Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

10 of us went here for a special occasion and were not let down. I've had sushi many times in the area and this was the best. I love chef-owned places, you can really tell that every plate is done with precision and care. The other asian dishes we got were the fried sweet potato, the steamed buns with hoisin pork belly, and the seaweed salad. All very good. Our tab was around $500 but we felt it was worth it.

Updating my review to include the Omakase they have recently added. Omakase, or "I'll leave it to you" allows you to give the chef the freedom to create a unique meal for you, and is something that all Sushi lovers (or lovers of Japanese cuisine) should try at least once. We met with Hideyuki Okubo, the owner and head chef, and discussed our likes and dislikes, favorite flavors and types of fish, and then picked a date. Also, we picked a budget ahead of time so that he knew what he could create. He will shop the day of your Omakase for freshest fish and seafood, and have everything ready when you arrive. From there, it's 7-9 course of incredible one-after-the-other creations. From fresh Kumamoto oysters, to live crabs flown in from Japan, each course was not only a unique set of flavors, but beautifully presented. Some highlights were: Flying fish prepared 3 ways (sashimi, torched and grilled), Salmon liver mousse with gold shavings on top, Toro sashimi and hand rolls, 2 inch crabs that were fried and eaten whole (very interesting), a seafood soup that was presented in beautiful wine glasses, oysters with an amazing ginger sauce, a custard, a sashimi and nigiri plate and several more courses. While there are a handful of Sushi restaurants in Delaware, there is only one real Sushi chef. Hideyuki Okubo went over the top with selection and presentation, displaying the reason why his restaurant has been so popular for so long. Other restaurants in Delaware offer what they call "Omakase" but all they do is just bring you a few courses of items they already have. Hideyuki Okubo creates a menu that is served for one time only, just for you.

This place is OK..but only just OK. I have eaten here several times and have tried a variety of dishes. Sushi rolls, teriyaki, tofu appetizer, miso soup and some Chinese dishes. All of it was edible but tasteless. I'm not sure how a simple eel and avocado roll or even miso soup can be tasteless but it was. Yes, the waitresses are in kimonos but it gave me more the impression of costumes then traditional dress. I've had sushi in Japan and major US cities and realistically I don't expect the food here to be on that level but I would expect better than I got. I care more about food than decor or atmosphere and luckily there are other nearby places that deliver top quality Japanese food. I will be eating there, not at Takumi. (Also, I have focused on their Japanese dishes as they advertise themselves primarily as a Japanese restaurant...can't say much about their Chinese dishes.)
(2)Katie R.
Definitely one of the best sushi places in Delaware! Great service, creative sushi rolls and their hot dishes are also delicious. The orange blossom roll is one of the best rolls I've had anywhere. It's a nice place to dine in, and has a great atmosphere, but they also get to take out orders very quickly.
(4)Courtney A.
Friends of ours brought us here for dinner the other weekend. Let's take a minute and talk about the decor. Straight out of China, topped off with the traditional outfits worn by the staff. Overall opinion...sushi has something to be desired but the Chinese was good! Unimpressed with the sushi menu and even more unimpressed with the rolls we managed to scrape up and order. The Chinese however, I thought was very good! Big portions and tons of entrees to choose from. Would definitely return for some Chine-ree!

