Carrabba's is one of the Boomin' Brands restaurant chains (Outback, Flemmings, and Bonefish Grill.) While it is probably my least favorite of the their brands, I do have to admit that they do what they do well. They pull off a good mixture of Italian food and you can either eat high end or cheap...depending on what you want. I think their atmosphere is a little dated and I look forward to their upgrades. If they do as well as Outback did with their remodels I am sure it will be great.

We absolutely LOVE Carrabba's. The food is always tasty and for the most part our service is always good. We always get the steak Marsala and the chicken Bryan. In my opinion, the BEST entrees they have. For the most part, we've always had good service. We did have one occasion where the bar was VERY slow and it took quite a while to get our drinks. We were sitting in the bar area and were watching the bartender - it really shocks me that a restaurant like Carrabba's would keep in employ a bartender that was as slow as this guy was. Took us over half an hour to get our drinks. This has really been our only negative experience though. We are for sure going to be long time Carrabba's fans!

This place is going downhill. We haven't had a car side to go order go right as of late, and I really wish they had more vegetarian dishes like Eggplant Parm (Italians can make this dish so well), and more pasta options for vegetarians. I also feel that for what you get it is overpriced, esp. the kids entrees but my husband loves it- thus the three stars. Honestly the best thing to do here is Happy Hour because their Sangria is the bomb, and SOME of the appetizers are good. But if you want traditional bruscetta, this is not your place. Best apps are all fried. :-( Come on Carrabba's.... help me love you!

Took the in-laws out for dinner (both sides). Had a enjoyable time and meal. Definitely recommend call ahead seating! Will be going back to try something different. Price range for meals was 14 and up. Not included was apps and drinks.

This is one of our go-to restaurants when we are craving Italian food. The Host and Wait staff are always attentive and polite, and the restaurant itself is always very clean and welcoming. The food has always been good, and comes quickly after ordering, even when it is extremely busy. I do not drink, but friends have always complimented the booze from the bar.

Very delicious been going there for years, at first I didn't much care for it but my wife did now they added more items on the menu like the Carraba classic lasagna and chicken parmesan along with the Alfredo pasta.

This was a rather good choice. I rarely visit chain restaurants, but Carabba's is a step above. They can satisfy by mom's food allergies and special needs. Our server was full of aplomb and skillful too. He led me to the Classic Chicken Bryan and Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. It was delicious and I may have licked my plate clean. Well done, Carabba's!

We came in around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they sat us at the booths by the bar despite the nearly empty restaurant. There is nothing worse in my opinion than having your server also be the bartender because their priority is never with you, this was true on this trip. The hosts should give you an option before they seat you here, the noise also gets trapped in the corner so it is exceptionally loud. Our server didn't do much to earn the extra stars here, we had asked her for some more of the oil mixture right away, which she forgot and we had to ask again. We were her only table so seems like it would be easy to focus on us. The food was what was seriously lacking on this particular trip, i ordered the Cavatappi Martino, and it was TERRIBLE. There was only a small pool of sauce and it was at the bottom of the dish, the noodles had a hint of red color on them that i would hardly consider "tossed in" the tomato cream sauce. The sauce was sooooo bland with a little bit of a bitter flavor. Our server had stopped by within a few seconds of getting our food which I hadn't tried by then and after that we didn't see her until my parents who i was dining with were completely done with their meals and she shows up with boxes. She tried to hand me the box?!?!?!? Are you kidding? i have a completely full dish and you are handing me a box without wondering why my plate is full? I told her no thanks to the box that I didn't care for the pasta. She asked if I would like something different, which I would have, had she not showed up after everyone else was completely done with their food. She said she would "see what she could do" about taking it off the check. She came back later with the drinks we had to ASK for since they had been empty half the time we were eating and said she was able to take it off the check. No manager ever came by either to apologize or get details of why it was so bad. Maybe they get gross food sent back all the time.

