This place was a lifesaver for me during the winter! I took my kids here a few time when the weather was awful, and they loved it. The prices were fair, we got the 'Softplay Combo' mostly and it was a good value for us. Food is good, and there are lots of options. We have not bowled yet, but we plan to as the kids get older. It makes it so easy to have everything in one place. We may even plan a birthday party here for my son when he turns 7.

Bought the soft play pizza package so that the adults could eat too. A $13.50 pizza should be good but it was honestly worse than the cheapest kids microwave pizza. Hardly any cheese, almost no sauce, and completely absent of flavor. Very disappointing. Will be sure to hit pizza Hut before we go next time. Come on xbos, you can do better than that!!!!!

The worst place ever! Half the games don't work. Waste of money and ghetto! I really had a horrible time and it is very over priced for a ghetto place. I would not recommend it.

I really don't come to this place too often, as they got rid of the one thing that attracted me to the place: a Capcom Ultracade Multi-Game Arcade Machine that let you play for a quarter (what a cool box). Now, the only arcade games you have here are Dance-Dance-Revolution, Cabela's Big Game Hunter, and some pinball machines - most of which bilk you for $.50+ a play. There are a few air hockey tables and some skee-ball machines that spit out tickets you can use to redeem some simple tchotchkes. I almost forgot the chintzy Quarter Pusher machines and those claw / toy crane machines that love to take exorbitant sums of money to give you gimpy prizes that look like they came from the Oriental Trading Company...when they snag you anything at all. There's a huge indoor plastic kiddie jungle gym, a half-dozen or so bowling lanes, and then there's the food area. No real surprises on the menu here, folks - it's your basic Chuck-E-Cheese-type pizza, with burgers, fries, wings, soda, funnel cake, and other artery-clogging food thrown into the mix at the kind of rip-off prices they believe they can charge people who are desperate to buy their kids' love with a few hours of low-quality entertainment. This place gets packed on weekends and during the summer; I guess everyone loves taking their little tykes here. Someone has to train the next generation of gambling addicts for Dover Downs with those Quarter-Pusher machines, I guess.

Regardless of what a previous poster said, this is a great place to take the smaller kids. Sure, the food isn't a high quality, but are there really any kids who care about those things? Not really. We've been there several times on our own, and today we had my son's birthday party there, and everyone loved it and had a great time. The price was all-inclusive, so drinks, food, goodies bags, tokens and all they could play were available. Glad this place exists, the only con I would say is I wish it were closer. Smyrna is not a close location, but Xbos is way better than Hullabaloo and certainly less rigid than Pump It Up (and not as expensive, either!).

This is an ok place for kids. The options are few but the kids seem to enjoy the options provided. The look is lack-luster and dry. There are two play areas for kids but only one where parents are allowed to attend with their child. Thankfully, I have teens so we were able to bowl while my niece had a field day in the jungle gym styled play area. I guess for DE this is the only option.

The variety of things to do is excellent, however it gets a bit pricey since everything is separate fees. The entire staff is so unfriendly and the ENTIRE place needs to be thoroughly cleaned!
