Decent place for a nice hearty semi-homestyle meal, if you can drive there. I'm a fan of the market pairs - the sandwiches, salads, and sides are good. The lines usually aren't bad when I've gone (around 7-9pm). Sometimes there's no line at all, sometimes you wait 5-10 min. They semi-recently started doing a service where they bring the food to your table and you leave the dishes, but in practice it ends up weird - half the tables end up with plates on them waiting to be picked up. And I feel weird that they encourage me to sit and make them do the carrying for me.

great chicken - friendly service - clean facilities - kids love it - reasonable prices... It is positioned favorably between fast food joints and family restaurants.

Great food! The service is great. Malik the manager is great . He went out of his way to ask if he wanted samples of the new baked beAns. He also came around to see how our food was . I will def come back on my way back to NY.

The quality is hit or miss. Today I went in and waited for cornbread.. they when I got it they told me it was fresh. I took a bite out of it as soon as I got to my car and it was cold. Other times I've gone and the spinach tasted spoiled. The folks that work there are generally nice and otherwise it's a typical Boston Market.

Great road trip meal for a family. Lots of veggie choices and 2 people can split a 1/2 chicken meal.

I have to take a moment and compliment the staff at this Boston Market location. I am completely blown away by the courtesy I received! Everything from being greeted cheerfully as I entered, to how they took my order, until I was rung up. Somebody's doing something right here! The two guys in front were Josh and Anthony - thank you for a pleasant experience. I did not expect that, it was nice after a long day of work.