This one star for this visit only. Love the food, always. Happy hour is the best deal around. The service at the bar this time stunk! The bar was not busy, got 2 seats when we walked in. Bartender, I did not catch his name and don't care what it is because we seemed like a inconvenience to him. Slow to greet 5 minutes, slow to bring drinks because he was too busy chatting up the regulars and waitresses. Had to ask twice for a menu and another round and there was a total of 7 people at the bar! Worst of all when folks left he did not clean the bar after they left. 15 minutes we ate and stared at a mess. I have been eating here since it opened, kids my kids went to elementary school with now wait tables here. Finally the cherry on the tiramisu; he found a personality when the check was delivered. This is not what I have come to enjoy at Carrabbas and I hope I never do again!! Enjoy your 10% dude you didn't earn it!

This is how it's done folks. Polite, efficient and courteous staff (I'm talking about you Kelsie) pleasant and calm environment with great tasting and affordable food... Seems so easy a formula, yet so many screw it up. Great night out with my wonderful wife thanks to Carrabba's Westminster and Kelsie!

I've been here several times both here and the vegas one. I didn't care for their food at first because they use to use a lot of fennel in their dishes and I don't like a strong liquor flavor of how it over powers the dish. Well they seem to have changed that, thanks the gods. When I first got their mussels they were nasty and even I couldn't eat more than two so sadly we wasted that. Well this past week we went their because of their second refill, and they offered 3 good dishes. Usually places have the crappy dishes for free refills, but not this time. The only thing I did not like is that they bring it our at the same time! What the heck! My hubby and I looked like pigs with 4 Huge bowls on our table. You would think they'd wait until we finished our first entree right? (rhetorical) but never the less they were delicious. Caprese dip in a jar w/bruschetta - it was not bad, but really small jar and looked like a rushed put together caprese. Nothing like the picture, Clam linguine in cream sauce w/free refill - Delicious and huge, I took the second to go ofcourse. Cappatelli w/bolognese sauce- Delcious and hearty I Love this pasta because it's hearty. We took the second refill to go as well. Cake w/fruit topping - took it to go. It was okay, no flavor aside from the whip cream. I liked that we had a lot of leftovers and it was great the next day and for only 13 bucks for each entree, you can't beat that. I lover their italian soda I had both an orange and rasberry one. All in all I'll go back, but it's when I'm feeling their style of italian food. I do prefer this over olive garden these days, but by far buco depepo is my favorite aside from Maggianos.

The food was fabulous but little pricey. I was disappointed with the service they were not busy at all and the server made it seem like it was going to hurt to smile. Absolutely horrible customer service including the host chewing on a straw while saying a lame good bye. Loved the food but probably better off going to the Olive Garden for better pricing or go to a different location for better customer service.

We ate here a while ago and they were extremely busy but still treated us like we were the only ones there. The food and atmosphere were very good for a chain restaurant. So we really enjoyed our experience.

This review is for atmosphere . As the last bastion for the childless, I appreciate dining at the bar for the calm atmosphere, and NO KIDS. After an extremely stressful day, we came to the bar for a restful, de-stressful area where we could enjoy happy hour. Enter a mom and her two kids, under five, plop the, selves at the bar and one was extremely interrupting. Since when is it ok to have small children at the bar? Why! And we weren't the only ones..another adult approached us and made the same comments. I will be directing our business and the business of friend s elsewhere if this is NOT changed. Fin to have dinner in restaurant with your two young children, but not AT THE BAR. If this is the trend, I will no longer send money your way. And it will end up on Facebook as well. I would like managers reply. I do not sit at the bar to here the child next to us creaming and misbehaving...why are they at the bar?

