This place is sooooooo hit or miss. I eat here more then I care to tell you because my son loves it. I will give them 5 stars d\for two things chips and salsa (they have the best chips) and honey chipotle chicken crispers. Everything else just kind of sucks. This is supposed to be southwest food but their southwest stuff is pretty gross. Don;t go on a weekend night it is even worse they served my husband raw fish and gave me a well done steak instead of a medium rare and it took 45 min to get last Friday we tried to eat there.

I don't understand why people would choose to eat here. Maybe its the cheap food? We came here for a quick bite because we had a gift card. We were seated in a corner that smelled like urine. The service was slow and disinterested and the food mediocre at best. Many of the dishes are served spicy- maybe to hide the otherwise blandness of the low quality food? Well, I'm not a fan of spicy food which generally leaves me with few options. This latest round I had the fajitas which I figured would be a safe bet. They were absolutely ordinary with far too little tortillas. I really wish Apopka could get some decent non-chain restaurants so people wouldn't be subjected to the likes of Chili's!

I am generally not a fan of chain restaurants, but am visiting in Florida and this was the suggested place for lunch. The experience felt like a temperature chart for a rating, as some things rang a +1 and then followed by a -1. Menu seemed extensive, with some nice variety lunches on the back (but no seafood, my fav). The four of us ordered lunches, I was +1 on their willingness to substitute ingredients on my burger, I find too many chains cringe on this (lettuce, tomato instead of grilled onions). Another order was made with one request made... Please no avocado. Important enough that "please no avocado" was said again at end of order. First course (soup/salad) brought. Salad, soup, salad, chili. Chili for my 80 year old mother. She immediately asked for crackers for chili. Ten minutes later, we were all staring at our food, not polite to eat while 80 year old mother was waiting. And strangely enough, not a server to be seen! I finally walked toward the kitchen and flagged someone for crackers. Ok, food is tasty, and meal arrives. My substitution is fine. But, of course, you've guessed the other meal had avocados. They were polite enough to take it back, but you could just tell they were going to dig out the avocados and bring it back. But, when we asked, please a new salad, they complied, and did comp that meal. Again, the food, for what it is, was fine. Also, the apologies seemed sincere. So in the end, the -1s and the +1s were about equal, so everything was Aok, I.e three stars.

It's your standard Chili's Grill & Bar. For a chain they have pretty good deals, and their "famous" ribs aren't that bad.

This location is one of the worst chilis I have been to. The water even tastes funky. No towels in rest room smells like a grease trap and the fajitas came to table with the chicken still FROZEN. The waitress tried to humor us their her embarrassing ordeal but she was the only decent part of the experience.

Just ate here. Very disappointed with the service, lack of cleanliness, and quality of the food. We came on a Wednesday at 7:00pm. Neither the bar nor the dining room were full but it still took over an hour to get our food. It was lukewarm. Very disappointed and will not return.

After years of eating crappy food in my youth my stomach has finally gotten my deaf brain to listen to the complaints that the substance being eaten from Chili's food chain isn't any better than the poop it later converts to twenty four hours later. The pizza my daughter ordered was frozen and then heated in the oven because the top of the dough was partially cold and raw. The quesadilla explosion I ordered had chicken still frozen in the center. My wife's fish dish was the only thing heated correctly even if it was too spicy. The lemonades were flavored corn syrup mixed in water. Yech! I guess that is the thing I just realized today, twenty years later, nothing at Chili's is actually cooked. It is all pre or partially cooked then frozen only to be warmed up or fried later. Is that really cooking? No and this is why there are 34.9% obese people in the USA. No, Chili's is not to blame for obesity, we the consumer should be smarter. We shouldn't be eating this stuff. As I sat waiting for my "replacement meal" I wondered if the "cook" would get my order correct. I had ordered something which I thought couldn't be made incorrectly. A bacon cheddar burger which I deliberately ordered cooked medium to avoid any complaints on it being too raw/pink/uncooked. As I took my first bite the amount of bread was overwhelming so I tossed the bun aside to make a burger salad but the amount of mayo on the bottom prevented me from using any lettuce. I then cut in to the middle and while I shouldn't be completely shocked, the meat was definitely on the rare side. The only reason we came here was because of a gift card which had sitting for a year waiting to be used. I think next time the best thing to do is re-gift the card or throw it away so I don't need two Pepcid-Complete to calm my stomach. On a closing note. Nothing at this Chili's was good enough to make me want to visit again. I believe in an extreme situation I might eat at a Chili's again, but not this one. The table was dirty when we sat down and not thoroughly wiped. The service was slow and when we finished the waiter came to our table and never took the empty plates away. They never asked about refills and disappeared for long periods of time also. The only bonus was the manager who personally came out to apologize for the mistake. Make sure you check the "auto gratuity suggestion" at the bottom of the receipts! Don't take them for granted! It was a good thing we did check. Each of the %'s were off by $2.00. I checked and rechecked the tip amount based on the total bill and their computations were incorrect.

