I'd give fewer stars if I could. I ordered a cake from them three days ago to pick up at 11 AM. I'm now here at noon, the cake is not ready and they're making me wait. If they can't keep their deadlines they need to let the customers know. The manager squawked at me because I was upset that my cake wasn't ready. If you need a cake from these people I'd recommend ordering it is many days in advance and getting it for a much earlier pick up time then you need it. Front end person was trying very hard to be accommodating. One redeeming factor here is they gave me my cake for free. Needless to say, the manager was squawking at me from the back very agitated and rude! Be careful ordering cakes from these people.

Ordered the usual Founder's Favorite with Vanilla Bean ice cream. The brownie was not blended into the ice cream, but instead left in one large chunk. They appeared to be training the gentleman who was making my order. Never have had a bad experience at Cold Stone until now. Even if you're new at the job, common sense hints at the toppings being well blended!

The store always smells like stinky cleaning agent after someone puked. Maybe it's dirty mop water on the floors. The bathroom smells even worse, like a sewage leak. I hope they are not cleaning the ice cream counter and table tops with nasty cleaning water and towels. The ice cream and service are great though! Check out the smell next time your there.

The customer service was terrible. The store smelt like vomit. The girl that took our order did not even acknowledge me after I greeted her first. I gave her my order and just took my ice cream. My friend was also treated poorly by this same girl. I did not catch her name because I was so irritated with her, but she had many facial piercings. When she handed my friend her ice cream, she pretty much just tossed it at her without saying thank you. Probably will not be returning unless someone else serves me.

Love, love, love this location. They are always so friendly. We often stop by on our way home from dinner and even though there's typically a line the people who work here get us in and out pretty quick. They also do the Cold Stone singing and ice cream tricks which are always a fun bonus. And did I mention the ice cream! There seem to be many boutique ice cream shops popping up lately but I have yet to find one that is better than Cold Stone.

It is so cool watching them catch the ice cream in the bowl. My family of six went there and the kids were so amazed at them catching the ice cream every time! I could've sat there and watched them all day. The ice cream is so Yummy!!!

My ice cream was to runny to hold its shape. The waffle cone is too flimsy and starts to leak ice cream like a dam with holes spurting all over it. What a mess!

We were there this morning. The guy working, I believe his name was Shane, was great. Anyone that can not only get the order correct, but present it in a fun way by tossing it in the air and catching the ice cream in a cup gets 5 stars! This location is not skimpy on the ingredients either. Nice job! We'll be back!