I have consistently received excellent food and service from the curb-side To GO part of this restaurant. This place is right near my workplace, and on my way home, so sometimes I will do a quick order and pickup for the evening. The food is always cooked well, seasoned well, and very tasty and well put together. I would definitely rate it above your average Olive Garden, but don't expect anything crazy awesome like true, authentic Italian. It is a solid chain restaurant offering consistent, tasty food at a reasonable price. My favorite thing is the spice mixture they give you with their bread that you're supposed to mix with olive oil for dipping. I NEED TO KNOW what spices are in here - I would make a rub and/or seasoning out of this and put it on EVERYTHING.

I used this Carrabbas to cater the food for my wedding at the nearby Noah's. Parker, the manager at this location, could not have been more helpful! He's very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to deliver the delicious food on time along with one of his employees. Together, they delivered the whole operation including setting it up on the tables in our buffet line, and refilling the food trays when needed. They stayed about two hours which was perfect. The food was delicious and it's must more cost effective than paying $45/plate if you cater through anyone else. Highly recommend, specifically this location, because I trust Parker!

My wife and I had never been; took our two young boys (ages 4 & 5) and walked away very impressed. The boys got some raw pizza dough to play with and my wife and I enjoyed good happy hour wines (served until 7pm). The food was great, the server was wonderful, and the manager stopped by to check in on us. Will definitely be back.

The Chicken Soup is my favorite.... Thanks to the Amici Club, though, I've been able to expand my horizons. The wine is top quality, the servers are always helpful and courteous. I love the family-style atmosphere with (more than) a touch of class. My favorite place to go, whether alone or with a group, or even with that special someone. Perfect. Always

I have a long history with Carrabba's. I used to dine at one of the two original locations in Houston, so I'm excited that Carrabba's is here. But, it's not the same. Food resembles the original, but the look, feel and service of the place does not come close. The four stars is for the food. There are so many menu choices that I just love: Pasta Weesie, Chicken Parm, Fettucini Alfredo, Tag Pic Pac, etc. Best chain Italian food around: best bread, best (house) salad on a cold plate (!), best happy hour for wine. We usually dine at the Carrabba's on McCaslin in Louisville, and that is my preferred location. On this occasion, we were in the vicinity of 92nd Avenue, so we went there. The waiter was attentive and professional. Yet, and this is not a problem unique to this particular location or waiter, my entree appeared while I was still eating my salad. I've dined at Carrabba's dozens of times, and I have to say that the only time the entree did not arrive when I was still eating my salad was when I specifically asked the waiter not to bring my entree until I was done with my salad. So, if you dine at Carrabba's, I highly recommend asking your waiter (something you should not have to do) to pace your meal properly. Another waiter faux pas is to ask if I'm ready for my entree to be boxed up because the person I'm dining with is done eating. (I wasn't done "working" on my dinner). Also, on this occasion, the waiter did not ask to refill our bread. Usually they do, and I recommend getting that extra bread because you will be grateful for it when you are eating your leftovers -- which I just did -- without any bread. We'll return to our usual location next time, and I will remind the waiter to let me finish my salad. I love you Carrabbas, but slow the f**k down!

One of the better Italian chains. I went here tonight for the first time (at this location or in CO). The service was excellent and the prices were typical of an Italian chain. Their happy hour isn't anything to write home about....no food specials and the drink specials were just "eh". I had the Pasta Weesie and house red wine. Both very good. My friend had the Penne Franco which I tried and also was good. This place is much better than Olive Garden (which I am not a fan of). In the way of Italian chains, Carraba's and Bucca De Beppo are my favs. Although both places are a very different both experience and food.

Called ahead on drive over and party of 6 got right in. I had shrimp and scallops in a cream and vodka sauce over pasta. Very good and filling. Nice salad and bread with olive oil and herbs to dip. Not bad wine list and bar. Very chill family atmosphere and we were very casual on attire. Great food and fit on short notice. Bit more upscale feel than Olive Garden . Go get it!

I went there on a Saturday around 9pm so my experience may have been different. Considering that this is an Italian food chain, I was expecting a crowded place and having to wait a long time for my meal (like Olive Garden). Fortunately, my experience was much better than that. The place wasn't too crowded (maybe because of the hour), the servers were attentive and the food came within minutes (by the time we were done eating our bread, which is convenient). Even though I didn't see as much variety as I expected in their menu, the dishes we had were OK to good in my opinion. TL;DR: For a chain restaurant, it was good.

