Not sure what has happened over the years to this DD. When it first opened it could do no wrong. Fresh donuts, hot coffee and great staff. Today however- yikes! Look- you're a donut shop. You do donuts. It's in the name. How can you possibly be offering only 2 types (plain old fashion cake of course as no matter what time of day these are a reliable leftover that can be used as doorstops or hell even use as a replacement if your horse throws a shoe) of donuts on a Saturday mid morning because you are out and you didn't get enough "shipped in". This has happened at least three times to me. Please change your location name to " dunkin might have donuts" or "dunkin nothing". Also how do you not have bagged coffee when you are advertising it?? To make it hurt worse when the kid at the counter asked his manager if they had any coffee in the back she said "no" while looking at me as if I asked her for a ride to prison. Terrible. They need a gut check here as I am running out of patience with this location.

I had the worst experience at this location. I pulled up at the drive thru and the 1st thing the woman says to me is "What drink are you getting?". I asked her to give me a moment being that I never really visited alone. 2 seconds later the woman repeats herself. I explained I never been there b4 so I need a moment and the woman tells me " you may need to come inside then!" in a rude, frustrating way. So I asked how was her day bc I didn't appreciate the way and tone she was talking to me. She ignored me. I had to repeat my order to her several times, then in which I hear them giggle in the background. I proceed to the window. The woman sat there with her hand out of the window looking like she had a mouth full of lemons. I told her I would be happy to give her the $ if I knew a total (which she never told me).she points to this little screen below the window (I drive a suburban which sat higher than the device) and basically schooled me on how-to-look-at-the-device-for-my-total. I was very upset about the whole situation by then, and just drove off. Ended up at McDonald's. I will NEVER go back there. And I'm always hearing that the never have what's on their menu. What's a freaking banana split w/o the bananas? Smh!

ALWAYS such a pleasant atmosphere here at Apopka location. The staff is friendly, professional, and they all seem to work well together. They are a great part of my morning about 2 or 3 times a week!

I stopped in here the other day and my mood was foul. I had driven all over town looking for Sod for my lawn and every place I had called apparently lied to me. I stopped for coffee and doughnuts for my fiance. I can honestly say I left in a MUCH better mood than when I arrived. Not only was the staff more than polite and helpful, (I happen to ONLY like cake doughnuts and Tom really likes Boston Creme), the girl helping me was able to help me pick out two for myself (both of which I enjoyed) and snagged the last 4 Boston Creme for Tom. My coffee was perfect. The other thing that I noticed was that the other customers in the establishment were pleasant as well. The gentleman in line in front of me smiled and made small talk as he waited for his order and a Mother held the door for ME as I was leaving with my arms full of coffee and doughnuts. I think that when the staff is friendly and helpful, it rubs off on the people enjoying the establishment. By the time I got home I wasn't even upset about wasting gas and time in a fruitless search for sod. Way to go Dunkin'.

Mmmmmm. Doughnuts. I am a man. Therefore, I like doughnuts, even when they are spelled "Donuts." You see, doughnuts are to men what cupcakes are to women, but we get away with making them seem like a legitimate breakfast food. This busy location has a good selection, shares space with a mostly desolate Baskin-Robbins, and makes a consistently decent cup of drip coffee. It is no Tim Horton's (shout out to my Canadian friends, where maple doughnuts and round bacon are what mothers use to wean their young), but it is an awfully good Dunkin and the only doughnut shop in town. In other words, if you are a man in Apopka, there is a good chance we've seen each other there. Service at the drive-thru window can be spotty at times, so savor the selection by lining up inside where you can stare at the doughnut case indecisively with the rest of us, your brothers in morning hunger.

Never had a problem here, the drive thru works quickly, the coffee is great, and the donuts are fresh every time I get them. I visit here at least once a week and have a good experience every time.
