Had the noodle bowl and was very impressed. Tons of meat on top, great fish sauce. Haven't tried the pho yet so can't comment on that. They do have a "central" option which is supposed to be a spicier recipe, looks interesting Nice to know there's a good Vietnamese option in Orchard Parkway. Will definitely come back

Credit card machine was down today on 7/12/15 Saturday. Customers should be informed about these details before they order, not after. Had to go find an ATM so we had cash to pay. Food was not that great either. The pho broth was very oily and kind of bland. I usually expect a subtle 5 spice (star anise, cloves, cinnamon, fennel, etc) to come through on a good pho broth but it was either very weak or masked by the abundance of oil. The rare steak cuts in my pho were also inconsistent. Some beef pieces were cut very thin and others very thick. This is always a problem because of the uneven cook. I gave this place a 1-star mainly because of the mis-management. Informing the customer about the broken credit card machines after their meal feels slightly scandalous. I think the owners wanted to "sucker" us in knowing once we've ordered and eaten that we would have to pay. They must not know that small business rely heavily on repeat customers and good word of mouth in order to be successful. I really wanted this place to be great when I walked in. There are not many good pho restaurants this far up north and unfortunately that still seems to be the case. The failure of this restaurant is inevitable. I just hope they close down sooner than later so a proper restaurant can take its place and provide a great dining experience to the local community.

I have been here a few times and I think this is probably the best pho I have had. The broth is really unique so that is what makes the meal. I have never had broth that even compares to this even at the pho places on Federal. I have gotten the same thing every time- a spicy combo pho bowl- because I love it so much. It has definitely got a kick to it and you get SO. MUCH. I have never been able to finish my bowl even when I have a big appetite. A $10 bowl can get you three meals if you plan it. The decor really needs to be updated, it does not look like a pho place at all. I have had a waitress who looked confused when I ordered and kind of dazed off looking at us. My friend ordered a drink she didn't even know they had! Other than that, they are friendly and usually pretty attentative. My friends that live in the apartments behind the Orchard go at LEAST once a week, so I'm sure I will be back!

Foods alright, besides over hearing someone get dirty silverware, and says closed at 9:30 and walked in at 9:00. Was told they were closed.

I'm not a fan. First time in today. Bought a quick lunch of Shrimp spring rolls and piña colada boba. The springs rolls were just okay but I did not like the peanut dipping sauce...tasted like they went over board with the fish sauce or vinegar? Watery and sour. The Boba? blah!!!The tapioca pearls were steaming hot on the bottom of my cup, flavorless and dry and gritty in the middle. Like they took some dry ones and did a quick boil before tossing them in my drink...GAG! chucked that baby in the trash. I won't be back here. But a tip to the owner... A fresh can of paint over the old French Theme would help with the Pho concept.

I've only been here twice and never ordered pho, but what I did order was rather tasty. The spring rolls are large and have a nice texture, and the seasoning on the meat is always delicious. I really like the peanut sauce. The boba was decent. I've had better. They only do the cold smoothie kind, no milk tea, but it's not bad. The service is...awkward? I guess that's the only way to describe it. There's usually only ever been 1 or 2 people working at a time when I've been there and you start to feel kind of strange sitting in there if its not busy. It's just quiet and it's not always immediately clear how the process goes (Do I sit wherever I want? Where should I pay? etc), like you're intruding on them. But they are friendly. Like some others have mentioned, the decor is left over from when it used to be a crepe place. I don't know if they just haven't gotten around to painting it for if they really just enjoy the French theme. I find it kind of endearing. That said, it's nice little place to stop in after doing some shopping.

Time for an update! But, the five stars still stand, so no real dirt to dish. On the contrary, things have improved even more! Service was a recurring concern at this noodle shop. I was happy to see some new faces manning the register when my daughter and I stopped in for lunch yesterday. No more wondering, "Gee, should I take my bill to the counter or will I pay at the table?" it appears they've hired new staff and are full table service now. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and our server was quickly making the rounds to everyone taking in lunch yesterday afternoon. They've expanded the menu and have some more traditional Asian dishes as well as the pho, rice noodle bowls and other Vietnamese treats we've always enjoyed. Additionally, they've added fresh lemonade to the beverage list. My daughter loved it; it was sweet with just a hint of sour as she likes it. We both enjoyed pho with rare steak and brisket. Nothing has changed as far as the sizes available, and they're still generous with the amount of meat they dole out. The broth was delicious. I squeezed a little lime and tossed in some basil out of habit, but honestly what I love about their broth is that it generally stands well on its own with little extra seasoning. It wasn't overly salty, either. Prices are still very reasonable and the pho itself grows closer to the standard Pho Duy has set in my mind. Is the pho exactly on par with Pho Duy? Those are huge shoes to fill, so I'd have to say no. But Orchard is still one of the best food values in and around Orchard Town Center, and it keeps getting better.

Not too impressed. Egg rolls burned. Good variety of vegetables in the small veggie pho. Our friends were not excited about their rare steak pho. We will probably not return.

