Had some apps with my son & our server Ashley was awesome! Always good food & great service. But she was really on point. I dont think our waters ever hit past half empty & we got quite a few fills, she bussed our table frequently... I always appreciate service above & beyond!

First, the service was fantastic! The server, Megan, was the best! The food was good, we had an ahi appetizer that was good, but small. Very tasty though. American burger was good, but the bun was super white (hate white bread) and my husband said the Reuben was super good. Overall really good.

Went here last month with a group of friends. My first time experiencing TGI Friday's. I had a burger from their menu as it was lunch time. My girlfriend ordered a steak plate. My burger was okay, nothing too special. It came with seasoned fries, which was probably the best part of my lunch haha! My girlfriend's steak was overcooked and looked a lot like pork. I'm a huge carnivore, so I know my meats pretty well. The steak itself tasted okay for being well done, but she ordered medium-well. We're not picky about food and she was hungry, so she just ate it. The waitress and food servers for our big group were great and very accommodating. I gave it two stars because it's pretty hard to get a burger cooked wrong. There are a lot better places around here to eat, so I would not recommend this place. Here's to better eating!

The staff is always super-friendly, which is a plus no matter where you go. I've been seated in both the dining area and the bar/lounge, and both were very cool experiences. I will say that the dining area feels a little crowded, but that's more of a personal pet peeve than a real inconvenience. As far as drinks, I highly recommend the Pink Punk Cosmo, which is poured directly over cotton candy in a martini glass. Really tasty! Their food is always cooked well, never had any problems with freshness. Their portions are pretty big, however. I usually go with an appetizer, try their pretzels with beer cheese dipping sauce. FanTAStic. The restaurant is pretty clean, excluding the menus. I always feel the need to break out my Purell after touching them! Still, this place has friendly staff, tasty drinks, and good food. It's definitely on the short list of dining-out options for The Boyfriend and I.

Sat in the bar for apps and drinks. Good energy, nice crowd. Service was very good. Beer selection lacked a little (no IPA!). Ahi tuna appetizer was pretty poor (small and overloaded with guacamole/toppings). The meatballs and bruschetta however, were very good. Overall, a positive experience.

My food was forgettable. Sounded good on paper tasted like a tv...only it cost about $13. My waitress kinda sorta sucked at being a waitress. Who takes a persons plate away from them when they are still eating from it. I put my fork down to drink my soda and she just walked by picked it up without asking. When we brought it up to her she said "There was only like 2 bites on there." Then when we said she we were not ok with the way she just took my food from me she was really unprofessional about it. Granted she brought me a new plate but it ended up coming home with me because I didn't want 2 dinners. Just wanted to finish my 1st one. So over all if you want chain food sure why not come here. If you want it with a smile maybe get it to go. I won't be going back here again. That's all I know.

Service makes all the difference. On Christmas Night, after a weekend of holiday and birthday celebrating, and nights away from my own bed, we were driving on I25 on our way home. The previous evening, we'd had a "Four Star Steakhouse" dinner in Colorado Springs. We're talking $80+ per person. (Review to follow.) But I hadn't yet eaten since that meal, I'd played nice all morning with the family, and had put up with Holiday Traffic on I25. I was downright CRANKY. It's Christmas. Stuff isn't open. TGI Friday's, right off of I25 on 120th, opened at 5 pm. Just as we were arriving in Denver. Score. We arrive, and apparently heading out for a few drinks after the Family Stuff on Christmas is a popular activity, because the bar was busy and the restaurant was easily half-full. We were greeted, held the door for, AND wished a Merry Christmas by the hosts. (NONE of which happened at the "Four Star Steakhouse" in the Springs.) We were seated immediately in a booth, and decided pretty quickly on a Jack Daniels Burger and a Jack Daniels Flatiron Steak. (When we figured out that Friday's was the only thing open, I remembered fondly their Jack Daniels Grill stuff...) And of course, an Onion Soup. We hadn't been to a Friday's in over a year. We had to grab the Onion Soup. Our server was amazing. She chatted with us, joked with us, refilled our drinks promptly and without being asked, paced the meal correctly, and was just in general a pleasure. Remember how I said service matters? We got (and informed her manager of this) MUCH BETTER service from TGI Fridays for a grand total (with huge tip) of $32 (We had a 25% coupon I found on the iPad on the way in) than we had gotten for a grand total of $400 at that "Four Star Steakhouse." Amazing, right? The food? It's TGI Friday's food. The Onion Soup is an institution in and of itself. And the food is good. (Although, let it be known that I am a sucker for a Medium Rare Flat Iron steak, and this one was darn good.) So it's consistent, it was cooked properly, and the price was definitely right. They have recently cut down on their menu selections, so it's not like the Novel you get at the Cheesecake Factory to order from, but they have a decent selection of Appetizers, Salads, Burgers, Sammies, and Entrees. Just not a TON of different choices. The Verdict? We have already gone back, seen that server again, and been waited on by ANOTHER server who far exceeded our expectations not only for a National Chain restaurant, but blew those so-called "Four Star Steakhouse" chicks out of the water. We'll be back when we're in the 'hood with a craving for a Jack Daniel's Steak... or a Guinness Milkshake. Nom. Nom.