Went here for a birthday lunch with my other half. .We're Los Angeles transplants, a city that host some of the best Asian cuisine in the country, not to mention we're both foodies. We've found since arriving here a year ago that authentic Asian foods have not found their way to the first state and that what is available in this category is sadly lacking. Takumi is a perfect example. They market themselves as "authentic Japanese, but serve a fusion of Asian food styles. Today, we both ordered the #1 Bento Box which comes with teriyaki chicken, shrimp/vegi tempura, salad, white rice, and chef's choice sashimi... I never got to the sashimi. I was put off before even getting to it. The teriyaki chicken tasted strange...almost like turkey..and the sauce was bland. It carried no taste at all and certainly would not be identified as anything resembling teriyaki in a blind taste test. Teriyaki should either be slightly sweet or even spicy, either way it should be flavorful enough to taste. Turning to the tempura for solace I was again disappointed when met with a droopy, soggily coated shrimp without an ounce of taste! It seemed quite amazing to me that a chef could remove "taste" from not one, but 2 food sources. The salad ...everyday iceberg lettuce...I would later find out, swims in bottled Benihana salad dressing. The dressing had taste at least! Feeling like I simply did not want to partake in a meal that I wasn't enjoying and it is my birthday, I explained to the waitress that I was dissatisfied with the quality of the meal, I ask if she would please trade it in for a simple California Roll. Well, apparently removing taste is a habit of Takumi's owner as I was tastelessly told "no" that I could not do that. I was offered to replace the teriyaki chicken with some Chinese dish which I did not ask for, nor want. At this point I am wondering who runs this place...he/she who cares so little about customer service. I ask the waitress to please send the manager out. I gentleman approached the table to inform us that the manager was not there and that I could "talk to me". I ask "and who is me? What is your position here?" Astoundingly, this man replied "the owner". Really? And this is how you present yourself? I should not be surprised since he clearly has little concern for his foods presentation either. I explain my side and ask why I cannot get the California Roll iu ask for in lieu of the meal I dislke. I'm told by the supposed owner of Takumi that no one else today has complained. Please note that there is one..yes one...other party of 3 in the restaurant. So, basically I've been told that my opinion is invalid..but, of course my money is not. There followed more banter without once even a glimpse of an explanation as to why giving me what I want was not an option. Did I need to pay a difference? Did I need to know an ancient Japanese code? Nope, just pissed the owner off that I questioned the quality of the food. When i ask if the tempura was frozen he would not confirm or deny. My other half ask if he tasted the food from his kitchen. "sometimes" was the owners answer. Sometimes??? Really??? If you don't know what your food taste like then don't serve it and certainly don't reprimand someone who tells you that the taste is a problem. I have no idea what kind of business Takumi does, but I believe that anyone who is familiar with authentic Asian cuisine will not find Takumi satisfying.

