This IHOP is in a strip mall on Concord Pike northbound. Southbound traffic will have to use one of the two traffic light intersections to make a left turn into the strip mall. For the most part, the food at this IHOP is about what I would expect from the chain. A large part of the menu is breakfast-focused but I noticed that they've added new items, such as the fancy French toasts. Service was good enough, despite the Sunday morning breakfast crowd. However, I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the booth benches need to be sturdier.

Came in with my mom for brunch and we were both pleasantly surprised by the warm hearted greetings from every server! The food was as expected, not gourmet of course, but decent. I had chicken and waffles and my mom had a Tuscan Scramble. Coffee was meh.

My experience at Ihop was horrible. I am an African American college student that wanted to grab a bite with some friends we had people put in front of us and served before us! They didn't even write our name down so we could be seated. Once getting seated people that came after us got their food before us. Once we got our food it was cold. I had to also wait 15 mins because they charged us for the wrong amount of bacon. I was so shocked that I requested to speak to the manager; only to find out that the manager was the one serving us. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I hit this IHOP for breakfast every so often... Service is usually okay but not outstanding. Food is about the same. I really don't eat pancakes much so it sort of annoys me that I have to pay extra to get hash browns. I am definitely more of a hash brown kind of girl - I just can't have breakfast without them! Anyway, IHOP is cool to go to once in a while, but it's not my favorite breakfast place. It seems a bit more expensive than other places too.

We love it here. We always have great food and great service. Prices are great too!!! They are also very good with the 4 year old and always offer us more wiki stix to play with. All in all this is one of the better locations and we have been known to go once a week! :)

Food was great. Server as great. Manager needs to go back to school. He yelled at an employee (who was busting his ass for his customers) in front of the whole restaurant because one of the curtains was down after 5:00. Seriously? I guess management training at ihop consists of how to demean employees and lean against a wall.

Service here is super slow and if you sit in a booth you can feel every movement from the person behind you. It's annoying cause if the person behind you leans back the back of.your booth slams into your back. Considering how this place isn't very old that is just a factor of.crappy cheap construction. Every time I'm here the menu is missing more items. They took away my favorite dish, the nutella crepes. My server told me that they are getting rid of the regular french toast. Really? I still miss the cheese blintz that I used to love as a kid, now you are going to take away french toast. So disappointed.

I went during a busy time, but we were seated pretty quick. It took a while for the waitress to come get our drinks. I absolutely loved the cinna-stack pancakes. Our waitress did however know the menu very well and it took about 30 seconds to take my family of 5's order. Food didn't take very long and tasted great!

Probably the worst ihop I have ever been to. Service is very slow and most of the staff seems poorly or improperly trained. Waitress did not know the menu and had to look at it to figure out what we were trying to order. This is the only ihop I have ever seen that isn't open 24hrs.

I swear I thought we were being punked! My Husband and I went to this location on a Sunday. When the waiter came my Husband asked for Skim Milk. The Waiter said "I'm sorry sir we do not have skim milk, we only have 2%" My husband stated this was OK. When the milk comes out the waiter says "I am sorry sir we do not have 2% Milk only skim milk, is that OK?" Weird but not a stand alone reason to be annoyed. On our next visit he again asked for skim milk and the response WORD for WORD was" I'm sorry sir we do not have skim milk, we only have 2%". I feel like I am in some horrible comedy and someone would burst out of hiding to tell me I was being punked or something. The scrapple not only cost extra, but it was horrible. All the waiters and waitresses range from barely competent to fully incompetent. Unlike every other IHOP they take your bill instead of paying at the register. There is not one pleasant thing about this IHOP. I will not return