This Fridays location is just like all the others. Nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. They were a bit slow in the service department, but not horrible. Our food was hot and good. We always go for the jack daniels items. That sauce is to die for.

RJ did a great job. He was very friendly and upbeat. He forgot to ring in a side salad but rectified that by getting us a free dessert. Now after the fact I'm flag I didn't get the salad, I'm full enough. The food was cooked well and came out hot. Ariana ram or food to us. She is great, we talk to her every time we go there. This was once my go to place to watch games and drink a few. The management and staff need to be fired. I overheard the bartenders loudly making off color comments with patrons at the bar about a group of guys sitting across the bar they assumed to be gay, I don't think they were. Either way it doesn't matter that is unacceptable behavior. I don't want to watch the staff making fun of patrons when I am trying to have a good time. Their unprofessional behavior didn't stop there. The manager said nothing as the male bartender spent time rolling up napkins and tossing them at every wastebasket behind the bar from several feet away instead of waiting on customers. I can't support a restaurant that allows its employee to behave that way.

I thought everyone was wonderful! Fast service at the bar, especially enjoyed our bartender Meyher. He listened to what our tastes and preferences were and offered great suggestions. I would go there again without hesitation, and want to have the same bartender. We would even consider calling for his schedule to be sure we worked with him again. Laurie & Rick

For what it is, TGI Friday's has it down pretty well. Yes, they're a major chain and their food is nothing worthy of a true food critic, but within their genre I give them 4 stars. We consistently go to this location because it's so close and it's the best of the chains in the area. I would much rather go here than the nearby Olive Garden which is so crowded and underwhelming I can barely stand it. Even when there has been a line at the OG next door, TGIF seems to always get us in. I think their food (albeit a bit on the salty side) is much better than some of the other local chains. They also have a lot of lighter options if you're a bit more calorie-consious. I've tried most of the fish and veggie options and found them quite good. We often go as a family which is most of the draw here. You can get a decent plate of food, a beer (or the skinny margarita - AMAZING) and bring the whole fam without feeling like an idiot if your kid happens to throw a tantrum. Most of the other folks are families too and have been there, done that.

What can I say about Friday's. I am a club member so I love em.. I keep coming back so I can get my free desserts or meals, with my points. I love their ham n chesse sammy with tomato soup combo. I get it 90% of the time. I also am a fan of their sizzling chicken and chesse. When I get an app, its hands down Beer Cheese Pretzels!! TO DIE FOR..
(4)
Greg H.
I love the Friday's Jack Daniels items. The ribs and shrimp combos are to die for because they're so freaking awesome. I frequently also get the spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips. It's surprisingly inexpensive when paired with sweet happy hour drinks on the bar side of the restaurant. The staff is always really nice and attentive here too (on the bar side.)

