I am here now. I came in for a quick bite. Ordered only appetizers. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a water and a coke, after me asking a different waitress where our drinks were; she immediately brought them to us. Still sitting here, seen our waitress once since we got here. Hasn't checked on us and hasn't even given us an update on the status of our food. I normally don't do complaints, but this is my second bad visit here in a week. Do not come in if you don't have any extra time to waste. BIG WASTE!

Clueless, uncaring, unaware staff trained by snail-monkey-rocks-for-brains-tools. I am not kidding when I say we arrived at 6:30 pm and got our first drink served at 7:15 pm. No apologies. No clues. Food was under the lights for a half hour. These people are idiots. Steer clear of this dump.

Basic chain restaurant that serves the same food as all their other locations. I do like Friday's because of the Jack Daniel sauce. I'm pretty sure I'll eat anything if it had the sauce on it. You can't really go wrong, they have a pretty wide selection of food.

It's your typical Friday's. Great for groups or date or game night or if your just hungry! I like the food and the service and the fam enjoys it also.

This TGI is weird! They have a guard at the front which I've never seen any TGI around my area has one before. The food is good, but the waiter who served us is mediocre. He got the order right away and seemed to be attentive, but when we were asking about the appetizer that we could get from our Stripes account, he was telling us that he had no idea about it and that his boss had briefed them about it before, but he did not understand a thing. He could have asked his manager to come to talk to us, but he just completely ignore this matter.

Surprisingly, Friday's was the only restaurant open really late at night in this area so that's where I went one night because I was got back in-state late. This Friday's is in a strip mall that is basically a row of restaurants, so parking is not a problem. I'm not sure how to rate the service of this visit. The server I got was laconic. He said everything he had to say in few words, sometimes only in gestures, but he was prompt and very efficient. I guess that's just his style and no-nonsense people might appreciate this kind of service. The food is about average for sit-down chain restaurants. Friday's has a few innovative menu items but for the most part, it's just like the rest. This restaurant seems reasonably well-maintained. The dining area and restroom were clean enough, as far as I could tell.

Ok, I've been on several occasions, the food is good. They have the best Turkey burgers, in town! I went on Monday night and the staff was less than pleasing. I tried to call to place my order to go but no one answered, then I get there and went to the bar to order. The bar staff acted as if it was a crowded bar with the level of service I received. I will still go but they need better staff!

I visited the Wilmington, DE location on Thursday 7/10/2014 and thought that a review of the service my husband and I received was in order. To say that the service was sub-par would be a compliment, and to be quite frank I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service and responsibility that the people you employ uphold. The manager was by far the biggest disappointment of the night, not taking one shred of responsibility or apologizing for the absolutely unacceptable service we received. It began with the server, which we never actually saw. We sat at 9:30 and were not acknowledged by anyone, even though multiple employees passed our table. By 10:00 I walked down to the host's table to ask for a manager. A half hour we waited for a server, an incredibly generous amount of time to wait for a server to at least acknowledge our existence. Once the host found the manager, I expressed my discontent, and with what little English he spoke, said "Ok. What would you like me to do?" "Something to drink would be nice..." I replied. My husband ordered a coke and I a raspberry tea. He came back with the coke and some light pink mixed drink. Said nothing and walked away after setting them on the table, spilling the drinks in the process. I, expecting to taste raspberry iced tea, took a sip of my drink and nearly choked. It was full of some kind of alcohol! How did the manager even know if I was 21?? I am under 30, and if I am not mistaken, it is the general rule of thumb to card anyone who looks 30 and under, and considering I am in my early 20's, I do. Not to mention, I take medicine daily that I cannot drink alcohol with, granted, one sip probably wouldn't hurt anyone but had I not noticed, or had someone else not noticed this gross misunderstanding they could have had a real problem. I promptly got up from my seat and my husband and I left the restaurant. I let the manager know on the way out that we were leaving and why and I was astounded that I was not even given an apology; he just looked at me with a confused face and said "Oh, ok I thought you wanted a mojito". Right, because raspberry tea so clearly sounds like the word "mojito". I am so disappointed in TGI Fridays and will probably never visit any of your locations again, and will advise my family, co workers and friends to do the same.

