We were trying to decide whether to go here or to New Star Cafe over by King Soopers since we had a hankerin' for breakfast for dinner! We decided to go here since we knew IHOP pancakes are pretty good in general. We also figured they wouldn't mind having a 2 year-old in the restaurant ... Showed up and it was a slow Saturday night. We were greeted right away and seated. The waitress took our drink order immediately and was very friendly. We also were able to put in our food order very quickly when she came back with the drinks, which was really good with the kid there. We noticed during the wait for our food that the interior had been redone, and the place was pretty clean overall. Our food came and was exactly as we ordered it! It all tasted great ... and I even got the all you can eat pancakes (of which I could only eat 3). The waitress kept checking on us to make sure all was well and our drinks were refilled, which was very nice. At the end of our tasty meal - which SERIOUSLY hit the spot - the waitress brought our check and let us know that kids eat free from 4-10 pm. Freakin awesome. Went to pay, and a different guy who I'm assuming was the manager rang us up for the full price and stated the total. I asked him about kids eat free, and he said "Yep, they do." and then took the $5 meal off the bill. The wife asked if that was just on Saturdays or something and he said "No, every night from 4-10." He saw the 2 year-old with us and the kids pancake on the bill, but was going to charge the full amount anyway if I didn't ask. Pretty crappy but whatever, everything else was surprisingly good! I ate too much, though.

On the whole, the experience could be summed up as "meh". My server was pretty attentive and did a nice job anticipating guests needs (asking about appropriate condiments for their specific order). The food was plainer than Jane who sat across from you in biology class 20 years ago. The bacon was limp and undercooked and the pancakes were very underwhelming. For a place that specializes in pancakes, they were nothing to write home about. There's four different kinds of syrup on the table, but not a true maple syrup. It came in a bottle marked "old fashioned" but tasted like the cheap, generic Sysco syrup found in every cheap restaurant across town. It definitely was not a true maple syrup. The portions seemed rather small as well. A big thumbs down goes to the Wi-Fi. I wanted to browse sports scores and got a message that said "Sites in this category have been blocked". What's the point of providing Wi-Fi if you're going to block out certain categories of information?

Mediocre food, decent service. The dining room was fairly clean although being sat next to a table wot withh congeled gravy on the plates left is kind of gross. The server (unusual name that starts with a T) did a good job of handling a few large parties of drunks at 2 am. The night manager seems to be clueless as to how a restaurant is run. Apparently the manager hides in the back and gets snotty when it is time to help customers. This place refused to do separate checks. When cashing out the manager REFUSED to help at all and only continued to ask how much each individual was paying and reminded us of sales tax. Due to his clueless and rude behavior, I doubt we will be back.

Waited for 15 to 20 minutes. Wasn't acknowledged by the wait staff. They kept looking at us, but nothing. The guy in black at the front register didn't seemed to be bothered either. He could have helped wait tables or been more courteous. Save your time and your patience. Go eat somewhere else.

I have to be honest. The waitress was amazing. Yessi was the name I saw and even left a substantial tip for her just being outgoing and friendly. The food however.. a different story. The pancakes as anyone knows ihop is known for them, but they were decent for being in at 3 in the morning. I had ordered the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and eggs. Eggs were not cooked fresh, the steak and the hashbrowns tasted like they were just reheated. I regret that unfortunately woke up at 630 and threw up chunks of my late night 'dinner'. Overall.. the waitresses are amazing. The food... I understand it's late, I understand you guys don't want to be there that late either. But you being open is greatly appreciated, please put forth the effort to please your customers and make it fresh. Not just out the frozen bag and into 'Chef Mic' (microwave) The 2 star rating is for yessi if it wasn't for her it'd be completely different..

If I could give this no stars, I would. After a long all lighter a friend and I went to get some breakfast. There were five consumers in this restaurant including the two of us. The boys had already been served so we ordered our drinks And asked for a couple minutes to look over the menus. We were then ignored for 20 minutes until we just walked out and went to the village inn down the street. The absolute worst customer service I've ever received.

