This was my second time going. My wife's family lives in Mississippi. So we decide to come back. A great place to have parties for kids and to catch up with some animals. All and all great family trip. Just was a real hot day. No shadow anywhere

Good service, sweet ladies I ordered a burger and frys it was average honestly. But for dessert i had the homemade pecan pie and oh my was that yummy i wanted to order 2 The only actual upseting thing was this waitress who Was this short lil firecracker with red hair cursing at the other waitress and slaming things and F this and F that... It was like a child having a tantrum then everyone just continued to work as normal... kinda comical. I will be coming back for more pie and to try the other items on the menu :)

This restaurant has degraded over the years, mushy vegetables from cans and the food is not that fresh. I had the fried oyster platter and the oysters were bad, just disgusting.

Old school chicken and dumplings, same as my grandmother made, every Wednesday. Hot roast beef sandwich also a favorite of mine. Absolutely love this place.

Agree with the "it's gone downhill" assessment. When we moved to Delaware, we'd trundle down to the exotically, but puzzlingly-named quaint town of Wyoming and eat at this wonderful local home-style restaurant. There were always specials like beef tips, or pork roast and sauerkraut. The apple dumpling (served with a strange bubble gum pink cinnamon sauce) was buttery and sumptuous. And they have oyster stew, a childhood fave of mine. But the quality was always uneven--some days, the food was great, other days, horrible. Now, it's just horrible. The food tastes like institutional glop defrosted and reheated. The place isn't very clean anymore and being seated in the middle room is a dark-brown sadness. (The front room is a bit sunnier and more pleasantly country-style.) The waitstaff can be great--or inattentive to the max. The last meal I had was inedible. So I have to say, this is no longer the quaint country place we enjoyed a decade ago when we moved here.

Kind of gone downhill from the days I remember. Prices have increased, food quality has decreased. Need to desperatly remodel. Place is old and sometimes smelly.

This is the place for homemade down home cooking . Staff is friendly, great food portions. Every time i come in town i make sure i visit this place. Excellent daily specials. the close early so its not a 8 pm dinner. I love this place.. Nice family run business