Had the uni sashimi and the blaze roll. Quality and presentation was excellent. Reasonably priced for such high quality food.. I would definitely come back.
(5)Brian W.
I love this restaurant - plus, it's close to my house! The sushi/sashimi is excellently prepared and fresh. I don't get all the mediocre reviews, because I've never had a bad meal here, even the take away is fantastic, and the service is friendly. My last dinner here with a friend was at the sushi bar. It's always fun to watch them prepare your meal infront of you, and the results are always artfully done and tasty to eat! I haven't had any of their cooked menu items, but for sushi/sashimi, this is a great option.
(5)Scott K.
Sadly, we are done with Takumi. Still some of the best fish around and best rolled maki. I can no longer tolerate the complete lack of detail associated with my orders. I have not had takeout from Takumi even once in the last year where there wasn't issue with my order. Items are forgotten, left out and sometimes just incorrect. I might order seaweed salad and get home to find edamame. Two orders of sashimi ends up being one (two slices but I wanted 4...two orders). My wife's steak has come without the rice several times. A tuna roll with no cucumber should not contain cucumber. When I bring it back, please don't pop the cucumber out of it hand it back to me. I could have done that if that was what I wanted. All I really want is WHAT I ORDERED, EXACTLY AS I ORDERED IT. I would not write his review if these things happened once each. Instead Takumi is a repeat offender in botching the takeout order. Please implement some quality control. You are a restaurant and it is your business to get orders right. This is not hard. Sorry, but I can't give you guys any more money. You have had so much feedback from me on this and presumably others. It still isn't fixed. One final thought - stop packing the fish in the same bag as the the hot food. It is less than appetizing to eat warm sashimi.
(1)Matt G.
Was in Wilmington for work and my boss took us to dinner. I had sashimi and the smoked duck. Both where fantastic. My only negative on the duck was that it was "on the bone" which made it a little tricky to eat on a business dinner. I wish it had been boneless, but the crispy skin and flavor were perfect. Will definitely go there again when I come back.
(4)Izabella J.
I have only tried their sushi and must say it's mediocre. I find $1 up charge for brown rice per roll of sushi highly overpriced. I'm used to paying 50cents maximum! $1 gets me 1/4 bag if brown rice!!!! Service has never been their strength. I go to this place only because there's nothing else healthy to eat nearby. But then again, it's not like Delaware is the foodie central.
(3)Mili Y.
Worst of the worst! DON'T GO! I mean it! Here is my experience. Let alone the bad food there, I was locked in the restroom for more than 10 minutes! And the manager's attitude was just the worst! This is my first and last time there! Never going back to Takumi again! The manager gave me a 10% percent discount which is totally insulting! and the waitress told me this has happened to other customer before! And they did not fix the lock!!!(yep, just waited n try to trap next customer in line!) How hard is it to put a note then?!?! How hard it is to genuinely apologize to the customer then?! Food is not fresh (especially the sashimi that is supposed to be, which is not. Unprofessional.)and sesame chicken tastes raw n uncooked. Worst customer experience ever! I can tolerance bad food, but not worst attitude.
(1)Geoff R.
When I mention Takumi to locals 99% of the time I hear, "oh, we tried them a while ago and didn't like it." Well that is what I used to say also, until recently. They are apparently under new management and have made major improvements. - Decor: Big windows and open. No longer feels like you are eating in a submarine. (Although the bar closest to the door is closed off and dark, but I am there to eat so I stick to the dining room). - Food/Value: They now serve both Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Bottom line, very good sushi at reasonable prices. "Little Mermaid". Stupid name, great roll! If you like that other sushi place in the city of Wilmington then odds are you will like Takumi. Plenty of parking!!!
(4)Lulu X.
This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. They get at least 2 or 3 take-out orders from me per month. And when I do order from Takumi, I order enough to feed 5 or 6 people. Yes, I like to eat... And I freaking love sushi. This place has a large variety of sushi, everything from spicy scallop to herring roe to dragon rolls. I have yet to have a roll or nigiri that wasn't delicious. My favorites are escolar (white tuna), saba (mackerel), hamachi (yellowtail), dynamite roll, red dragon roll, and orange blossom roll. I start with my absolute favs each time I order, and then add to this whatever I fancy that day. You can see how my orders get huge. They also have an expansive menu of appetizers, noodles, ad Chinese dishes. If you visit Takumi with a non sushi eater, they will have plenty of options!
(5)Mark K.
Very interesting menu, actually two of them. We've started going here recently and like it for the variety and quality of food. It also has a nice Look. Friendly service

Updated review - 05/16/2015 - Me and my wife don't make it up to 202 that often, but we still swing by Takumi once every few months. We were last here at the end of April for my birthday dinner. The food was still fantastic! But unfortunately, the staff still need to learn to better anticipate their guests needs (clear plates, drink refills, etc...).
(3)Lisa Q.
Loved the atmosphere of this quaint restaurant. Went there on a whim since we couldn't get in somewhere else. Glad we found it! Food and service were wonderful! Definitely recommend the Orange Blossom Roll.
(4)Cathy H.
Came here for my birthday dinner instead of Mikimoto's because it was a weeknight and figured I might like something closer. Boy was I disappointed! We were 2 of about 6 people in the whole place. The decor was old and outdated, the service was sub par and the food was just okay. The sushi didnt have much flavor and it was just a little overpriced for the quality. And not that this is the restaurants fault, but there was a couple sitting at the sushi bar and the woman was on her cell for at least 25 minutes having a very loud conversation. People - this is rude to your server and to your dinner companion, not to mention it makes you look like a jerk and annoys other patrons. DON'T do it!!
(3)Kelly C.
it was ooook, kinda pricey in my opinion.. i checked in on yelp and got a free miso soup! they recommended the orange blossom roll, so i was like why not! it has all the ingredients i like-- salmon, avocado, crunch.. but what i didn't expect was the amount of spicy mayo on it! ooooverload! but it's alright, you can just brush it off. we also got the sushi set A to share-- it was decent. nothing phenomenal~ mostly fish pieces, a shrimp and a squid and it comes with a tuna roll. overall, an ok experience. they have a separate chinese menu too which is a little strange in my opinion.. but hey whatever floats your boat.