We went in on Mothers Day - place was packed, I mean, crazy packed. I've never seen a restaurant run so well, and I've eaten at the nicest of restaurants, so to see this at an iHop was totally unexpected. I spent 13 years in the restaurant business and this location runs like a Rolex. Teamwork, they were moving people fast, the wait staff all had great attitudes. The managers on duty were hands on - seating people, picking up plates. I was so impressed! Great job. My mom even got a beautiful long stem rose on the way out.

Pretty slow Friday night.. We're seated straight away, all went down from there. Manager took our drink order and came back with water only, no one ever came back to us after that. The people seated after us were promptly greeted and their order taken. We finished our waters and with still no luck decided to take our business elsewhere.

I am usually not a fan of IHOP. We went to the IHOP on 120th today for breakfast...just for something different. I have never been to this IHOP so, I thought I would give it a fair chance. It was a little larger than other IHOP restaurants I have been to. The parking lot was packed so I thought we would have a wait but we were seated right away. The table was clean. There were some crumbs on the seat but that is not a big deal since they are easily cleared off. I was just glad nothing was sticky and the glasses and silverware were washed!! My girlfriend greatly enjoyed her breakfast (which looked and smelled very good). I somewhat enjoyed mine. Everything tasted fine but I was a little turned off by the temperature of my food. My omelet and hash browns were room temperature (which caused my food to become cold very quickly). I don't want my food piping hot...warm is ideal. I did find a raw mushroom in my omelet...which was fine since I eat them raw in salads anyway...I just did not expect it in my omelet. I think this was surprising mainly because I ate the raw mushroom immediately after I took a bite of ice cold tomato!! (And I mean ice cold! I thought I put a ice of tomato flavored ice in my mouth!) I expected warm tomatoes and warm, cooked mushrooms so getting cold tomatoes and a raw mushroom was shocking. Aside from that, everything was okay. I would give this review 2 stars (the food wasn't disgusting by any means but I've had better). It is getting 3 only because of our server. He was awesome!!! He was friendly, funny and at the top of his game (at 8:30am). He made our IHOP breakfast experience fun and unique. I may give this place a second chance...but not any time soon.

Regular old IHOP. Food is usually greasy, delicious, fairly cheap, and the selection is pretty large. I always eat more than I should here, and hate myself later. The waitresses are always extremely up beat and nice. The cleanliness always seems to be a second priority. Clean it up! I love their chicken fried steaks! The gravy is always a bit too salty though.

It's Ihop - that's as simple as it gets - it's an Ihop! Don't expect that much. The service was slow - it took forever to get anything, and well our waitress had the personality of a brick wall. Fantastic... The food at Ihop is always pretty good though, although I've also, like most people, never eaten anything other then breakfast. It's fall season and PUMPKIN is back. Yay!! I dig their pumpkin pancakes - give those a try.

So, yeah, it's an iHop. But this one is in a new building, complete with contemporary-(ish) decor and relative cleanliness. Also, the place was positively *Rockin* on a Tuesday Morning at 11ish. Cool. I don't think I've had anything other than breakfast at iHop since high school (which was many, many, many Mango Seasons ago) but, well, it's got the word PANCAKES in its name. You come here for breakfast. It ain't gourmet, but then it's not priced as if it is, either. Good, hot pancakes, available with a variety of toppings, syrups, and fixn's. They also have some crazy specialties like Cheesecake Stuffed something or another and Cinnamon-Swirl Stacks of Sugar Coma Inducing Sweetness. Their bacon is crisp and not drowning in grease, which is nice. I asked for well-done hashbrowns, and they managed to cook them marginally more than others' around me. Covered in Cholula Hot Sauce with some eggs thrown in, they were just peachy. When you join their eClub, you'll get a coupon for a Free Rooty Tooty Fresh n Fruity breakfast. No catch, no purchase necessary, and they didn't give us any crap for using it, either. Oh, and that Butter Pecan Syrup is INCREDIBLE drizzled over sausage links.

