Well..... I cant imagine what they could do to make this place any better. Sooo I guess 5 stars. As good as it gets, is what it will be rated. Fresh bagels, several choices of cream cheese, a ton of options for other food as well. Clean and quiet inside if you want to stay and eat. Never had a issue with a order or the staff. Dont forget to get a extra bagel or two and feed the ducks that love to hang around this location. They're always there. Guess Ducks love Einstein Bagels too.

Einstein Bagel in Altamonte has been a staple of my life since about I was in high school and having not-so-productive study sessions here. Nowadays, I stop in here at least 2 times a week for a morning fix of everything bagels and coffee before I sit unproductively in front of my desk all day. The manager here has been in place for a long time now and it shows in the ability and consistency of the shop between those high school years and now. Einstein's has always had a friendly staff and likes to get to know their customers. When I walk in now, I'm greeted with a "Hey Mike" before I even place my order. Now that I've gotten the bias out of the way, Einstein really is a quaint little place by the northeast corner of the 434/436 intersection in Altamonte. It's always clean and is a great place just to hang out and read the paper or a book if you've got some free time to drink some coffee. Service is spot on, but can slow down at times in the morning when there are a lot of people, which can overload the staff a bit. Other than that, Einstein is a great little spot where you can either sit down for a while or grab a quick bite on the way to work or for lunch. The bagels are big and flavorful, they'll even toast it twice if you want it. Everything bagels are a must have, as long as you're not going to be talking to anyone for a majority of the day. They're good nonetheless. They have in the neighborhood of 20 different types of bagels which can be used in their full menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I'm a bit myopic with what I get here, but the times I have eaten the sandwiches have been very good. Note on the coffee: Get the Vanilla-Hazelnut. Great balance and flavor against their European Roast which is a bit heavy and tends to taste like syrup the longer it stands.

I absolutely love Einstein bagels! My favorite is the blueberry bagel with honey almond smear. Right now (its Fall) so they have lots of pumpkin items that are great as well! The staff are always fast and friendly. A must try!

....good alternative to Panera Bread/DD, even though I love the other 2 as well. Me and my gf go here about once a month (when she has coupons) and the food is amazing. It gets packed pretty quick so come here around before the lunch/brunch hour. I never been a huge fan of bagels but this place is changing my view.

Inconsistent... And don't go after the early morning I guess! I just went in for iced coffee this afternoon. First there was the ignoring because all 3 were talking to a friend. Then the new guy (who was training the even newer girl) took my order. He realized he didn't know how to make it so he got the manager. She showed him and then told the girl to follow him so he could show her. They asked if I needed room for cream-guess I am making this myself. Then I asked if it was pre-sweetened. He said "I think so" so I asked him to ask. He went and asked the manager. It was not. I then asked if he had liquid sugar. He pointed me to the granules. I repeated the liquid part. he walked me over to...the granules. I'm just about over it at this point so I said "this is SOLID, I need LIQUID". He said "I can dissolve some in water for you" (he was not being snarky, he was totally serious). Long story short, the coffee was not fresh, it was way bitter and old tasting. I couldn't sweeten it enough. The manager told me "there's a Starbucks around the corner". They only receive 2 stars (as opposed to the 1 star from this visit) because I've had good experiences there in the past. I am not a complainer, I promise you, it's hard for me to not like something...but this was just bad.

I'm here every Saturday between 10-11:30. The best bagels and friendliest staff. Matt is awesome at the counter and Cathy is the cutest, cleaning up the tables, etc. you can't go wrong here!

Blah... is the only word that comes to mind in describing Einsteins. This particular store is on the corner of 434 and 436, which is convenient when I am in the area. Parking is U-shaped, make sure to grab the first spot you see as this place gets busy and there is a good chance there won't be space around the other side. Though staff has only been friendly, the most important part... bagels are just ok, coffee is just meh. Usually order a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel when I do visit this store. The eggs are microwaved, bagel usually is over toasted, and I find myself wondering why I stopped in. Nothing overly special about the coffee. Most people frequenting Einstein's most likely already know what they are getting into. Moderately priced breakfast and coffee that is consistently mediocre.

Nice little stand alone bagel restaurant that has excellent tasting breakfast bagels. My only complaint is their prices are very high for a single egg on a toted bagel, but the quality is very good.

My first time here also first time eating a bagel in Florida. I will say they were cheap on my order. I got bacon egg and cheese bagel. They put two thin pieces of bacon which made the sandwich more like an egg and cheese. Bacon, where did you go ?? As for today I give it two bagels down with a frown.

Einstein's hands down deserves five stars because their bagels, shmeers, & French vanilla hazelnut coffee is the best outside of NY!! I tried quite a few different bagels & shmeers but I have to admit the garlic bagel I brought home & toasted with my go-to Breakstone's butter was awesome!! The bagel tastes delicious & is not overly doughy. It's crispy, yet still surprisingly light texture is superb & truly unparalleled to any other bagel found anywhere in Florida. I always go to Einstein's when visiting & will continue to do so.