At first I didn't want to even write this review. I haven't been to a Friday's for about 15 years. It just isn't where I usually go. But when you are going to lunch with coworkers, sometimes you need to make compromises. I had already "blackballed" Applebee's, so we ended up at TGIF. Upon walking in, around 1 pm, we found a table full of servers eating their lunch and some in "civilian" clothes. They looked up as we entered and it felt as if we were intruding. One of the individuals sat us at a table at the back of the restaurant on the elevated level. There were two other tables with diners and they too were seated in the rear of the restaurant. We were out of sight of the servers and they out of our sight as well. Our waitress spoke so fast and with lack of emotion, that it was apparent that she was not happy. Our food came out and that was the only other time we saw our waitress on her own volition. We wanted to get another drink (soda/water) and we asked another server as they were helping one of the other tables. That is when our server came back to help us out. I know this is not my type of place, but the service was horrendous. But I guess when I was younger, Friday's was more of place to go for drinks after work or shopping. But these days for me there are so many places that makes one feel welcome, that it isn't worth the time or money to go somewhere like this.

I've gone here 3 times since coming out to West Chester and each time, it has been excellent. Me and my fiance' always share the 3 course meal (appetizer, entree, and dessert for $12.99 or $16.99) We always get the fried mozzarella or the Sesame Jack Chicken Strips (comes with sauce, but in my opinion, you don't really need it). My favorite drink there is the Mango Peach Lemonade. I also dig their chicken strips (with honey mustard), Friday's Shrimp, and from time-to-time, the Jack Daniel Chicken and Shrimp. For dessert, it's either the Brownie Obsession (no nuts; hate them in any of my food or dessert) or Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. I gave the The Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie a try, but I just didn't like it at all. Wasn't what I thought it would be. The Hostess all 3 times was very nice and even asked if we wanted a booth or chairs. I prefer booths because it gives me more room to scoot side to side and to spread out all my dishes. The most we've ever spent here is $35. One time we only spent $19. Sometimes sharing those 3-course meal specials will save you some money and save you the hassle of taking food home.

Here tonight for dinner and drinks with my bff. This is the Fridays Location I usually come to because its closest to my house. For starters I ordered the Tuscan spinach dip ( this is becoming my favorite at Friday's) and the Ultimate Blueberry-Pom Long Island. My first time trying this drink and it's actually pretty good. Not as strong as a regular Long Island. My friend ordered the endless apps, which is a promotion that's going on right now. We had the boneless wings. Three different flavors; miso, garlic parm and buffalo. The miso and buffalo were good, however the garlic parm were bland. For our entrees we both ordered salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was very chill and laid back tonight. We left satisfied. Looking forward to my next trip to Friday's :)

Slow service, but that was due to the high traffic for lunch time. Server was very nice and can't ever go wrong with endless apps.

I sat at the bar for dinner and a beer. Waitress was too busy doing inventory checks, had no time for me I guess. After 15 mins. she made time for me to order my dinner. Food was mediocre at best, cold parts even. I looked at an empty Heineken for about ten minutes. Waitress was too busy with some regulars in the corner. Other guests had to shout to get a waitress attention. This is a very bad TGI Fridays. Won't be back.

When reading some of the below reviews when deciding to eat here I noticed that one review commented on the fact that the waitress lied about being able to serve 2 drinks to one person at a time. I used to waitress in Delaware & it is in fact the law that you can only have one drink at a time. You are allowed to have a shot and a drink or a shot and a beer, but not 2 drinks, 2 shots, 2 beers, etc. That being said, my husband and I sat at the bar & had a fantastic time. Beer was nice & cold... Husband loved the pretzel appetizer & I enjoyed my pot stickers. I would 200% recommend getting pot stickers if you go in there! & check out their craft beer selection... For a chain it is pretty good! It was a great ending to an afternoon of Christmas shopping at the Concord Mall across the street!

Says on the door that's its open until 12:45 am on weekdays. Actually open until 12am. Hostess was not very friendly.

Got a table for 2 with no wait time on a Saturday night! This was the 2nd time eating at this location and everything was 5 stars from beginning to end. Our server, Noe, was fantastic as he was quick and friendly. The food was good, absolutely will Always recommend the Jack Daniels burger...the sauce is always good and the burgers are filling. The beverage specials are okay, just depends on what nights/times you visit. Definitely recommend this location and would choose to become a stripes member for rewards.

Terrible service. Waitress lied and said it was illegal to have more than 1 drink at a table. Food frozen and disgusting. Made my boyfriend puke. Steer far away.