Early Sunday morning we were out driving around and decided to go to IHOP we did beat the Sunday breakfast rush(around 8:00). Westminster isn't really our neck of the woods and we don't normally go there. We were seated right away and I was impressed with the cleanliness of everything and the big dish of little creamers already on the table. I take cream in my coffee so I like this. The waitress was friendly, fast, and the wait staff was dressed to cheer on the Rockies...rah rah rah.... I ordered a Western omlet w/ a stack of 3 pancakes off the 7 for $7 menu, and asked for a side of salsa. I got a big omlet and I got a generous side of salsa but they charged me $1.29 for the salsa. Hot sauce was on the table next to the ketchup but I didn't want hot sauce, I wanted a tangy salsa that would not burn my tongue. So, beware you might get charged for extra salsa if you order wrong. Other than that I have nothing to complain about. I am sure we will get there again. It's OK and the coffee was good..

I don't go to Ihop very often. I like the food, most of the staff is nice. This experience I just had was ridiculous. I sit down order a Pepsi, he brings it back with no straw. Alright that's fine I don't need a straw. I then proceed to drink my soda its freakin diet. I'm not sure if he didn't listen or he thought I should be drinking diet. One if I was drinking diet anything I wouldn't be at Ihop, uh hello fattening food ever! You get the point. Then I order my breakfast for dinner. He questions me and my options for breakfast. I'm reading it to him. He then says oh really. I'm like yeah its right here. I like to eat and don't mess with me and my food. I don't need diet anything. I find this comical. So if you go here don't expect much. Just order, eat, and get out.

So this place is standard for an ihop. Pretty tasty pancakes with a multitude of syrups. The waitress was friendly and helpful. So all in all, it was a pleasurable experience for the most part. Where they fell short was seating people. For some reason the lobby was full of people when there were multiple tables wide open, including the side dining room, which was COMPLETELY empty. Nary a soul in there. It took us about 10 minutes to get seated. This wasn't 10 minutes as in "we're busy so it should be about a 10 minute wait." This was "we're not going to show up at the hostess station for 10 minutes."

I haven't stepped into an IHOP for over a decade. Completely forgot about the senior citizen and I'm-stuck-in-the-80s crowd. The big steak omelette sounded good on paper but wasn't so much in my mouth. Couldn't chew the damn steak. It was so rubbery. Those seniors must have some tough dentures. The salsa tasted like Picante from a can. The banana caramel pancakes reminded me of banana cream pie. Double blueberry pancakes were surprisingly good. Neither of the pancakes required syrup. Sweet enough with all the toppings. $2.29 for coffee from a diner? Even if it is unlimited refills, just doesn't seem right.

Fast service for a busy Saturday. (hence the two stars) Server decent but not great. (forgot to bring cream for coffee and hot syrup but when reminded did bring). Hashbrowns were raw and eggs and pancakes were cold. Both meal ruiners for me. Better off cooking your own breakfast.

The food is always great, the service is always friendly, and there's never been a wait longer than 15 minutes - even when the line is out to the curb. The only reason that I give four stars instead of five is that they sometimes run out of food that I want. Like yesterday - they ran out of bananas. What breakfast place runs out of bananas?!

This ihop was actually not that bad! Our server was Jill and she was such a sweetheart! Everything that we ordered was correct and came out wonderfully. We had a party of 8 which can be complicated for most servers, but Jill did fabulous!
(5)Denise V.
I love this ihop the food is served just how i ask for it everytime wide selection of hot cakes served with all the fixings and the service is fast and great. Thania is always delightful helpful and friendly she is my favorite waitress in this place Thanks Ihop!

Always great food and SO nice to see smiling employees who can have fun and enjoy each other!

(5)Rebecca H.

(3)Joe J.
(3)Austen H.
(3)Jamie L.

Consistency Consistency Consistency That's what I like about IHOP! Always acceptable food, friendly service and they keep my coffee thermos full. Beat the church crowd and read the paper while you're there.

(3)Christian B.

Love coming here with the boyfriend on a Sunday for a late breakfast eat in. Although it can get busy, it's not too crazy of a wait. The place is clean and the waiters are responsive and quick. Perfect pricing for their menu for the portions they serve!
(5)Amanda R.
(3)Justin M.

(2)Kristen A.
(2)Brandi F.
(4)John S.
