Good wings, great flavors, and cheap beer. Pay no attention to the moron who reduced this place by a star because "the dang things are so messy." Step your game up.

been ordering from this wingstop almost every weekend for 3 years, at least 60% of the time the mess up on my order, and 90% of the time they make it right by giving me a remake of my order, but after tonight's mess-up, i won't be going back to this one again. you think after 3 years of ordering the SAME order every weekend, they would get it right, but i guess now. i order my wings wet, and crispy (this week they weren't wet or crispy), it is on every single order ticket i have ever had (and shows it when i log in my account), and somehow they mess it up, and tonight to makeup for their messup they offered me a 10 piece pack with fries? are you serious? you messed up on MY $50 order, and if i want any of it replaced i have to drive all the way back tonight (during my broncos party, 7 mins before the game starts), and wait for a new order? you can go f*** yourself, and 50 a week may not be a lot to your company, but you just lost it. Looks like Buffalo Wild Wings is my new spot!

Don't expect your order online to be ready when they say it'll be ready. About 4-5 employees working and myself and one other person in the store. My order was to be ready 9:56 pm. I ordered online and received an email saying my food will be ready at that time. It is now 10:05pm. Still Waiting...

Haven't had them in over two years. Thought I'd give them another try since the WingStreet near me had closed for takeout orders already. Walked in and the clerk seemed annoyed that someone would order so close to close. No one else in the restaurant interacted with me during this time. My fries were a soggy mess in the 10 minutes it took me to get them home. This company still hasn't figured out how to pack food "to-go". Buy some boxes for fries so they're not just sitting loose in a "boat" in the bag. This may have contributed to the fries going soft. The boneless wings were nothing special and considering the other parts of my review mean I'm not going back. Two chances are enough--surely some other places have great late night wings.

Disgusting and so overly salty, I had to throw away my food. The spice wasn't one to *enhance* the flavor, it was just spicy. And I LOVE spicy. Done right. This was just hot/spicy, but with no attention to flavor. Everything just bad. The service was slow and stuff. The price was OK. The staff was fine on the congeniality side, but so slow. It was open late. Trying to be positive, but I'd never waste my time or money here again.

I really like this Wingstop, as well as the peeps who work here. The wings are usually good, and the peeps are always real friendly (huge bonus points!). I usually get boneless Louisiana Rub and potato salad, and Sweet Wife gets boneless Garlic Parmesan and Well Done fries. Hint: if you don't ask for Well Done, the fries are pretty soggy, and soggy fries are a sin against nature, right? Overall, good stuff and good folks, so go in there and say hey and get some good grub... I highly recommend!

Worst meal ever. Screwed up my online order and wings were garbage. I don't care what they wanted to offer me to come back. I will rather buy frozen wings than ever go back there again.

How completely unfortunate. I rarely rate chains as being good places to eat, but I had made an exception with Wingstop. Now, the quality at most locations has declined significantly. The sauces are still really tasty, but the wings are more often than not completely cooked to in-edibility. The rolls once great, often now are just garbage. The service was rarely worth mentioning (what else can you expect from minimum wage employees) but the last couple of times in the Thornton location, I was treated extremely poorly. The manager even argued with me after I mentioned the last order was not correctly fulfilled. The response by him was to lather a disgusting amount of butter on the rolls, so much that the rolls were not visible beneath this layer of un-melted fat. I just hope there was no phlegm mixed in with it or the rest of my order. The owner should pay attention to this review. So should the health department. I wish I could order again because wings are one of my few guilty pleasures. I just don't want to risk my and my family's health. Big boos to Wingstop and it's management.

I've been here many times. I pretty much always get half original hot and half garlic parmesan. The garlic parms smell like feet but taste really good. The original hot has a great flavor and pretty good spice. Wednesday is "wing Wednesday." The wings are cheap. They also have a happy hour for beer. I have had the atomic wings. They are extremely spicy. Not as much as some "spiciest options" at other places, but still very spicy. The fries need some experience to order correctly. First, get them extra crispy. If not they will be limp. Second, get the seasoning salt on the side. Sometimes they put way too much. It's pretty good stuff though. It's really sweet. It has sugar in it. I know it sounds weird, but it is very good. I can't believe that guy who took a star off for them being messy. What? Are you kidding me? They are wings dingus. They are always messy.