I haven't actually had a meal at this TGI Friday's in atleast five years. When my niece was young it was her favorite restaurant, so we would go every once in awhile. I remember the food being exactly what you would expect at a chain restaurant -- nothing spectacular. But about a month ago we all met at the new Thai restaurant there (I wouldn't recommend it) and we left our cars to take one car shopping and to the movies. We returned to our cars at about 10PM. A few of us didn't feel like going home, and we were standing right next to the TGI Friday's. We laughed about how lame it would most likely be in the bar as we walked over to check it out. The bar was packed! The restaurant side was empty, but the bar side had multiple bartenders rushing around to wait on the many people. The music was current and good, and the atmosphere seemed pretty cool. The three of us grabbed seats at the bar. They have some insane drink specials, and their happy hour lasts what seemed like all night. I had decent $3.00 Margaritas and my friends had cheap, good beer. The bartenders were friendly and fast. We ordered up some appetizers and we were surprised again. They were pretty good! We had some little tostadas with pan-seared tuna and guacamole that were an instant hit. We shared the pretzels (they were good but not our favorite). We even had deviled eggs, which I really enjoyed. Wow! Since then, we went back on a Wednesday to find that they play bingo. The whole bar plays for free and the prizes range from small coupons all the way up to $500. The bar really got into it, and we had a blast. We found ourselves there yet again for New Year's Eve. It wasn't really a special night for any of us, but we found ourselves out and about. The place was jumpin' until about 10PM when it cleared out. Everyone went somewhere else for midnight festivities and we found ourselves nearly alone until last call. I guess it's not a good night to be out at TGI Friday's but we still had a good time. I can't believe I really like this place. I'm not usually into restaurants like this, usually because the bars are lame and the food is awful. But this TGI Friday's is totally different. If you live up north, you owe it to yourself to check out the bar at the very least. You'll be surprised, I'm sure!

I went to Fridays for the first time and won't be back. The bar staff preferred to watch football rather than serve customers. Getting someone's attention was very difficult and had to re-order one of the drinks, The beans on the Nachos were horrible, sesame chicken were like little rocks and the spinach dip was bland. I watched as the wait staff ate from a customer plate and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Only problem was trying to get someone attention so the bill could be paid. Am I confused on the function of a restaurant, aren't they supposed to serve the customers and pay attention to the customers or are they just warm bodies in the building watching football?????

Not too shabby. Food was fast!! We got some little pizzas and salads. The salads no one thought were fresh. Even people at other tables. But the Buffalo chicken pizza was delicious as well as the pepperoni pizza. Easy quick lunch. The interior was spotless!!! I like a clean restaurant!!!

DISCLAIMER: ****My 17 year old chose the restaurant !**** TGI's is all-around a MEH chain store. I chose the Bruchetta chicken and pasta again. They grilled the chicken until it was unmercifully dry, and the pasta was again over-cooked. I even asked the server to make sure to TELL them NOT to overcook the pasta this time. My son ordered a chicken Cesar salad that had the same parched, dehydrated poor chicken that mine had. Maybe when the cook watched the training video, he did not get the pasta part. He totally must have had to use the restroom during the chicken part as well. Oh well. They did give us a gift card for 10.00 because of the promotion they have now though...because I spent a certain amount.....so...I guess we will be back for appetizers and drinks at happy hour. To order actual food that takes a minimal amount of finesse here is a bit above their heads. Our server did not seem to excited to be there, (I don't blame him) Maybe if you have two of the tall beers BEFORE you get your entree...the food is seemingly better.

We go here pretty frequently, mostly because we can usually find something for whatever mood we're in. This location is good - nice people, fairly clean, and the food is good. I give three stars because it's just "okay." The food is never fabulous. The service is never exceptional. The place is never spotless - especially not the menus. It's fine for what you pay, though.

Looking for a fun meal on Friday, we ended up at TGI Friday's because other local restaurants were either too crowded or too fast-foody. We got a table reasonably quickly and got to order fairly quickly, but we weren't happy with our experience. First, I got the Chicken & Shrimp, and the Shrimp was friend - which I didn't expect - and it was fried to dark brown lumps of dough, tasteless! I tried one and left the rest on the plate. My wife got a steak and the 'broccoli salad', which is really a cole slaw with enough cilantro to spice it up beyond reason. Our waitress noticed the condition of the shrimp only when she came by to clear our plates, and said she'd get the shrimp taken off our bill. Ten minutes later we finally got the bill, with the four dollars off and a $10 discount card that would expire before we'd ever return! We pointed that out when I put down my debit card, and unfortunately that meant it was another ten minutes until we got the bill back again, this time with the $10 discount card applied to our meal, which was nice, but apparently in place of the previous discount. At this point, from all the loud noise and music, all my wife and I wanted was to get out of there. The restaurant is far too crowded, and noisy, and we couldn't hear each other talk at all. The guy wanted to take the bill back _yet_again_, but I told him we just wanted to leave. I'm not likely to go back to this place again, and not because of the shrimp.

I go here off and on for beers and burgers. As a franchised establishment it is as generic as it gets. However the hamburgers here are reasonable ... at least last time I was in there they were, and the beer isn't flat! If they served Titan Ipa I would be more inclined to go more often. Overall it isn't a bad place for a quick bite and a drink or two.

