I enjoy coming here for home style food. The ingredients are made from scratch mostly. The rotisserie chicken is tender and juicy. I can always count on a thanksgiving day meal anytime of the year. Of course the turkey isn't quite as good as my deep fried bird, but pretty close ;). The staff is always nice but, there seems to be a lot of clueless nuebies more often than not.

The Good: The quality of the food is always good. The chicken is moist and juicy and the mashed potatoes never disappoint. The Bad: "There is no button for that"... The high turnover rate at this location endures that you will leave the register area extremely frustrated. The signs are posted all over the store, but if the employee cant find the button for something on the register they won't let you get it. I couldn't believe how I couldnt make it a meal because they couldn't find the button on the register. Talk about a meeting of the minds...5 employees and not one could figure it out. We are doomed as a society unless we install more buttons! The Ugly: They remodeled again only this time they took away the nice booth seats and opened it all up to resemble a mini Country Buffet. It feels like a hospital cafeteria. Sadly, I will avoid this location going forward.

I been here a few times, today the restaurant was not to par. Tables and floors were not cleaned. Waiters forgot our side dishes and it was not even busy.

There was a lot of workers at this joint. It looked a bit crowded or am i just use to seeing Skelton crews at most places, LOL! So i guess a healthy staff is a plus. These folks need to smile though. What's wrong Boo Boo, someone steal your picnic basket??? Anyway...the food was just okay. I had meatloaf with mashed potatoes & some pretty bland green beans. My husband had chicken & bbq ribs with mash potatoes & mac n cheese. He also had a slice of apple pie which he didn't eat all of so that said a lot bcuz he never leaves any leftovers. Mohammed (plate preparer) & the young, blonde White boy (hope that's politically correct) were the most pleasant of the crew. Place was clean. That's all folks!

Great food for a quick bite or sit down. Chicken is tasty and fresh sides are solid. A good quick lunch choice!

Pretty good for semi-fast food joint. It's pretty much like home cooking. My daughter got the quarter white meat chicken, Mac n cheese and cinnamon apples. Looked pretty good. Since I'm on a diet, I though I would just be sitting there watching her eat but I inquired about their turkey and it turns out that it's not marinated in anything but some lemon juice to act as a preservative. It was tender and juicy. Without the marinade you could really taste the turkey. Staff is a good mixture of high school students and older adults who hold it down. They are very friendly and helpful. Seems like their training was specific towards offering quality service and I really respect that. I kinda feel bad about leaving my dirty dishes on the table because there's no trash can in sight. Overall very pleased with my experience and stoked about their turkey

I usually go here when I want a family style meal and I'm too lazy to cook it or even to by the family meals you have to warm up at the grocery stores. So I bought dinner last night because I was hungry and didn't have time to cook from all the school work I needed to get done. Here's my purchase: Turkey Family Meal for 3 $21 and change - Turkey was nice and moist and very delicious. Really portioned controlled though. Mac/cheese - I love their mac and always get 2 orders of this. Creamed spinach - I like this as well, but one portions good enough Extra 6 corn breads - If nothing else, this is by Far my favorite and It's always tasty and delicious! I would go here just for the cornbread. Individual Large Meatloaf meal - For some reason I always get this because it's sounds good, looks good, but NEVER ever really lives up to what I expect. Instead it's Very Dry and not well enough seasoned without any gravy. Always bad, but I always torture myself and keep getting it hoping one day it'll taste better than my homemade one. Garlic spinach side - this is not bad and tasty with the mash potato's Cheesy mash- this is pretty good with the gravy and garlic spinach, but a bit dry by itself. Batch of Brownies - I love their brownies, it's chewy with nice chunks of choco chips in them. I buy this when I'm in the mood and it's calling my name out loud. lol Now they are always friendly and have good service, my only pet peeve is that there were a lot of flight hanging out on the top menu. I made sure the food was okay and covered, but I was so dang hungry for food like this that I ignored it. My dad use to always say, "the flies need 2 eat too" lol but I don't agree. The place was clean, things were covered and the buggers were up top on the menu light so I decided to use my mind over matter card this time. My meal cost almost $40 for everything.. A little more than average especially since cooking or even buy pre made family meals at the stores cheaper, though you have to figure you ARE paying for fast convenience food.

I come to this location several times a month for lunch. Out of all the places in my area they have the absolute best customer service! Always polite, fast, and great food! The receipts print out coupons for you that you can use as well which is awesome! Highly recommended!

Oh, how sad it is when your taste buds are all ready for one of your old favorites and THEY HAVE NO MEATLOAF!!!! Dang it! I never get to go to Boston Market b/c let's face it, they are all gone. Happened to be in the area and they did not have meatloaf (GRRRRRR) so I got the side sampler. Broccoli was kind of limp while the green beans were undercooked and swimming in butter/oil. The sweet potato casserole was perfect like always. Kind of a weird set up where one of the servers takes your stuff to the table and checks on you. They probably don't pay that guy enough. I gave an extra star b/c the price is pretty good, $12 and change for 2 meals. Have meatloaf ready next time, Boston Market!

I come here all the time with my husband for date night! I love it and am always satisfied with the service, they are very friendly. It is a good pace to go for quick food that is like going to a nice sit-down restaurant!

Meatloaf was a little gummy. The whitefish was very fishy tasting. The sides were great. The customer service was so attentive and good that it was almost creepy, stalkerish and like we were in an alternate universe. The cashier gave us free drinks too! Its better than it used to be...

I generally like the food, but the service here is not the best. Went in last night and stood for approximately 15 minutes in line. Maybe I'm impatient. However, there were a ton of people working, and all moving at a snail's pace. It was that "looking really busy and not getting anything done" thing. Multiple people doing the same thing and somehow it all got screwed up. To make matters worse, they messed up part of my order which I did not find out about until I got home. Ick.

We went here since we were dieting and needed a vegetable and a protein. The prices are really reasonable for a meal and the roasted chicken was perfectly prepared and we could have high or low fay sides which was great. Service is quick and we choose to eat at an outside table as the AC was turned up really high. We had fun and spent very little for this nutritious dinner. I'm a fan for the price.

I love going to this place and thought it was time to give a review. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed, Today I was welcomed by vivian who I think was new but was super friendly and had great customer service. I also want to thank Gary who I think is the Chef there for his friendly demeanor and willingness to help out. He is great and has been on a consistent basis every time I see him. Being corporate sometimes employees are going through the motions and the food tastes mediocre but at this place they the employees are great and food is very consistent. I will be back
