OMG!! Awesome cheesesteaks and rice pudding! The staff was as friendly as can be and the restaurant was very clean. The rice pudding and cheesecake is homemade. Great place to visit to catch a game and get great food. Family friendly and fair prices. Portions are big so go hungry. Didn't get to try the pizza but it looked and smelled delicious. Will be a place to stop on every visit.

"I am the Wizzzz!" -Jack Really good steaks. Had one with wiz and onions. Steak fries hot and fresh. They use quality meat. Everything was decently clean and newer. Would definately stop here again.

This place is super spacious, with outdoor seating as well! It's like a Panera set up where you clean up your own table afterwards, they bring the food out to your table, etc. Anyways, we split the large cheese steak with hot peppers, onions, etc and it was HUMONGOUS! Should've opted for the smaller size, actually. It was piping hot and pretty good. We also got the crinkle cheese fries which was a HUGE portion as well, so only ate about half of it. But you definitely get a ton of food for what you pay for!

Great food for a really good price. Dan was such a sweetheart and the ladies at the counter were so pleasant. I like smaller fries so this is the kind of places that hits the spot for a quick, sensational lunch!! You won't be disappointed in their cheese steaks!

You have GOT to try this place out. Excellent food and service. Not what I expected in a strip mall. The burger, (kids) spaghetti, cheese steak, salad (so fresh!) and rice pudding we had were all delicious. Very kid friendly!!! The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The place is spotlessly clean. They also deliver. This place is phenomenal. A must on a visit to Rehoboth.

We get to eat at this place a couple of times a year and every time we go the staff is very friendly and helpful. There chicken cheesesteaks are delicious ! And you can't beat the rice pudding it's the best I ever had! It's a great place for a bigger family, their booths are big and there's a lot of space.

Well first off I just wanna say that the Owner came over to our table and asked how our meal was which I thought was awesome. He seemed like he cared about his customers. We ordered two wraps one that was chicken and I ordered steak and I must say that it had to be one of the best wraps I've had in a very long time. My wife said that her chicken was also fantastic and the taste was flavorful. The drinks and the fries were great and awesome customer service. Definitely would recommend this place if you are headed to the beach and want a great cheesesteak.

Yowza! These are some huge steak subs! And absolutely delicious too. Definitely up there with the best I've ever had. Plenty of meat on a big homemade roll, nice quantity of cheese and we got the house roasted hot peppers on the side. Excellent as a side or on your sub. On a prior visit we got a pizza to go and it too was just as close to perfect as could be. Nice atmosphere, clean, and they serve beer and wine too.

I liked the cashier. She was very friendly. I ordered Pete's Ultimate Cheese Steak with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, marinara and provolone. I added hot peppers. The sandwich came with a mountain of freshly sliced rib-eye. I am a big eater, and I could have ordered half. The freshly brewed iced tea was excellent, but the beverage cups were very small (hardly more than a gulp for me).

Good meat. Roll a little stale. Tasted microwaved. Not a bad steak and cheese at the beach. Why do fries cost $4 though? In a strip mall far from the actual beach.

I feel alot of inconsistancy with this joint. Came in and ordred bean soup, gyro and 3 cheese cheese steak. My gyro had no tzatziki sauce. This is the best part! Lucky there was some ranch in the fridge at home! The sauce makes the gyro! And my cheese was not on top or mixed in like the picture. And the bean soup seemed totally differnt from the last time i was there. More veggies then beans. But the gyro was really good so it would have been a 5 if my sauce wasnt missing.

I ordered a small pizza and chicken cheesesteak wrap and was very disappointed! The chicken in the wrap appeared to be left over rotisserie chicken. Not chicken cheese steak! The pizza was bland and cold. I asked for the French fries to be well done, they came soggy. I live 1 mile from the store and it took over 1 hour to receive our delivery. Horrible food and service! Never will buy from them again!

Best cheese steaks in Sussex. Service was also great. Your order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The lady who brought our food was very sweet. She checked on us a couple of times and she even brought us a free dish of rice pudding for dessert. This was my first visit. I will definitely be back.

The cheesesteak I had here was the absolute worst I've ever had. Bland roll, bland meat. The only positives I can say is the place is squeaky clean and the counter girls are pleasant.

Nicole B and I ordered cheesesteaks, her bf Matt had an italian sub. Cheesesteak was surprisingly delicious even though I got the whiz. I don't normally get that, but wanted to try it this time. It was so big, I had to take half of it home. The rolls were crunchy on the outside and the steak was extra cheesy.