With our recent move, we're not quite as close to the city or to some of our other regular spots. We've been making the rounds to some of the places that are closer to the new house. I really enjoyed our dinner at Carrabba's a few weeks ago. We decided to head up that way on a Friday night to grab dinner. It was crowded and they were communicating about a 30 minute wait, but we managed to grab 2 seats at the bar. It was still happy hour when we arrived, and we were pleasantly surprised by the offerings. A quartino (think BIG glass) of wine for the price of a glass and I believe the liquor is half price as well. There were quite a few things on the menu that looked good and I had a little bit of a hard time deciding. We both opted to go with pasta - which is a rare thing. Neither of us eats pasta very often. I went with the Penne Franco and added shrimp. He opted for the lobster ravioli - both were tasty and really hit the spot. To make it an even better experience, when we ordered our second round of drinks, she gave them to us at happy hour prices, even though happy hour had ended about 30 minutes earlier. That's a big plus in my book! I will definitely visit again, a few of the offerings on their seasonal summer menu are calling my name.

This is an Italian chain restaurant I honestly didn't ever take the time to eat here until we went for someone's birthday. Their olive oil with herbs and bread that they bring out were really good. The chicken parm was pretty great however a bit over priced. They made my panini with steak which was pretty good and served with a tomato cucumber salad which was good again a little over priced. Everyone's food looked pretty good however a lot of it was seafood so I didn't try it. It was all pretty good and our wait staff was very kind. Not bad but I'd rather go to a small Italian place or make it at home.

This place rocks! I used to work here and it is one of the best Carrabba's in the state. You know why? Because the staff (in the kitchen - most notably), many of them, have been working there since day one and you could set your watch to their precision! Love my Carrabba's in Westminster!!!!

We went on a whim when we were seated the light over our head went out the staff was nice & moved us the mussels were good, we had pork chops, veal & chicken all good but the highlight of our evening was the 6'4" dark haired manager with a goatee & killer smile "What a Hottie" Wow! we all were like DAMN! he looked like an ex college football star the food maybe a B but you sir are an A+ 5 stars sir 5 stars!

we got seated promptly.everyone was friendly. our waiter was aq little too formal. the portions were good sized. we got the extra bread,we asked for. my pork chops were tender and flavorful.it was worth the price. i would go back again, to try other items.

This is really the only chain Italian restaurant that we eat at. Most Italian chains consist of mediocre pasta topped with loads of cheese. Because I do not eat cheese it is difficult to find a nice pasta meal that is designed to be served without cheese. Carrabbas has the Tag Pic Pac. It is simply a tagliarini pasta with a crushed tomato and olive oil sauce. I order mine with the grilled chicken and it has never been disappointing! The wait staff has always been great and very helpful with determining what other menu items are or can be made dairy free. One of the best parts of the meal is the warm bread and olive oil and herb dip that they serve at the beginning of the meal. I think I would be happy with eating that bread and herb dip as a meal itself! It is so wonderful! And they have a bottle of olive oil on the table so you can pour more into the herb plate when you are running low. I read on the internets that the "perfect man" drinks beer and owns an Audi. As a humbly imperfect man I drive a Toyota and when I patron Carrabas I drink their blackberry sangria. It is just a nice, sweet, fruity drink that makes me happy whilst I am drinking it! And during happy hour you can get the quartino, which is approximately 2 glasses, of sangria for the price of one glass. Carrabas is a nice relaxing place to have a good meal and great service!

This carrabbas is always good. The food, no matter what I get is fantastic. The calamari is delicious and a great starter. The mezzaluna is my favorite pasta. We also love their sangria.