Takumi is a lovely little restaurant situated in a strip mall. Inside the tables are seated near large windows and are brightly lit. There is a sushi bar on one side of the room. The waitresses are dressed in kimonos. We were there for lunch and all lunch specials come with soup and rice. My husband ordered a shrimp tempura roll and General Tso's Chicken while I had the Crispy chicken. When the tempura roll came we were disappointed. It was one small shrimp divided between the 5-6 pieces of sushi. Definitely not worth the $6.50 price tag. The chicken wonton soup was good, nothing special. The hot and sour soup was the same. When the entrees came mine was the clear winner. Many pieces of sweet and spicy crispy chicken tossed with a rainbow of vegetables. The chicken was crisp and delicious and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The General Tso's chicken was spicy and served with broccoli. The rice was plentiful, sticky, and cooked well. Overall, the food was good but it wasn't anything special. If friends asked me to go to dinner here I would but I wouldn't seek it out on my own.

Doesn't even deserve one star! Awful service and the wan who worked there yelled at us...even from across the restaurant!

Fantastic dinner last week at Takumi. Get the fresh wasabi. I do not even use wasabi usually because it tastes soapy and bitter. This wasabi was awesome. Get whatever fish is special for the day as sushi or sashimi. Yum. Sampled some sticky rice noodles with veggies. Interesting textures and great taste. Edamame--boring, right? Not when they are blackened. Yum! I am sort of glad it is not closer to my house...I wouod be there way too much! Super. Will return later this week for more!
(5)Rachel C.
This restaurant was outstanding! Our fantastic server, Alice gave such attention to detail and great suggestions. Everything that we ate was exceptional. The wontons in chili oil are now probably in the top three best things I have ever eaten! We will return, soon!
(5)Sam S.
Wow this sushi was amazing . Super fresh great service very modern and traditional sushi. The sashimi was exceptional and the special rolls are amazing. 5 stars for sure.
(5)Lauren H.
Really good sushi here! Takumi has the most imaginative rolls I've seen in a while. The Orange Blossom & Yellow Magic were especially good. They also have some really yummy-sounding cocktails. This place screams "date night" -- it was mostly couples when we were there. And no wonder, as the place has a really nice ambience (the lights could have been dimmer though), candles on every table, and soft music. Overall a great dining experience. I knocked off a star for spotty service. Example: my boyfriend, who had already finished his cocktail, was helping me finish my glass of wine (I'm a lightweight, okay?). A waitress walked over, gave him a weird look, and said "Don't you want another drink?" He declined and she walked away, leaving his empty glass on the table and our half-empty water glasses untouched.
(4)Qian Z.
Can't be worse! It does not even deserve one star. I have ordered a seafood soup which was $20. It was exact the same as the fast noodle soup (which only costs $1)sold in Chinese or Korean supermarket. Also, the food was not fresh. The servers were not friendly. Never never come again!
(1)Dave C.
Overall it is a good restaurant. Very good food, pretty good service, clean and peaceful inside. Underrated restaurant worth trying. Love their pad Thai. And great miso soup.
(4)Jessie L.
Had dinner here on Friday night. Beautiful interior, nice ambiance, very friendly and helpful staff. They had decent vegan options, and everything was tasty. I had the avocado and cucumber salad (delicious), the sweet potato roll, and the avocado cucumber roll. Not my favorite sushi place of all time, but probably one of my favorites in the Wilmington area.
(4)Sarah S.
I came here to celebrate a friend's b-day. They were nice enough to give us a spot away from the main dining room to give a sense of privacy. I ordered a sushi platter with a variety of sushi and I was really pleasantly surprised. There were several pieces of fish that I wish I could go back and find out what they were bc they were delicious.
(4)Michele J.
Takumi is the standard by which I measure all other sushi, and I haven't had better YET. Note to all other sushi places...don't make a spicy tuna roll by mashing up some tuna and mixing it with mayo. This place is the JAWN.
(5)Reem C.
My wife and I went to Takumi for lunch the other day. We ordered the Volcano and the Dragon sushi rolls. For our main courses, I ordered the Crispy Chicken and she ordered Bento Box #1. The food is noce, but I can honestly say that I have had better. In fact, Jasmine's, which is maybe about five miles further down Route 202 is better. The sushi rolls were delicious. The Volcano had nice kick to it. The Crispy Chicken was definitely the most spiciest dish on our table. While I enjoyed it, it was pretty dry. I expected something with sauce. My wife was not a big fan of her choice. I've seen better Bento boxes. Overall, while I enjoyed my meal at Takumi, I don't see the need to return.