I really enjoyed this place. I like the decor alot. I am not sure if it is from the previous place, but it has a happy feel, and I loved it. We were greeted and seated promptly. I ordered the Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken and it was wonderful. Only 6.95! My daughter ordered a sandwich as well and just thought it was great. She lives in San Diego and knows Pho places, and she had nothing but praise for this restaurant. Prices are great and they serve beer too. A bottle of Fat Tire was $2.95. I will go back again soon.

The combination noodle bowl is a great inexpensive way to eat great food with you lady!

Their pho is phine. Not spectacular but certainly not bad. The decor is odd, since they didn't really redecorate when the crepe place folded and they took over the space. The service ranges from frosty to almost useless, but you save a little money on tips that way. I suffer from fairly constant pho cravings, and this little place satiates my lust effectively. Beyond that, it is certainly nothing special. They really do need to get it together with the service; I will go there for a quick bite, for lunch, etc. But I would never take people to dinner there.

Edit* I decided to write about the sandwiches and Boba drinks only since this combination of Vietnamese food is new to the area. The Banh Mi (Sandwich- Dac Biet/special style) I had was loaded with meat on a pretty huge baguette. I thought it was okay and certainly will satisfy a craving though I did feel that it needed more vegetables. (specifically the pickled carrots and daikon) The drinks- We tried an avocado boba and a coffee boba. This is where my gripe comes in. You cannot claim to have the best boba in town if you are serving boba pearls that are clearly well over 8 hours old. (That's the time limit on boba- 8 hours after preparation.) The boba they serve here not chewy. I'm not even sure how to describe them but it was not delicious. The smoothies themselves were fine but nothing to write home about. If you're trying to get some boba to satisfy a craving, go to Pho 7 on 120th. It's a bit better there. I'd like to give it a 2.5 overall.

Been here quite a bit since the first reviews. going to have to downgrade based on service, lack of service is more like it. Last time we were there I don't think the waiter said one word to us. We sat, he tossed down menus, no attempt to fill a beverage order and came back a few minutes later with a pad in hand and just stood over the table silent. We ordered, still no mention of drinks so I asked for a Coors, which brought without a word. Food comes still no speaking. Check comes, not a peep. Thought he may have been a mute or shy guy that doesn't speak English but I heard him speaking to other employees. Sounded like an American to me so I don't get the silent thing. Actually both guys working the front said nothing to anyone dining there that I could see. If either one is there on my next visit I won't even bother. Really weird because the last times we were there we actually sat and watched ball games with the servers and they were friendly.

I really liked the pho . The service was friendly and prompt . It's in a good location with all the other stores and it was reasonably priced . I would and will go again . My son was with me and he liked it too . Their coffee is great .

Great location. Very bland broth in Pho. Service is lack luster. Atmosphere is cold and odd. Think this was a french bistro before and the decor was never updated?

I'm a fan. Gone to EVERY pho place on 120th/Fed and this is definitely worth the mini trek out to it. Each time I'm happy with the base of the broth and the ingredients (rare steak). I haven't ventured outside of that, other than to have the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, but those were tasty. Worth it methinks.

I don't remember of there pho was good, but it wasn't bad. The people there are friendly. Great location and easy access. The interior of the restaurant is very clean looking and sleek, they spent a lot of time making it look great.

Great quirky pho place. The pho is some of the best on the North side. The place itself is a bit whimsical it looks as if it used to be a french restaurant...but I kind of like that it hasn't been transformed...it really adds to the charm. It appears family owed and we have been there when they get overwhelmingly busy, but always are well taken care of. The veggie pho is GREAT with lots of vegetables. We haven't dabbled in the menu, but I hope this place makes it. We certainly make an effort to go here as often as we are over here! Yummy.

Totally under staffed. I couldn't get mad, because I just felt bad for the guy. All and all the pho tai was good.

This place is nothing special. The pho is bland and they are skimpy on their meat. The Vietnamese egg rolls were good, people go to a good pho restaurant to get good pho. We didn't try anything else on the menu, but we know the short trip to 120th is where we will go for pho in the Broomfield area.

Amazing! The only way to describe the pho. The staff is quick and prompt which makes it easy to go for a quick lunch. The pho is always excellent and at a reasonable price.

Not much of a complainer. I went in there to order the Vietnamese sandwich. Grabbed a seat and order 1 Vietnamese combination sandwich to dine in. Waited, waited and waited, nothing! I seriously don't think it takes 20 minutes to make a sandwich. Waiter never came back to refill the water or let me know what was going on with my order. The place was not busy and they were definitely not short staffed.

I gave this place a try on the 1st day of opening i think. I had some expectations for error since it's new. Boy i was way wrong. They serve Pho like how it should be and with friendly service all around. I know how Pho should really taste and this is the place for REAL PHO!!! I also tried the egg rolls and it's right on the money. This place will become a weekly visit for me.

Went here the other day alone during lunch hours. While I stood waiting, 2 parties were seated before me even after the same "hostess" asked me how many in my party. Apparently seating more than 1 person is priority regardless if you came in first or not. As they saw me walking out, they pointed at me with a dirty look on their face. Guess it's another way of them being rude. Won't go back.

I love this place! Had the pho but just had the egg noodle soap and it is just like Vietnam! The sandwich can't be beat. Coming back for sure.