Good food but the server sucked. Totally ignored us for a good 5 min after we finished eating even walking past several times. She never even mentioned the bread pudding which asks you to order it early since it takes 20 min to make. Totally not going to come back to this location.

Its a hit or miss ! some of the menu items are really nice, some are meh! If I don't know what to order, or don't want to think too much about it, I order the pizza here. Any.. they are all good. Their pastas are a different tale altogether. sometimes they are overcooked, sometimes under. Sometimes they are rolled too thick. So I don't order that here. EVER! stay away from the calamari too. stretchy and very very oily! sigh! Calamari is my fav dish! but just not here

Being from NYC, I know it's tough to like any Italian restaurant, much less a chain. But, I have been going to this place since the mid 1990's and have never been disappointed. The service is always good, the food excellent and the portions generous. Might not be real Italian, but who cares?
If you've eaten at one Carrabba's, you've eaten at them all. Usually this would have a negative connotation, but in this case it is great. I have eaten at several Carrabba's locations in Georgia and Florida, and have become accustomed to a certain level of food and service. This location does not disappoint! My favorite appetizer is the zucchini fritte. I don't usually like zucchini, but this is really good- lightly fried with yummy garlic aioli sauce. My boyfriend was shocked to like it when I got him to try it. Their caesar salads are pretty good, although the caesar dressing is sweeter than most places. It is kind of odd the first time, but still good. My absolute favorite pasta dish is the lobster ravioli. It is expensive (I think $17) but it is worth it. The ravioli is stuffed with lobster in a nice light cream sauce. It has ruined me for lobster ravioli at other places like Romano's Macaroni Grill or Johnny Carino's. I was here when the Broncos were playing the Steelers in the playoffs (the game they won in overtime), we were sitting in the bar area under a TV, and still had excellent service.

chain chain chain... chain of italian food! yes, carrabba's is a chain restaurant. BUT it is a GOOD chain restaurant. having been to our share of italian restaurants around the globe, what carrabba's authentically delivers every time is fantastic service. our server handled fussy eaters AND the children at our table like a pro. while it was clear she had several other large tables on a busy friday night, our glasses were always full, bread was plentiful, and any special request was graciously and promptly honored. so, 4 stars. do it!

Great food and atmosphere. Feels more romantic in the booths than alot of the higher end restaurants and the food is not just your normal chain italian but has surpirses like chicken with a port and fig reduction if you would like pictures of the meal feel free to check out my blog.

The food is great, classic Italian stuff. It's like a step up from Olive Garden. The wait on the weekends is long so make sure you're with someone you know you can tolerate for a while (aka not a great place for a first date).

I've eaten at pretty much every chain restaurant within a five-mile radius of my house more than once. The experiences have ranged from lingering resentment to mild satisfaction. Sometimes the satisfaction is so mild that it turns to lingering resentment, but I have to give it up for my last meal at Carrabba's. My girlfriend and I went a few months ago when they had some prix fixe promotion going on. We were able to do a three-courser for about $20 a head. I began with the zucchini fritte, which were positively kick-ass: french-fry cut, still just a tad gooey inside from the heat of the fryer, and dusted in a light breading that was delicious. They didn't even need the aioli that came with them. The steak that followed was a perfect medium rare, with a nice ladle of tender mushrooms and garlicky sauce that suited the meat wonderfully. While not a knockout for flavor, the side of pomodoro pasta I had with it was of flawless consistency. The dessert I remember less, although I recall enough to know it was good: a shot-glass affair that rounded things out nicely. I'm no champion of the chains, but that night, Carrabba's pretty much nailed it. A delicious meal with prompt, professional service. Props.