After Utage closed Chef Okubo started the Takumi Restaurant. I had eaten here before, but just got a revisit in after the space was rennovated. The new restaurant is beautiful, the space has been completely redesigned and spruced up. The sushi bar, booths, and overall restaurant looks great. The sushi is well made by Chef Okubo and his colleagues. Sushi-su is light and flavorful with a good balance. I made sure to have my standard test nigiri. The ikura were juicy and crisp with a fresh saltiness to them. There was no mushy or off flavored eggs at all. The saba had a firm feel with a bright flavor. The vinegar was not overpowering nor was there that mealy texture that mars some saba nigiri. Main dish of Unagi Donburi was well made. Rice is cooked through without burnt or undercooked portions. The eel was tender without burnt edges on the tapered fillet. Most surprisingly was the Kabayaki sauce with my donburi. The sauce was thick and rich with a nice velvety feel. It was well balanced between saltly and sweet with a touch of umami to highlight it's bright notes. Overall I am more impressed with Takumi now then when I first went there shortly after they first opened. This is my favorite Japanese restaurant that I have found in Delaware and a great Japanese restaurant when compared to everywhere I have eaten. I would also rank it highly for sushi out of the places in Delaware and the surrounding area. The long and short of it is that I enjoyed my meals at Takumi and it has made the short list of places I enjoy the eat at.

Had to come back and change my review. I went a second time on Monday and had some amazing sushi here. I had the dragon roll and and another roll, forgot the name of it, that had crab and tuna with a spicy mayo sauce. I also had their raw tuna which was so fresh tasting. Loved it so much that I felt bad giving them a not-so-good review the first time. The staff was nicer this time around and very attentive. Had a pear martini that was quite tasty. Will definitely come back but just for the sushi! I still stand by my review on their poor excuse of a ramen. That was definitely bad. -- Original review: Went here to have some lunch with a friend and even though it was my first time, I will definitely not come back--at least not for Japanese ramen. I kid you not when I say that it tasted just like the packets of instant ramen. Disgusting! They skimped out on the pork and had none of the condiments that it usually comes with. Wow, horrible. The complimentary sushi I got was decent but didn't care for it. The customer service was just ok. Had some green tea ice cream that was quite tasty. So 1 star for ice cream and another because I didn't try the sushi. Heard it was good but didn't want to get any.
(4)Kristin W.
Bad service, mediocre food all overpriced. If you go stick to the sushi menu. Food was completely underwhelming and waitress was MIA the entire meal. One entree presented then she returned with my salad and miso soup. Still no entree for hubby. Then he got his soup and salad. Along with entree.
(2)Brenna S.
Sushi is good but the Chinese is OUTSTANDING. Especially if u like spicy. Recommendations: dumplings with chili oil, pork belly, spicy beef casserole, any of the soups. My favorite Chinese ever. Philly and NY included.
(5)Jasi B.
I'm totally cheating on Sushi Sumo but Takumi is about 2 miles up the road from my job and their happy hour conveniently falls during my lunch break (shhhh! Don't tell anyone about my martini lunches). I actually came here for dinner with my brother the other night. Decor is nice but as a rule of thumb we always sit at the sushi bar whenever we go for sushi. I enjoy watching them make my sushi and it ensures you get better service. We both had two sushi roles, and of course I can't remember the names of them. I do remember the Volcano roll, because I thought it had too much sauce on it but was very good otherwise. Everything else was good good good. We then ordered the house made dumplings and ya know I love me some dumplings though I'm use to the $1 variety of LES, NYC. The skin on the dumplings was perfection...like no seriously, the last thing you want is to bite in a dumping with a thick skin. This dumpling had a thin skin that was nice and crispy and held together the contents, only downside was they were a bit on the greasy side. I prefer mine lightly fried, just enough oil on the bottom of the pan. These seemed to have been steeped in the frying oil. Oh yes, I also had a cocktail (or two) one that was made with the pear sake and the mochatini. Drinks here are made well (as in strong) and tasty. They will be seeing me again.