Okay food and service. We have been coming here forever but nothing has really changed. The chilis near downtown Apopka is soooo much better.

The menu was full of new items, and they keep changing it up. The food was pretty good and I liked the new flatbreads! . I would rate it a solid "3" for the food, but the service was just that bad. It was not rush hour, about 4pm on a Sunday, it was slow. The waitress took forever to serve us, and to take the check, and to bring us water & refills. Others had to jump in to help. Perhaps she was overloaded or new... she also seemed confused on how to comp my birthday dessert. Food - 3. Service - 1.5

If you love watered down drinks, poor service and kids screaming all through dinner, then this is the place for you.

I am severely disappointed again by this location...The service is usually slow so I expect that at this point and if you ever order to-go ALWAYS check your food they have gotten it wrong so many times it is why my co-workers and I choose to eat in rather than let items get cold waiting for a fix. I will say that when they do mess up they apologize and do their best to make it right. But after so many times with one group of people getting it wrong it really shows a lack of proper management. To continue the note of poor management will return to my most recent experience where I had to help another group and I get sat because apparently the hostess was not on for 5 more minutes and no one cared enough to seat us. I had to track a server down to get us all sat. Then the server we had was a mess with a very dirty uniform. The food was good as usual and not fast but not as slow as usual either. The timely issue was when we wanted to pay. The server took our free app coupon and got the bill, changed it and then disappeared to handle her other tables. After 10 minutes of waiting and trying to wave her down I went to the register closest and called her from the line to ask her to pay and split the check 50/50 between our two cards. She then got this done, handed us the new receipts. Upon review we realized the totals were wrong and she had overcharged us both by $4/each. We flagged down a manager (later found out it was the General Manager of the store) who supposedly fixed the issue. Come today I woke up to not one but two cleared charges from them. It is sad that the General Manager of the store has even let us down now. I will say that the business my office does by going there will be drastically reduced and I personally will not go to this location for a while. I had to waste over 30mins on the phone with my bank to correct it. So unless you like spending more than your lunch hour to eat and pay, avoid going here and go to Tijuana Flats off Hunt Club which is always wonderful service and very speedy!

Maybe the best chain restaurant. Two for one drinks keep me comming back. Only the Chili's in FL have two for one. My fav bartender is leaving so my rating might go down a star.

This trip to chilis was kind of funny, we ordered the tropical sunrise margarita and asked to up grade the tequila to patron. She said "she doesn't recommend it because it's 5$ extra". I asked her for chips 3 times. When she dropped the food, she put the wrong entrees in front of us. My friend asked for no onions on her sandwich and received onions. She didn't check back on us after she dropped the food. Then I had to wave her down to get a side of ranch. Luckily I was seated right by a server station, I had to get my own napkins, straw, and boxes. She never asked us if we wanted another drink, or any dessert. She just dropped off the checks. When she went to clean up our plates (that we so nicely stacked at the end of the table for her) she saw that there was a silverware roll-up that was still rolled up. We watched as she put that back in the server station with clean roll-ups. She must have assumed my salty hands from those long awaited chips didn't touch the napkin. She was wrong.