My family and I came here to eat lunch after shopping at the outlets. I ordered a Gyro Sandwich with a side of Sweet Potato Fries. The fries were SO GOOD! The prices were also reasonable for the portions. My brother ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak, but it tasted pretty bland, literally no buffalo sauce, so we asked for a side of sauce. The seating area is also spacious, the booths especially are huge and comfy. One con that I would like to point out is the ladies bathroom. The one smaller stall... Ya sit and your knees literally TOUCH the door LOL and I'm a small person, my god haha! But other than that, the food is pretty bomb.

Everything we have ever tried from here is always great! Cheesesteaks, Pizza, Apps, Salads....all have been great. Good place for dine-in or take out, as well as fast delivery! Food always arrives hot and within the time promised, and they have a pretty large delivery range, you would be surprised! Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy, good, quick meal.

Im a fan of Pete's. If you are looking for good prices and decent food - you should go. The staff is nice and the food is good. Located out of Rehoboth Proper - there is plenty of parking. I enjoy the chicken gyro platter. Very good!

holy huge portions!! my husband got the ultimate cheese steak and he loved it!! it was a pretty generous serving of steak - just the way it should be! i ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was even better than i expected. i LOVE charred meats so when they brought it out, i could smell the awesome char and it tasted way better than i could imagine. the cheez whiz on the fries is what caught our attention. petes is doing it the right way ... Philly style!!

Pete's put quite simply is a fantastic cheese steak at the beach which is quite the feat. Speaking with some patrons, I found that the bread is baked on-site, which is perhaps why they stand ahead of the other steak guys at the beach. If your looking for a good "land" meal at the beach, look no further. Also, try the rice pudding, many were saying it is delicious, also homemade on-site.

My bf and I went here for a late dinner. I am very allergic to black pepper & was told that they would accommodate that. I got a chicken ceaser wrap & there was black pepper all over it! I sadly ate half of it thinking it was the sauce that had the black dots.. well it was pepper. Plus the wrap was super salty..yuck. I'm not going there again.

Seriously impressed! The cheese steak was absolutely top notch. The bread was good it had a really nice chew to it. The meat was really flavorful. I had mine with fried onions and whiz cheese and I don't thing I could had a better dinner. It almost made it worth being stuck in traffic jam for an hour and a half getting to the beach. The steak fries are awesome. The portion is huge and shareable.

I had the chicken cheesesteak with provolone. The baguette was fresh and the chicken well-seasoned. Definitely a win in my book. There's ample space and is generally very clean. A+ for the staff, too!

Have been here 2-3 times and have had great experiences each time. Each time we have shared the Pete's ultimate, a tasty version of a Philly cheesesteak. More then enough to share, don't even need sides. The first time we went, one of the workers approached us and started a friendly conversation (not sure if it was the owner), he then came back with some of their rice pudding (on the house), and it was really good. It's a great place to stop for lunch, haven't gone for dinner yet, or tried the pizza. Reasonable prices for what you are getting!

Ultimatecheesesteak.com , the name says it all. REAL STEAK!! rib eye to be exact, WHATADIFFERENCE REAL steak makes! Chopped rib eye cooked to perfection with a amazing fresh baked roll is heaven for this steak lover. It's much more than a sandwich, its a meal! Once you eat an ultimate cheese steak from Pete's Steak Shop you will never want to go anywhere else, plus great atmosphere and reasonable prices, I predict Pete's will be the next new locals hangout in Rehoboth.

The steak wasn't bad, but like another reviewer mentioned, the roll wasn't fresh at all. I think Casapulla's across the street is much better than what I experienced here. Based on the other reviews though, I might give them a second try.

Have been back several times and still rate this as a top pick. We have had the pizza several time and also highly recommend it. We've had the white pizza and the sausage pizza and both were very good. I like mine crispy and if you do ask them to make it well done. There is no better place for a cheese steak!

We have been here several times and each time have been very happy with the food and service. Their pizza is a standout, absolutely fantastic! Don't let the cheese steak in the restaurant name fool you, yes, it is excellent, but so is everything else they make. The booths are generous in size and sit 6 comfortably. The staff is friendly and like I said before, the food is great!

Found this place on Yelp, went there after mini-golf. Looks like a chain restaurant but is not, (roomy and spacious inside, big booths, well lit....all a plus. Food was excellent. Ordered a Philly and cheesesteak and a gyro. Wife and I shared them both, quite tasty. The gyro was made with pork not lamb. Dude behind the counter (manager possibly) tried to explain to me that it is traditionally made with pork but can be made with other meats. A quick poll of my Greek friends came up 50/50 on that one. Very reasonably priced, kids enjoyed their food and free refills on sodas, always a plus for me. They had a very wide variety of foods to select, so there is something for everybody. Will definitely go there again.

A friend recommended the cheese steaks. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was great. I went back another day and ordered a hamburger medium rare and they nailed it, it was great. There are some restaurants in the area that can't cook a hamburger right. Reasonable prices also.