This is the best Japanese & Chinese restaurant in Delaware. They not only make amazing food, but also serve very well. Actually, I have moved to Philadelphia but I still spend some times to go to this restaurant. Finally, I would recommend people who are like good Asian food and nice environment to try this good place.
(5)David D.
Excellent, authentic Japanese cuisine! Way more authentic and delicious than some of its nearby competitors (looking at you, Le Shio). Graded on a curve, would be 4 stars in NYC or LA, but 5 stars considering the suburban locale. Here's a short list of what I had and what stood out: - Very authentic, the head chef / owner, is Japanese - They pay attention to the rice, which is nicely marinated. Yet, they're still flexible, and offer brown rice for the health nuts - Wasabi is not the fresh type, however, they apply it correctly underneath each piece of fish over the rice in their sushi - first time I've seen that in the Philadelphia 'burbs! - Delicious and eclectic menu, some highlights include hamachi kama (omg, served with a teryiaki sauce, beyond decadent), and some off-menu items, such as chutoro (so creamy), ankimo (rare), and anago (sea eel, more delicious and delicate than the freshwater, unagi variety) - Gets fish flown in from Japan on Tuesdays; by dinner lots of rare items prepped and ready to rock n' roll - Fresh ginger, real crab (can request over imitation), and homemade tamago (not the bland, processed kind) round out the deal - Elegant, yet not stuffy environment - Good, pleasant service with knowledgeable staff - Not crazy about the foray into Chinese dishes but I can countenance the pandering to the disheveled masses

What a difference a second attempt makes. Let's start with the service, a different crew was in tonight and service was outstanding, attentive but not over bearing, making sure all my needs were met. The food was also better I felt; tonight there only was one sushi chef and the dynamite roll was amazing, so was the concord pike roll and the spicy yellowtail hand roll. The surprise was an amazing green tea ice cream tempura. Whatever the first experience was, it does not seem representative of the best Takumi has to offer.
(5)Jordan S.
The food is good but much too expensive, even at lunch time. Avoid! Just go to Le Shio less than a mile up from it on Concord Pike still. Again, the food at Takumi is excellent, but you can get the same for much cheaper elsewhere. The atmosphere is definitely a bit more serene hear though so it would be worth going here if taking an important client out to lunch over a cheaper option.

Bad service, mediocre food all overpriced. If you go stick to the sushi menu. Food was completely underwhelming and waitress was MIA the entire meal. One entree presented then she returned with my salad and miso soup. Still no entree for hubby. Then he got his soup and salad. Along with entree.

Sushi is good but the Chinese is OUTSTANDING. Especially if u like spicy. Recommendations: dumplings with chili oil, pork belly, spicy beef casserole, any of the soups. My favorite Chinese ever. Philly and NY included.

Doesn't even deserve one star! Awful service and the wan who worked there yelled at us...even from across the restaurant!

(3)Jay T.
Had the uni sashimi and the blaze roll. Quality and presentation was excellent. Reasonably priced for such high quality food.. I would definitely come back.
(5)Izabella J.

(4)Kelly C.
it was ooook, kinda pricey in my opinion.. i checked in on yelp and got a free miso soup! they recommended the orange blossom roll, so i was like why not! it has all the ingredients i like-- salmon, avocado, crunch.. but what i didn't expect was the amount of spicy mayo on it! ooooverload! but it's alright, you can just brush it off. we also got the sushi set A to share-- it was decent. nothing phenomenal~ mostly fish pieces, a shrimp and a squid and it comes with a tuna roll. overall, an ok experience. they have a separate chinese menu too which is a little strange in my opinion.. but hey whatever floats your boat.