Yes, it's yet another Italian restaurant chain. Who knew we would need so many of them? But I'd have to say that Carrabba's is my favorite of the chains, as long as I remember what not to order. First of all, the service is always good. There is almost always a wait for a table, but there are plenty of places to hang out. If you're lucky, you can grab a drink at the bar while you wait. Those seats go quickly! The very best part of Carrabba's is the bread and oil they bring at the start. The bread is dense, just like I like it. And the oil is more than just olive oil, salt and pepper. They have a special mix with lots of garlic and herbs in it. You drag that mix up with the oil onto your bread and you're in heaven before you even look at the menu. It's hard to be cranky with that bread and oil on the table. Now, my issue with chain restaurants is how salty they tend to make the food. That might be fine for most people, but it's definitely not fine with me. I've tried many items on the Carrabba's menu, and every single thing has been too salty. Some things have been so salty that I can't finish them. So now I know what to order. They have a sausage lentil soup that isn't on the menu, though they make it every day. I get a big, honkin' bowl of that and it comes in a bathtub. It's a little bit spicy, filled with lots of sausage. It's too salty, but for some reason that's okay with this soup. I almost always get a few bowls to go, which I then put in my freezer for a future happy day. They'll also include bread, packets of olive oil, and that wonderful mix of garlic and spices for you to take home. It goes perfectly with the soup. Other times, I get a smaller cup of that fabulous soup along with a salad. The Insalata Fiorucci is my favorite. I wouldn't say it's spectacular, but it's pretty good. I always eat every bite and I leave satisfied. Seriously, everything else on the menu is not very good at all, if you ask me. The pasta is overcooked. The meats are overseasoned. Nothing is simple -- it's all too "fussy" and it ruins the final dish. Oh, but that soup!

WOW! This place rocks! I love going to Olive Garden and especially love Maggianos, but Carrabba's really surprised me. I keep hearing about how good they are, but never had it, so I decided to give em a try. Boy was I delighted! The service was great, the manager actually stopped by our table to welcome us since we mentioned it was our first time to our server. He was nice enough to invite us to 5280 week and also hooked us up with a free desert to use on our next trip. The food was absolutely fantastic!!! I had the Pork Chop Marsala and about died eating it because it was so good. GREAT food, GREAT service and the prices aren't bad either. The aura of the place screams expensive, but don't be fooled, prices aren't bad at all. I will be returning to this restaurant again and again.

I was excited to try this place because I had always seen the commercials and let's face it, I'm easily influenced by advertisements! My friends and I came here for a girls' night, and it ended up being a really bad experience. I am only giving them two stars because they tried to be nice about the whole situation. First, our wait time ended up being about an hour even though they said it should be about 30 to 40 minutes. Next, there was a bug in my friend's salad. Then, in my other friend's entree there was a hair. I'm not usually grossed out by a bug, but then throw the hair on top of it and it just made the night seem tainted. The food was average at best and nothing special. I had the chicken parmesan and it was very bland and flavorless. The bread that they put on the table was very good and it came with this herbed oil that you can dip the bread in. They comped my friend who found the hair in her food, but all they did about the fly was replace the salad. Because of the mishaps, they also offered us two free desserts. The waitress was very nice and pleasant. I don't think we will be going back ever, but it was nice of them to try and make the situation a little better.

Last nights experience at the Westminster Carrabba's was a delightful experience. This is not what I would call a 5 Star Italian Restaurant but it was by no means an unrewarding experience. There were four of us there for dinner. The table ordered the antipasti to share which included Calamari and Mozzarella Sticks, which were both excellent. The table ordered main courses which included Veal Marsala, Pasta Weesie. Seafood Cannelloni and Linguine Pescatore. The plates were full and there were happy yumming sounds to be had. Dessert was unnecessary but ordered anyway. The triple chocolate hazelnut bread pudding was to die for and there was this wonderful apple tart with caramel sauce ( the name of which I can not remember) which was fabulous - both of which was mostly taken home to finish later. Our waiter and table servers were incredibly attentive and we could not have asked for better. I have to assume that when you go to a restaurant may matter. We were there for early dinner and maybe if you go at a busier time some things may suffer. Our dinner though was an excellent experience all and all.

