We go to this KFC/Taco Bell because it is right by our house. It used to be the best fast food around, the owner cared and the staff cared. However, about 6 months ago, all of a sudden it because the worst fast food place around. Not on this trip, but before, I have personally waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes for good. RIDICULOUS! Every time we go here, and I do mean every time...something is wrong with our order. Every time. This particular time, the burrito's were the size of tacos. We ordered Taco supremes and they had no tomatoes on them. The Nachos Bell Grande had all of the toppings in one small blob in the middle of the nachos. We received no "Spork" to eat our enchirito with. We asked for Green burritos and received green AND red sauce! The place is a joke, staff doesn't care if they move fast, they are disorganized and slow. I will not be returning at all and in fact, I've already contacted the corporate office. At this point, I'm tired of being disappointed by a place I used to know appreciated the value of great customer service.

Still no refund given for terrible food and service. Promised a refund from day one. I've called four times to the corporate office and I'm being told a call will come and a refund will follow. To date nothing. If you are wondering how a place like this keeps its franchise license while it kills the brand. Simple no follow up or repercussions from offering bad service. Two words: FOOD POISONING!! I was in bed for two whole days because I couldn't stop vomiting. I felt so weak. There is another reviewer on here that said the same thing. Do not eat here! I bank across the street at Wells Fargo and talked to some of the tellers there and a few of them agreed and said they all got upset stomachs from eating here. It is not worth it, you will be damaging your health.

At this point the only reason to go to this Taco Bell is to marvel at the absolute shit storm that is somehow still up and running. If I could write a letter to someone who is competent enough to do something I would. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this place is closed within the year.

Blown away by the total lack of service and cleanliness of this dump. Should not take 10 or more minutes for a meal. It wouldn't be so bad, but this restaurant is consistently well below average. Fix the store or just tear it down. I have started to drive to the taco bell on wads and 88th. I work next to the bad one and it's just not worth it

So, it is fast food, so I suppose there should not be a high expectation when it comes to food and staff. However, this restaurant has the dubious honor of being the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever has the displeasure of ordering from. The restaurant never has a good stock of food ready for customers. Every time I have attempted to order grilled chicken from this place, they are out of at least one cut of chicken (usually breasts and legs). Fast food is not very "fast" when you have to wait 10-20 minutes for a piece of chicken to be cooked before an order is fulfilled. Since it would take 10 minutes for the staff to refund the money, it is better to just wait. The restaurant is very dirty, with sticky counters around the drink machine that never seem to be cleaned, and grime surrounding the food prep area that looks like someone walked through the area with shoes covered with tar. Even simple orders take 5 - 10 minutes to fulfill. Why in the hell would it take 10 minutes to prep a pair of tacos and a single burrito? Give me a break. What is ironic is that pretty much every other fast food joint in the area has attentive, fast, and friendly staff, and a relatively clean food prep environment. I have no clue how this specific franchise has remained in business.

WOW, well I get my chicken elsewhere, (KS) but I like my sides from TB (coleslaw, mashed and gravy and biscuits). BAD IDEA. I dont know who does the hiring, but I ordered the above and was in the drive through for 22 minutes. The girl took my credit card and swiped, just as the other girl said we are out of biscuits. I said, dont swipe my card until the order is fixed. She said, I already did. WTF? Incompetent. I couldnt believe it. Then they said you could have another side instead, but I already ordered ALL the sides they have, as I get my chicken elsewhere. Anyway, the coleslaw had NO sauce, the mashed and gravy was overcooked in the heat lamps. AND 27 minutes later, fully disapointed. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I didnt expect rocket science, but I expected at least a 30 IQ. What a joke.

Not good here today. Couldn't get order right, store filthy, food & wrappers all over floor in back. Charged my credit card $412 for $12 order, had to get $400 credit.