I love Fridays and always have been satisfied with the food and service until this location. Robert, our server was rude from the second he greeted us. I felt like he was judging us because of our tattoos or something. I have alot of the because I tattoo for a living. He was rushing us through some questions we had about some drinks. I thought maybe it was us but we noticed the table next to ours having problems with him as well. Robert was sweet as pie to the nice christian family on the other side of us. Next thing we know he brushes us off unto dena, another server. He was rude and gave the WORST impression of himself as a server. Dena was amazing and took great care of us. Now moving on to the food. I ordered the jack daniels burger with onion straws instead of regular onions. The burger was great but the onion straws were soggy and disgusting looking. What slop. It was as though they were put into a ramekin with leftover water from the dishwasher. My girlfriend ordered the tomato basil soup and mini grilled cheese. when her soup came out, it was served on a plate with a napkin under the bowl. The cook put the MINI grilled cheese on the napkin so the cheese stuck to the napkin. They recooked it and it was much better. Management apologized for Roberts bad service but took nothing off of the bill to make us feel "taken cared of". We paid the bill and left. We will NEVER go back to this location again.

The TGI Fridays on 120th uses fresh never frozen beef for their burgers, I highly recommend them. They also have really good potstickers as an appitizer. The service is also really good. I don't hand out many 5 star reviews but this Fridays gets one

A few weeks ago my husband and I went our to T.G.I. Fridays for dinner. We had a great time. Being a Friday night, they were really busy and ended up sitting in the bar. Turns out I was happy because we were able to watch part of a Rockies game while eating. I had the Hibachi Chicken Skewers and they were great. My husband had the baby back ribs and said they were perfect. This is the first time we had been to this location and were very pleased. We will be back soon. Check our my other restaurant and attraction reviews on my travel blog at ourtravelingblog.com . Thanks

Usually I go to Old Chicago for my late night brews/food, but I was in the mood to try something a little bit different. Heading east on 120th, I thought I'd stop in here, remembering their ads for "unlimited appetizers". I called before stopping to make sure the kitchen was still open, and the polite girl who answered the phone said that the full menu stops at midnight. Walked in around 11:05 and was told the bar had open seating. Sat down around 11:07. Six minutes passed and not one person working the bar had acknowledged my presence though the yuppy bartender with glasses working the bar greeted people that came in after me. I'd hate to say it was on purpose but he walked right past me twice without a word. Apparently if you're flying solo you're an inconvenience. I sent a letter to the corporate office and will update if they respond. ETA: The corporate office sent my comments on to the local management. I missed their calls both times. I tried calling back and was told they were available and put on hold. After waiting a a couple of minutes both times, I was told the manager was "busy" and that I should call back after ten minutes. Apparently a culture of service isn't a priority for these folks. Go elsewhere.

Typical chain restaurant pre-packaged slop. Our signature jack Daniels chicken was one of the most disgusting things I have been served in a long time. At least the beer is cold and the bartenders are nice.

Service was super friendly! But the food... The vegetables on my boyfriend's plate were super mushy and over cooked, even the server couldn't really tell what they were. And his chicken looked and tasted microwaved... But when asked, they'll tell you it's "pan seared". The broccoli cheese soup was sub par... Needed bit more flavor though. And my Cajun pasta also had the same chicken and shrimps that were pretty hard. But we did learn something about "flair tending" which was neat... We saw the competition coming up on the main board and looked it up. Ever seen "Cocktail" anyone? But you can't expect too much going into a chain like this.

This is probably the worst T.G.I.Fridays in the city. One week they close before 12:30am on a Saturday. The next they only have fried food because they shut down the grill at midnight. What is the point of staying open till 2am if you're not going to have anything to serve?

Great happy hour deals, friendly staff, happy people, yummy food. $3 long islands.... good little place for a quick good bite.

Good food, newer menu, but the reason I go back here is because the service is always amazing!

Good service! They know how to work quick with millions of people here! Fast paced workers and food was amazing!
(5)Casey C.
Why is nothing here ever great? I've never had anything bad and the drink specials are great... but why not great? I see why they fail, nothing is really that great. (Except the service.)

The quality has gone down hill. My hamburger was overcooked and the bun broke apart. The French fries came in a bag. I had to remind myself that I wasn't eating at McDonald's.

This is probably the worst T.G.I.Fridays in the city. One week they close before 12:30am on a Saturday. The next they only have fried food because they shut down the grill at midnight. What is the point of staying open till 2am if you're not going to have anything to serve?