Hands down the best Italian food I have ever had in Denver. I recommend trying the Chicken Marsala, Chicken Bryan, or Pollo Rosa Maria. In fact you can request all three on the same plate so you can decide which you prefer, costs slightly more but well worth the money. The atmosphere is nice and appropriate for either a date or a night out with the family.

I love eating here. Since it is so crowded all the time, I recommend ordering car side to go online. The pollo rosa maria, chicken bryan, and the chicken marsala are all delicious. Get there early. They open at 4pm

I don't have any massive complaints. The food was just meh. I had spaghetti because there wasn't anything else on the menu that even looked appetizing. Merle had some chicken and mushroom fettuchini dish. The truth is I have yet to find Italian that really rocked my socks off. C'mon people, even I can cook spaghetti. The one redeeming quality was our waiter who was sweet and brought us dessert for free. Damn you evil man tempting me with chocolate. Keep doing what you're doing, but I will have to see you in another life brother!

I can't understand why I gave Carrabba's four stars. A recent visit here reminded me why they deserve five. I can safely say my husband and I have eaten here over two dozen times. Over the years, we've been able to try many different things from the menu. I have never been disappointed with my choice. First of all, the bread and dipping oil is, well, the best. I could eat it as a meal. The salmon and steaks are some of the best I've had. (minus going to an actual steakhouse) The mezzaluna is my personal favorite. The staff is just great. They are attentive and friendly, but not in your face constantly. I love that they have the mini deserts now and they are de-li-cious!!! It's a shot glass size desert that is available in six different flavors. What a tasty way to round off a perfect meal. :)

I ordered the shrimp and scallop special which was good, but my husband ordered one of the fettuccine Alfredo pastas and was disappointed. I tried it and it wasn't that bad to me but I like lighter pasta sauces. Wasn't anything special really, but OK. Bread was delicious and side salad was just OK. Dessert on the other hand was excellent. The brownie fudge something or other and I'm not even a chocolate lover. Still looking for that great Italian restaurant in the Denver area.

I enjoyed the Carrabba's in Beumont, Texas, but the one in Chino Hills, California, not so much. Don't eat at a place having a slow night. Also, their new ad states, "our Marsallaise sauce is hand made." How else would it be made?

One of our favorites, Always good service and food. My spouse likes the filet marsala. Much better than Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden

Carrabba's Wasn't THE BEST Italian food I've tried, but it did the deed for the night. Maybe it was just me, But i felt extremely heavy and bloated after wards, which made me sick to the stomach and regretted eating what i have ordered: the Carrabba's pasta. Over all the waiters were generously so nice and polite and the food was average Italian food. I'll definitely come back, but I'll make sure to order something more light and lean the next time I'm back.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

For take-out orders, Carrabba's did beautifully! I was really impressed with the tasty Caesar salad! They even went as far as including a packet of E.V.O.O. for the bread! Hey, where is the balsamic vinegar? (just kidding). One of the fellow Yelpers recommended the Pork Tenderloin entrée and it was perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink in the middle. The chef treated it as a steak and as long as it's safe (we didn't have any problems afterwards, just so you know!), a little undercooked helps the texture of the meat immensely, well done! I asked for sautéed spinach as a side and it was too salty and greasy, only a small step back though. You should've seen the envious stares from the other movie goers at the theater before previews started to play, all they had were lousy popcorns and here we're slurping on Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and green peas, the smell must have attracted attention! I must have been real hungry too 'cause I don't normally care for peas but this was still a good dish. Can't wait to dine in and try more of Carrabba's creations!

(5)Ascary M.
Very delicious been going there for years, at first I didn't much care for it but my wife did now they added more items on the menu like the Carraba classic lasagna and chicken parmesan along with the Alfredo pasta.
(5)Kenny N.

(1)Spencer C.
Good not great italian. Been here twice and won't come again. Food is not consistant and there are better places for the money.
(3)Arvedus S.

