I have always been a fan of Red Lobster. I went to this specific location around noon on a Saturday. Despite having to wait only 10 minutes to be seated, our meals took approximately 40 minutes to come out to us. Not only that, but they placed our small lunch meals on large dinner plates, making them appear empty and unappetizing. Not a great experience and I think I am turned off from Red Lobster permanently.

My Dad likes Red Lobster, im not that big into fish. But I do love their lobster bisque & their cheddar biskets. Will stop by another time Im in the area to leave a more expansive review. Good service though.

I visited Red Lobster only because i got gift cards for my birthday. I am not a fan of chain restaurants, simply because of the food quality and service. We had 5 people in our party and the hostess informed us of a 20 minute wait. As we walked to the bar we noticed empty tables all throughout the restaurant. I got so mad i questioned their rationale of a 20 minute wait. Their response was our serves are too busy to take any other tables, that does not that even sound right. Now on to the dinner. My food was prepared well and my wife love the lobster tacos. we were all pleasantly surprised with our food. But i unfortunately became allergic to something inside my dinner. i needed to take benadryl to counteract my reaction. It ruined our dinner and i would never eat their again i gave RL 2 stars because the waitress was attentive and alert, thus making our dinner pleasant.

Haven't been to red lobster in years so I'm not sure what I was expecting. I'll list the positives first, the cheddar biscuits were good of course and our drinks, (the high tide, and sunset passion colada) were pretty good. The cons, food was extremely over priced in my opinion for the quality. The half portion of crab Alfredo was $15...which would have been understandable were it not pieces of salty claw crab meat as opposed to actual chunks of meat as was described in the menu. The drinks were pretty good until I realized they were pretty overpriced considering I couldn't taste an ounce of liquor in either drink. We also ordered the coconut shrimp Appetizer which tasted like everything else that was in the fryer that day. All in all it was worth the $70 spent and I won't be going back without reason.

Service was great -amber. Very polite courteous and attentive. Food came quickly and she paid attention to all my dietary requests. Return visit forgot hubby's soup had to remind him. Malibu bay breeze was not mixed properly, clam chowder seemed watered down but the potatoe soup was yummy!! You know the food.... And those delicious Cheddar Bay Biscuits.... But you never know how the service will be.

The first time I visited a Red Lobster was probably back in 2009. And this year I returned because of those commercials for the lobster fest that's happening. I love seafood and lobsters so when I was in Delaware and happened to be nearby the location, my boyfriend and I went in. The food was very good and service as well. Surprisingly, it was my boyfriend's first time here. We are total foodies but we do prefer local restaurants over franchise places. Red Lobster is rather pricey and if I could, I would probably choose to head to Maine for cheaper selections. But it is one of those days where I will end up at a franchise because of convenience.

I think this is location is par for the course with other Red Lobsters that I've been too. Really busy but not special at all and kinda a mess. I wouldn't have picked here by my bf was obsessed with the crabfest promotion they currently have. Our server John was nice and I felt for him because he said tonight was the fourth double shift in a row he had to work but he lagged on EVERYTHING. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it wasn't until after our salads came out that he brought it. Also, my boyfriend spilled his beer and we needed more napkins which we asked about and never got. Finally my dad just asked the greeter if we could get more and she gave us a huge stack. The biscuits are amazing as I remembered and John did great in bringing us more when we needed it. The margarita was pretty tasty too. The food was kinda bland, but then again I love seafood restaurants that do fresh seafood and have spoiled myself.

Had a great meal at Red Lobster over the weekend... We didn't have to wait at all, which was surprising because that little strip of restaurants is usually PACKED! They had a great 4 for $15.99 deal going on... Soup, Salad, Entree and Dessert. We didn't have any complaints about anything... Great service for a Friday night!

This Red Lobster is in a strip mall that is basically a row of restaurants, so parking is abundant. One major problem with this Red Lobster is they don't take reservations. That guarantees you'll have to wait if you have a large group. Even so, how was it reasonable that our group of 10 had to wait *2 hours* to be seated? That was terrible. Once seated though, I thought service was okay. The server did bring out more biscuits when we finished them and asked for more. I thought the food was good enough. Not great, but good. We were there during the endless shrimp promotion. I have to say though that "endless shrimp" comes with pretty significant limitations. You're served the salad first and the first round of shrimp only after you're done with that. Then each refill of shrimp takes a while to prepare and is only about 10 shrimp or so. Since it took so long for our group to be seated, I couldn't get very many shrimp refills before the restaurant closed for the night. So it is probably not worth going to Red Lobster just for that. Food and speed of service issues aside, the restaurant dining area and restroom looked clean. Facilities appear to be in good condition. There is wi-fi internet, although I have no idea where it was coming from.

We have been to few redlosters in NJ, this is the worst redlobster. I am big fan of biscuits, but biscuits are not good here. ordered seafood bake(new), its horrible. Returned wood grilled tilapia. dont waste your money.

We've eaten at this Red Lobster several times and lately I've ordered the wood fire grilled salmon. For a chain restaurant this item was consistently well prepared and flavorful. So, I was a bit disappointed on our last visit when this dish wasn't as good as usual - partly the piece of fish, partly the preparation. Still OK but not great. Service was courteous and prompt.
