotten take out from here when my kids where babies and my daughter went in high school too . It's not fancyand I'm pretty sure the same owners have been here all these years. Ive always enjoyed the fried rice they make. I'm glad they are still going strong after all these years!

I know someone who worked here (one of my kids friends) who told me that when they drop egg rolls or chicken on the floor they pick it up and serve it to customers. Because of that I've never eaten there.

This place almost looks like it is out of business it is not clean or decent looking from the outside but what came out of the drive through window (Singapore Mi Fun) was delicious the egg roll tasted frozen, I would come back and or order from here again.

On a lazy Saturday night, I decided to order Choi's Chinese Food because I wanted something that would deliver. I chose Choi's instead of another local choice because of the seemingly easy online ordering system. However, once we got to placing our order, we realized you needed to create an account and provide your email address (pain!), so called instead. Our dinner arrived at our door a little less than an hour later. It was an incorrect order (sweet and sour chicken instead of pork). While the dinner was fairly priced, I was disappointed in the flavor. I ordered an unhealthy orange chicken dish, expecting the calories to be worth it with the fried chicken and sauce. However, the breading was too think and the sauce very flavorless. Same complaint on the breading for the sweet and sour chicken that my boyfriend ordered. The egg rolls were traditional and good as far as egg rolls go. Will definitely not be going back! Too many take out Chinese places to try this one again.

Choi's Chinese is to Drive Thru Chinese as Chick-Fillet is to Chicken. A Staple!! This is a little place tucked under the overpass on Mayport Road, which makes it difficult to get to but worth the turn around. They don't have indoor seating, this is take out and delivery only. The Pu Pu Tray for $5.95 is great and gives you a taste of everything. I really like the Low Mein Noodles as well. I have one daughter that only gets the Chicken on a stick and for $3.95 for 4 of them, I let her! The Chef Specials are plentiful and cheap. The most expensive one is the Seafood Delight at $10.95. I can almost feed our family here for the same price as McDonalds!

In town from Tallahassee, which has not good Chinese food and this was excellent. I had small wonton soup and small pork fried rice. Both servings were high and the rice is enough to at least 2 people. Both are on par with the best soup and rice I have had anywhere. Can't wait to come back and try other items. Value for the $$ was great.

Super delicious and fairly priced. I mean, what else can you ask from a Chinese food place? Oh, I know...how about they deliver! Boo-ya! Its drive-thru too. Double Boo-ya! It seriously is the only place I go for my orange chicken and I had to eat a lot of other places dried, gross rice before I found this place so...you're welcome.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
