A nice sports bar & grill. Very clean. The burgers are pretty good. They offer sweet potato fries as a side! :) This business is quite an asset to Trinidad, Colorado.

WORMS IN MY FOOD!! Came to visit family from Florida, had never dined at Brix Restaurant. First time, ordered a salad and noticed a taste of old dirty spring mix. Didn't want to make a big deal out of the awful taste and as I mixed the salad on my plate found a worm! A real live dancing worm on my plate. Disgusted the entire table of 6 people I was dining with, completely ruined our meal and my entire day. I am an avid salad eater, I eat organic salad 2-4 times a day, even salad from my own garden and never once have experienced worms in my salad. There is no excuse for having worms on any plate in a restaurant, this restaurant is not sanitary!!

Went on a Sunday night and it was pretty empty. Got the green chile cheese burger with onion rings and it was really good. Would recommend for a sports bar

While visiting a friend in NM, we headed into Trinidad for dinner. This place was recommended so we went. WOW - ordered the special which that eve was salmon. Everything was amazing, the food, the place and the waitress. I don't live close but if I did, would be there often!

Completely untrained staff! Music is so loud it's like they think it's a Night Club. Onion rings were awesome!

On a road trip back from Santa Fe and decided to stop in Trinidad to gas up and find a little local flavor to expand our bellies. Being on the road, our foodie fix was falling a little short. Seems we kept popping into tourist spots, with over inflated reviews and sampling mundane, blandness along thee 'ol Santa Fe Trail. Thanks to my trusty Yelp app, Brix Sports Bar & Grill was put on our radar. Surprise. This is a VERY clean, polished sports bar. Open, laid out comfortably with plenty of high tables near the bar. The Bar has it's own glowing light show embedded in the liquor racks and under the bar top. Pretty sweet. The grub was good. We both ordered the burgers, one with the usual works (Tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese) and the Brix Burger, smothered in their own green chile. Immediately, I was astonished at the size of the pork chunks swimming and jacketing my burger. The burgers were cooked to perfection, huge and mouthwatering. They offer so many sides...we both chose the cup of green chile. It was very flavorful, not hot by any means, but really flavorful and again... heaps, mounds, piles, and knolls of tender pork swayed in the chile. The service was exceptional and the beer frosty cold. It's so worth the 5-minute drive off the highway. Parking is difficult to find...seems a few of the surrounding landlords want their space haven monopoly to remain in tact. But, there is plenty of parking street side and across the street.

Great service, nice ambiance and the miners grilled green chili cheeseburger is to die for!

BEST BURGER IN TRINIDAD! Fantastic place to eat and have a drink. Very too notch and quality for Trinidad. 5 large screen tvs around showing multiple games. Volume wasn't to high so that you couldn't have a conversation, but high enough were you could still hear what'a going on. Walk in and greeted right away and shown to our seats. Menus were clean and the waiter was a cool guy and very attentive. I think his name was Troy. 10 or so beers on draft good selection. Not the generic piss water bud light you see everywhere. Very nice cocktail menu, as well. Food was a little slow coming out, but the portion and flavor more than made up for it. I highly recommend getting the burger with the egg on it. My girlfriend had the chicken strips and those were also fantastic. I've only tried the dinner setting, but will be trying the bar setting after 10. Another review to follow. Long story short- will definitely be returning! You should be, too.

The manager has now contacted me and claimed that I didn't pay my tab that day. Lol Brix will never see another penny from this soul.

The atmosphere is good. I was surprised by the basic wine choices they were actually very good quality basics! The salad I ordered was good. Service was a little slow but I wasn't in a big hurry so I had a couple of glasses of wine. I will go back because I need to try the burgers. My friend I was with ordered a burger that look yummy.

On par with a LoDo Denver sports bar. We had green chile, onion rings, fish and chips (freshly made chips), smothered burrito and chicken sandwich - all very good. I had a margarita, excellent, not made with a mix.

Thank you Joey (owner) for addressing our concerns.

I am new to Trinidad and really liked Brix. It's similar to what you would find in LoDo Denver. Great tap selection and good food, AND it's in Trinidad. I don't know what the knucklehead reviewer from Texas is griping about, though he seems to leave a stream of one-star ratings wherever he goes. Consider the source, I suppose.

Great appetizers, comfortable ambiance, great music. Check out the main st salad and the tequila lime tacos. Brix chips are a must!

Brix is my new favorite place for an after-work drink or early dinner. As a seven year Trinidad resident, it is a welcome addition. The owners spared no expense in bringing a Denver/LODO feel to this community and I very much appreciate that. The service is earnest, if a tad bit slow. But this is Trinidad, not Denver or NYC. Excellent Green Chili and first rate burgers! I understand that they have expanded their menu since I last visited.

Great food. Pleasant owner and staff. Couldn't ask for much more than that.