(4)Alexandra W.
(2)Gary P.
We ate here a while ago and they were extremely busy but still treated us like we were the only ones there. The food and atmosphere were very good for a chain restaurant. So we really enjoyed our experience.
(4)Laura F.
(2)Melissa C.

(5)Neil H.
(5)Colleen M.

(3)Brad B.
Go get it!
(4)Sergio P.

(4)Austen H.
(3)V P.
This place rocks! I used to work here and it is one of the best Carrabba's in the state. You know why? Because the staff (in the kitchen - most notably), many of them, have been working there since day one and you could set your watch to their precision! Love my Carrabba's in Westminster!!!!
(4)Rob C.
(4)Gary S.
we got seated promptly.everyone was friendly. our waiter was aq little too formal. the portions were good sized. we got the extra bread,we asked for. my pork chops were tender and flavorful.it was worth the price. i would go back again, to try other items.
(3)Patrick M.
(4)Jessica I.
This carrabbas is always good. The food, no matter what I get is fantastic. The calamari is delicious and a great starter. The mezzaluna is my favorite pasta. We also love their sangria.
(4)Ryan F.
I love their steak! I have been going here for years and I'm never disappointed. Be prepared for some serious garlic breath when you leave here. Try their delicious desserts too!
(5)Curtis E.
Good food but the server sucked. Totally ignored us for a good 5 min after we finished eating even walking past several times. She never even mentioned the bread pudding which asks you to order it early since it takes 20 min to make. Totally not going to come back to this location.
(1)Renu D.
EVER! stay away from the calamari too. stretchy and very very oily! sigh! Calamari is my fav dish! but just not here
(3)Brian J.
Great place for 5280 week. Had the Damien and mussels. I would highly recommend this.
(4)paul s.
Being from NYC, I know it's tough to like any Italian restaurant, much less a chain. But, I have been going to this place since the mid 1990's and have never been disappointed. The service is always good, the food excellent and the portions generous. Might not be real Italian, but who cares?
(5)Ken K.
I'm usually a chain-avoider. But sometimes, national chains with focus-grouped menus and carefully designed brands actually deserve to win, because they're good at what they do, they're well-run, and they serve a very real market demand. Carrabba's is in this category: although it isn't exactly local flavor, everything I've ever had at this restaurant has been fresh, perfectly flavored, and consistently well-prepared. Their curbside to-go, being relatively close to my girlfriend's house, is an obvious choice when cooking at home isn't going to happen. I recommend you get the Italian Classics: chicken parmesan and lasagne. Order it with spinach sautéed in garlic and you can't go wrong. Or, if you're in the mood for pizza, try the Italian Chicken Pizza, because nothing with pine nuts has ever been bad. Service is fast and professional, and if you order to-go, you don't even have to get out of your car. Yes, it's a chain, but you're in Westminster and this food is definitely far, far better than the lone local Italian restaurant in Westminster.
(4)Melissa E.
(5)Delara M.
chain chain chain... chain of italian food! yes, carrabba's is a chain restaurant. BUT it is a GOOD chain restaurant. having been to our share of italian restaurants around the globe, what carrabba's authentically delivers every time is fantastic service. our server handled fussy eaters AND the children at our table like a pro. while it was clear she had several other large tables on a busy friday night, our glasses were always full, bread was plentiful, and any special request was graciously and promptly honored. so, 4 stars. do it!
(4)Jonathan W.
Great food and atmosphere. Feels more romantic in the booths than alot of the higher end restaurants and the food is not just your normal chain italian but has surpirses like chicken with a port and fig reduction if you would like pictures of the meal feel free to check out my blog.
(4)Becky S.
The food is great, classic Italian stuff. It's like a step up from Olive Garden. The wait on the weekends is long so make sure you're with someone you know you can tolerate for a while (aka not a great place for a first date).
(4)Col. Hector B.
Props.
(4)Angie A.
Great food and fast friendly service everytime we go! Love Carrabas!
(5)Monica I.
(3)Tim S.