The service and knowledge of their products is awful. I've been to other wing stops and have never had issues, but this one is particularly bad. The last time I was here, our order came out and they put it in a to go bag when we were dining in, which wasn't awful, but they didn't ask. Then some part of the order came out regular wings when they were supposed to be boneless. This time I asked about their .60 cent ala carte boneless wings and the guy working the counter didn't told me there was no such thing, even with the sign behind him saying so and a gal next to him also said they still had the deal. The staff is extra special, and the lack of attention to detail or even care for detail is miserable.

Great wings but service is terrible. Waited 40 minutes for wings and the when I get them they are cold. Girls at front were not even friendly. Hard to get good help I guess! I'll just take the extra time and drive to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's about the same time since I waited 40 minutes.

Smallest wings ever. I wonder if they were squirrel legs. Also server forgot our rolls. Won't be back ever.

Consistently forget food when ordering to go. Employees who argue, and corporate who could care less. Stay away. I often order large family packs and something is always missing. The last response was "people make mistakes". Which I agree, but not every time, and the last time I was told, there was no manager to speak with, then during the same conversation I was repeatedly told, the manager said..... Wrote to corporate, no response.

Good wings however I think the resteraunt actually pumps in marijuana through the ventilation system. Which is fine for some but if you have a job that will fire you if you come up positive it's a problem. The entire meal the aroma was overwhelming. It was 11pm no customers, hmmmm

Our food was swimming in some really bad sauce. I think the chicken was fine, but it was not the cheapest and the BBQ sauce was very bad. I would never recommend this place, but I understand how hard it is to find good wings. will never return to this place.

I have driven by this place on several occasions, getting Heaven's Dragon next door, etc. but have never had an opportunity to try them out. I was getting tires over at Firestone on Sunday and thought it was a perfect time to right the wrong. The store is clean, food appears fresh and the wait staff is courteous. They are not ones to try and help out your budget though, as one unfortunate gentleman found out- he noticed a special that would have allowed him more food for the same price and they refused to give him the special. I opted for just the "hot" wings, sauce was good, but not that spicy. My son went for the boneless wings, the breading was a little greasy but overall they were okay. We spent $7 per person ($21) and all walked out comfortably satisfied. Will I go back? Maybe, but only for classic wings with the atomic sauce.

The family's favorite place in town for wings. My favorite are the Lemon Pepper and Hot while the hubby and kids love the Garlic Parmesan. Try the family size take out specials. The fries are good and seasoned well but they get soggy with take out so we always double up on the veggie sticks instead. Seating is limited and this place gets very busy so call ahead or expect a 15 min wait while they make your wings hot and fresh.

Need more help. Service sucks (it didn't used to a few years ago)! how do you mess up telephone customer service as a wing place? Not blaming just the daily staff, but management needs to hire more help! one person answering phones, taking orders in-house and taking care of all of the tables, is not enough! Wings are okay, but I'm heading to their competition. I've stopped ordering from them since it just takes to long to get off of hold. 3 separate times on terminal hold is enough.

I really hate to rate places this low as I usually try to find the good in any place, but I just couldn't this time. I stopped in and was pleasantly greeted and told I would be helped soon. When I was I ordered 12 and 8 boneless wings (ordered separately) with an order of fries each, to-go. Both orders came up when I was told they would, and I was on my way for about a ten minute drive home. Once home however, I found that both the wings and the fries were incredibly soggy. The sauce had rendered the breading a gelatinous mess and the fries appeared to have been barely cooked. Nothing tasted bad per-se, but it was all just very unappetizing. I threw more than half of it away. I know some may think that of course the breading was going to absorb the sauce and turn soft, but BWW boneless wings manage to stay crispy in the time it takes me to get home, so, not true. Anyway, the place was clean, staff friendly, but the food was terrible, and ultimately that's what it's about.

What a waste of money! I have eaten wings from this place for over 10 years since I live in the area, but never again! I have slowly stopped coming here the past couple of years and tonight I realized I need to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. I thought they might turn things around, but they have gone completely downhill! They used to serve decent sized wings with appropriate sauce and fresh fries. Now you get dried up sticks (their idea of a wing), drowning in sauce and cold fries that look like someone chewed them up and spit them out. No thanks!! I will drive a little more out of my way and hit up Buffalo Wild Wings, if I get a craving for wings. I could even buy the frozen wings at the grocery store and be happier with the results! Thanks for nothing, I will never again bother with this place! It's a shame that we considered this a "good" wing place over the years.
