The service here is always so great when I come, and is why I'm giving a 5 star rating. The first time I came I ordered the chicken pad thai and thought it was okay, but it didn't taste like an authentic sauce. Every time after that I ordered the buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese, which I absolutely loved. About a month ago I went in and was so disappointed to see that they had taken the buffalo macaroni and cheese off of their menu, and asked for a recommendation, and he said that he would talk to the kitchen about making me a dish very similar to buffalo macaroni and cheese, rather than using buffalo sauce they could use sriracha. They were more than happy to create a dish for me and it was so delicious. They easily could have said "sorry we don't have that, pick something else", and instead they went out of their way to make something close to what I wanted. Seriously great customer service!

Trying for 3 1/2 stars. Staff very friendly. Decent recipes but your not going to find anything unique here. It is the american version of a noodle house and it rocks in many aspects including music. Think Starbucks for Pad Thai and you'll have the whole concept. Easy affordable and good atmosphere. A perfect casual lunch spot, great for co-workers. Not a date night spot. A fits it's niche perfectly.

The promise of a good meal is far greater than the actual delivery. I ordered the Buffalo Mac N Cheese and after waiting at our table it came nice and COLD. The elbows felt like they had sat around for a while and then simply put on the plate without throwing them back into any sort of heat. Because nothing has hot, nothing was melted. I sent it back and within 1 minute I had another dish (how can that be if everything it made "fresh" and "prepared to order"?). Suffice it to say it was now "warm". In any case it wasn't any better as I was treated to seeing my meal again a few hours later (figured it was the chicken which was merely warm and the breeding was sliding off). In short, this place is overpriced for what they serve. You could get better "noodles" at Olive Garden and a fresher, better made meal at Chipotle, both for a cheaper price. Pass on it. It's not worth the money or the gastrointestinal distress.

I am a fan of Noodles. I always gravitate back to my favorite, pasta fresca with grilled chicken and feta. I find pricing appropriate for the portion and fresh ingredients. I also enjoy that patrons can order beer or wine while dining here, a nice option. Another thing I like is the 2 sizes to pick from on many dishes. Nice new store and a welcome addition to Dover. Beats the pants off of places like Olive Garden for flavor and cheaper, too.

Pros: Clean, new store; cool soda machine; trendy decor; online ordering; super friendly staff. Cons: The food is just awful. My family's been here twice now and tried a total of 8 different dishes. None of them were good. Everything is way over-priced for the quality of what you get. The Caesar salad was tiny compared to price and I must've missed how to ask for/pick up dressing, because there was none. The two sides we ordered (potstickers and margherita flatbread) were "meh," not quite terrible, but no better than frozen appetizers. The Penna Rosa with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken is way too spicy; I typically don't care for spicy food, but even my husband, a spicy food addict, thinks it's way too hot. The parmesan chicken was very flat and dry. The Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese with Oven-Roasted Meatballs pasta was fine, but no better than the "gourmet" version of Kraft mac 'n cheese (the kind that comes with the gooey cheese). The meatballs were not good quality; they were juicy enough, but had a bit of a mass-production taste. The Indonesian Peanut-Saute with the Organic Tofu was so bad that my husband actually threw it away after 3 bites. He said it was too spicy and had a bad flavor. He also ordered the Pad Thai with Organic Tofu; that dish sits in our fridge, as we are too skeptical to even try it at this point. I was hopeful that Noodles and Company was going to be the pasta equivalent of Chipotle. I was really disappointed. My impression is that this isn't a store-specific problem, but something about the actual recipes or preparation methods for this chain are just awful.

Food was fantastic. When my wife and I walked in there were three dirty tables with food all over the floor and the bathrooms were both disgusting. The food made up for the bad first impression.

I am a fan of this place. The choices can be healthy the food appears fresh and tasty. The prices are a little in the premium side like a Panera but are worth it for the quality. This location can get very busy at lunch time and it can be difficult finding a table sometimes.

There's some negative reviews here and I don't know why, I really liked the place. It's set up like Cosi or Chipotle and has a cool vibe. Good diversity on the menu too. I had the Thai curry soup, a regular size coconut curry dish with chicken, 6 pot stickers, and a drink for about 16.50. Some people said it was too expensive, I say they should stick with their cheap ass McDonald's because you get what you pay for and this price is on par with similar places I've been to. It was all really good food too, the curry soup was really flavorful. Only gripes are could've used a bit more chicken and the pot stickers were a little flat.

Tried the Japanese pan noodles. Best way I can describe it was that the entire dish tasted burnt. The potstickers were equally disappointing. I took another star off the review because every open table was dirty and in need of cleaning before we could dine in.

Don't let the negative reviews discourage you from trying this restaurant out. Stopped there for dinner tonight for the first time and it was excellent. Pasta dinner was very tasty and served quickly and hot. The menu selection is very good and the staff was very friendly. Again don't be discouraged check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed. We will be back !!

Food was nice and warm, but for what you pay for it isn't great. I don't think will be back anytime soon. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
