Staff was friendly and helpful. My Prime rib was under cooked and after having them cooking longer it had a very strange taste. Manager was very professional in handling this and brought me another steak. Great service Okay food

It was really good! We always enjoy the food at Texas Roadhouse and have a good time. The environment is really hokey, and the country music and dancing is annoying. However, the food is always good. The sweet potato was amazing.

Very disappointed in this Texas Roadhouse! (I'm not in Texas by the way) Just to start the host didn't want to give us a booth...REALLY! Secondly, we had to argue to get a place to sit....HOWEVER, the more experienced staff took great care of us. The service could not have been better. My steak was excellent and the manager gave a credit without us asking or complaining! If the greeters get it together it would be five stars!

The best steaks around, if you know me, you know my thoughts of restaurants in Delaware and the lack of quality dining options. All though they are a chain they are one of the best steak places i have been. They are consistent in all the locations i have been. The rolls are amazing. Now to the negative of this location the parking lot sucks there is no where near enough parking and unless you get there at opening or close to closing good luck finding a spot.

Worst service I've experienced at a restaurant ever. After waiting for an 50 minutes for order to arrive, waitress comes over and tells us the order was never put in at the kitchen. She says the manager would come over to speak to us, as she had told her what had happen. After another 20 minutes food finally arrived but everyone was just ready to leave. Asked the waitress for boxes, and after she leave, another woman comes up and asked if we need boxes. Tell her already taken care of with our waitress, so she leaves. Not sure if this was the manager or not, did not introduce herself. So either way, no apology from manager for the awful service. Maybe not awful, just service as usual. In either case, will never go back. Plenty of decent places to get a steak or burger without setting up a tent to prepare for the wait.

As we walked in, the kid escorting us to our table rattled off an obviously well rehearsed script - "hi-welcome-to-texas-roadhouse-how-are-you-tonight-have-you-been-here-before-and-how-was-your-last-visit" all in one breath, while facing (and walking) away from us. So yeah, we started out feeling like we got real personalized attention and service. Not. We got seated right around the first corner, so we got to hear the whole spiel a few more times, each time a new batch of customers walked in. It took a while for a waitress to get to our table, but she apologized for the delay, so we weren't terribly put out, despite the fact that we were parched and hungry. But then she had something to apologize for again every time she came to the table, which was not so cool. Mostly it was long delays between each visit. Empty drinks going unfilled, long wait for the burgers we ordered, waiting, waiting, waiting. Meanwhile, we got there just after 9pm, and found a mostly empty parking lot. There were dozens of pint-sized female waitresses coming out of the woodwork, so I don't know why everything took so long, but I felt like I was frequenting a sweatshop. When the food arrived, the burgers were delicious, but the fries were lukewarm and tasted like they'd been sitting under the heat lamp too long. Most annoying of all, a half a dozen of the staff dropped everything and started screaming, clapping, and parading through the restaurant a grand total of FOUR TIMES during our meal. Prime seat for that nonsense to pass right by us, too. I wouldn't recommend eating here, but if you do, at least don't let them dump you in that first table around the corner.

Did call ahead seating. Didn't seem to matter, they still had us waiting even though they were seating walk ins immediately. Hostesses had attitude. Sa to say it takes 6 hostesses to seat people. Waitress was pleasant. Ribs were Dry

Definitely the best steak house in Dover. Great food I recommend the Prime Rib smothered in sauteed mushrooms and onions. There is also no limit to the size of steak.

Had enjoyable time with family on Halloween. The Server was energetic and friendly. Food was good; generous portions.

This past New Year's Eve, I went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with a group of seven. Unfortunately, I left wishing that we'd gone to Outback instead. Expecting that TR would be busy on a holiday, we called ahead to add our names to the queue. We were assigned a number, and upon arrival, I saw small screens mounted in the waiting area where your number would appear when your table was ready. When I go to the DMV, I expect to receive a numbered ticket and join the horde of waiting drones. If I'm required to wait at a restaurant, I prefer to be addressed by my name. It didn't take long for our party to be seated, but our seating was less than ideal. A table had been pushed against a four-seater booth to create an awkward seven-person arrangement. My poor uncle got stuck at the endcap, unable to hear parts of the conversation while servers and customers constantly whisked by! I ordered a half-slab of "fall-off-the-bone" ribs, which came out so scorched that I could barely taste BBQ sauce over the char. I should have mentioned my dissatisfaction to the server, but I was stuck on the inside of the booth and thought it rude to complain over everyone else at the table. For what it's worth, my companions who ordered steak or chicken had no qualms with their meals. The whole concept of a steakhouse with pulverized peanut shells littering the floor and boot-scootin' teenage servers seems tacky to me in the first place. With the addition of my poor-quality meal and mediocre service, I doubt that I'll return.

after arriving in town to visit friends and family we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse. The waitress was fantastic, full of energy, kept the drinks full and the empty plates cleared off the table. She joked around with us . The food was excellent . The place was packed however the way we were treated she acted like we were the only ones their. I would recommend this place to everyone.
